This was the BEST towing experience I have EVER had. It’s gonna be tough to top this! Jerrell is a true professional. No hassle, all class. This man takes pride in his work and for good reason. Seriously the best. I would eat my lunch off the front bumper of his truck it’s so clean, refreshments for customers riding along, and is quick and precise with his work. Thanks to Jerrell with roadway towing has made my experience worthwhile he was fast and efficient arrived less than 15 mins after calling AAA supervisor & filing complaint for waiting for 3 hours for AAA & other companies to arrive they never contacted me never arrived. Jerrell from Roadway Towing & Recovery was phenomenal!! He was very personable and helpful when it came to needing a tow for my Infiniti! 100% would recommend using this company, and I’m not from the area so the fact they were very responsive and communicative was awesome for me.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Tesla Roadside Assistance apparently outsources towing to this company. The agent quoted me a one-hour ETA. An hour and half later, nothing - no call, no truck. I ring them up, and they claim they're 'onthe way' and will call back when they are 5 minutes away. Thirty minutes pass, I call again, and now it's another hour? Should've called AAA from the jump, this company is unreliable and slow.
I recently had an incredibly disappointing and distressing experience with a towing service, which has left me feeling upset and frustrated. As a disabled veteran, I encountered a situation where my car was unable to be towed by the first tow truck that was dispatched. Consequently, the service had to be rescheduled to another company. Unfortunately, the driver from the rescheduled service did not follow the explicit directions provided to locate my vehicle. Despite my efforts, which included calling him multiple times to guide him, the driver failed to find me.
This situation left me stranded in the rain, in my wheelchair, at the veterans hospital. Being an amputee and facing an emergency, this experience was not only inconvenient but also quite distressing. The lack of communication and disregard for the given directions by the tow truck driver exacerbated an already challenging situation. It's disheartening to receive such service, especially in a moment of need. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in this towing service, and I feel it's important to share my story so others are aware.
Good for a tow yard. Don't expect any courtesy or customer service, they are too jaded for that, but their prices align with market averages and they did not damage the car they towed for us. No excessive waiting, and they answered my questions thoroughly.
