I purchased a taillight from their website and received a tracking number, but the item was never actually shipped. I had to call multiple times and was repeatedly told it would ship “today,” but it never did.
I later called to cancel the order and was told I would receive a callback, but after 4 days, I still heard nothing. I ultimately had to file a chargeback with my bank to start a resolve for this issue.
Buyers should be cautious when ordering from this company, as communication and follow-through were very disappointing.
Poor communication from customer service, I bought 2 wheel bearings that are mounted on the knuckles first one the bearing was bad. Second one I got they sold me the wrong knuckle I asked for a left one and they had it wrong on the inventory since I got a right one. Didn’t know see that it was the wrong side till my mechanic had the car taken apart and I brought the part out. I called them because it had been about 1 hour of me purchasing the part. I asked if I could just swap the knuckles from the first one I bought since the bearing was bad and I would take a video as well. They gave me the OK “don’t worry”. I got to the place again and they hassled me for $10 since they said I’m returning the “wrong” knuckle with the bad bearing from the first purchased. The bearing itself is the actual value of the part not the knuckle since that’s just metal. So at the end of the day I was hassled for $10 and my warranty of the new wheel bearing since they made the retuned of the 2nd one and not the first. So I’m 12 days short of warranty also.
Plus I was told they were doing me a “favor”. “A favor” that cost me to pay the mechanic 2x to put the part on and off since they had the part wrong on their inventory.
Very Bad Customer servie keep said they have the part and tell you wait and at the end so sorry we dont have that part and call number they recomand no one pick up the phone
sat on hold 10 minutes, someone answered and put me back on hold another 10 then hung up.
Called back and gave them 10 more minutes to help me. Sat on hold again so i guess I'll buy a transmission from one of the MANY other places selling the 1 I needed.
I get that your busy but once 30 minutes of my time is wasted i've got to say something.
THAT PLACE SELLS SCRAP and marks it up as Insurance quality grade A.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I ordered fender and door online, on pictures parts looked good and the lady on the phone said that I don’t need to repaint them and that they are good “they were all marked GRADE A”
I went to pick them up and the staff in the back handled them like they are piece of scrap- thrown with the face down on the forklift bouncing over it.
Complete JUNK WASTE OF TIME.
ITS GARBAGE, there are one million other junk yards - and on top of that other places are cheaper.

I paid a deposit on a motor but before I could complete the purchase the car was hit and totaled. I went to Carlos the supposed "manager"and explained the situation. Well Carlos acted like I was bothering him leaving me standing in front of his little counter for more then 20 minutes. When he finally spoke to me and I explained what had happened he told me that he couldn't do the refund that I would have to go back the next day. I couldn't make it back the following day so I went the following Monday and he had already processed the refunds and had the refund slips ready for me. Everything was good until I told him that one of the refunds he had processed was not on my card. I checked and verified that it wasn't my card number. He told me "that's the card you paid with". After double checking a second and a third time, I told him that I don't have that card number he walked away and didn't come back to his desk. So I left and have been calling him leaving him messages and he refuses to call me back or answer my calls.
So don't waste your time and hard earn money!!
Wow, a huge warehouse w a huge catalog of car parts. You can call ahead & specify what you need, then pay & pick up your parts. I was able to buy a used AC compressor for less than 1/3 the price of one on Amazon.
I love going to this place because they have all the parts that you need for your car and beats going to the junkyard because they pull it for you and they're always great pieces
Most people that work here seem incompetent, bought a part I needed there and took them 2 days to figure out if it was the right one. Was told it would be there soon and when the day came, I drive there, I live far and it’s not there. They said they couldn’t find it. They could’ve called me to let me know, they wasted my time and business. Definitely don’t waste your money here.
Great Prices, and a good place to find quality used auto parts. Sometimes parts take time to bring from other locations, but it’s a great and clean organization. Great customer service as well.

They need to check the parts before they put it to sell because some parts are broken and you put your car and mechanical charge you double because it was already broken so it's unfair check parts before you sell I know they use but you can check it
Scam don't purchase from here they sold me a engine I drover the car once and it overheated on my so I had a mechanic look at it and he told me someone put head gasket sealant inside do I called the shop amd told them because it was under warranty so a week later they tell me that I camt get my money back because the engine overheated when they sold the bad engine to me.. scam beware
Best experience I've had so far buying from a junkyard. I went there looking for some parts for my car but they didn't have them in San Diego. They told me they had them in Los Angeles and I could have them delivered to their San Diego location the next day. So I paid for them and then called the next day around two and they said the already they had already arrived. Went to pick them up and the parts were in very nice condition. I was in and out in about 15 minutes wow. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Their warehouse is huge and very well organized.
This is the go to spot to start when working on a project vehicle. Prices are competitive and they have multiple locations in the USA and Mexico. Hard to find parts galore. Good customer service. Can just call in to look for the parts you need if you have the vehicle make model trim level and engine type they will ship to your local store for free.
