I asked for a service at 9:30am and the driver arrived around 11:20am, they told me that they were going to charge me a fee by phone when I requested the service, and when the driver arrived it was more than expected. I called customer service but the woman who attended me was very rude, saying that I had to say that to the driver, i asked for a discount (for the expected time) I also asked for someone who spoke Spanish since it is the language with which I feel most comfortable and she hung up the phone. While the driver was waiting I told him that it was not possible for me to take that service since it was out of my budget, I told him that I was not going to take the service and despite that they charged me $50 Dlls for nothing.

Really fast response time , I submitted the towing request and with in 5 minutes I got a message saying they were on their way . They got there with in 8 minutes !! Nick was the man that towed my truck , he was really professional and took care of my truck. After he dropped it off at the dealership he sent me pictures of all sides of my truck and we’re he left it and who he left it with. Will definitely use them again!! Thank you!!

Tow truck took two hours to show up. The driver would not honor hook up price quoted over the phone. Dispatch quoted 50 for hook up and 12 dollars per mile towed, the driver charged 125 for hook up and 12 dollars per mile towed. The driver would not drive my small sedan onto their rig, despite the leg injury which forced me to get a tow in the first place I had to load the vehicle myself. The driver did not tell me they had a different price until we reached our destination. The driver would not release my vehicle until I paid their price. The driver would only accept cash or zelle, so buyer has no recourse. No receipt for the transaction was created and given to me.

Not only was he efficient and quick, but he also took the time to explain what needed to be done, all while showing genuine concern. Absolutely wonderful family owned company! Great customer service! I had to use a private tow company and was in a jam. They helped me out immediately and at a great price! They were great from beginning to end!!! If I could give more stars I would!!!!

I have no idea how to respond to the response from the tow company so I am editing this review at the end. This is a completely pathetic and unethical towing company. It said 45 minutes and made me cancel after 3 hours and with cancellation fees. It seems it is their strategy to get money through cancellation fees without doing anything. Never use their services. -response to the response from tow company below. It is entirely false that my car got towed by your towing company. I had to reschedule with another towing company called Pacific AuTow and they towed my car in 45 mins. Please fix your records. I was literally there for 3 hours.

Decent guys, as to be expected a little bit expensive. The company acted with professionalism and got my car where it was needed. Overall a good experience

What kind of clowns do they have working there? Guy put me on hold 4 times in the middle of the sentence, didn't even bother to hear where the vehicle was when he said he didn't have people in the area.

Guy was sent to take my completely dead EV from a tight garage parking space up a curved driveway. Other tow companies sent flatbed trucks and could not find a way to get the car out. Guy found a way and skillfully moved within an inch or two of the house and driveway so that the car left without a scratch. Thanks for having experienced and skilled people like Guy to help me out!

They responded & tow truck was here in less than 40mins. They have very quick and friendly service. I loved it! Thank you so much!

Called for a quote and they gave me a crazy amount. I told them forget it. Then they ask me what I'd be willing to pay. FORGET A PLACE THAT DOES BUSINESS LIKE THAT!!

Ben just picked me up when I was stuck on 580 and took me down to Morgan Hill. He was early on time in the rain and was more than professional. I could not have hoped for a better service especially given the circumstances.

Crooks in every sense of the word. My car battery died and they quoted me "$30-$90" service fee for a jump before taking my information, location, etc. When I asked the lady if it was possible to narrow the charge down so I'd know what to expect, she said the average was "$45-$50." I was basically stranded with a 14-month old baby, so I agreed. She then said the wait would be "about 45 minutes." After 50 minutes, I called back asking for an ETA since I had a very cranky baby to try and entertain in a dead car, and she said the driver would be "another 15 minutes, but I'll call him and tell him you're in a rush." She then transferred me to a manager to "work out a deal on the cost" due to the inconvenience. Cool, I thought that was nice of them. He didn't specify, but told me he would give me a discount. When the driver arrived (an hour and a half after my initial call), he didn't say anything and just hooked up my car to the truck to jump. It took about 30 seconds. He then tells me I owe him $135, and "that's from my manager," aka the man I spoke to before. I don't know if they're trying to take advantage because I'm a woman with a baby, but I refused and when I called the manager back, he said "$135 is a standard fee." When I told him I refused to pay that, he "cut me a deal" of $105. I quoted him the $30-$90 from before, and he told me that was "incorrect." He finally agreed to charge the $90, to which I begrudgingly agreed, because I felt I was out of options and had a very cranky baby on my hip at that point. If you need a jump or a tow, PLEASE literally go anywhere else other than this business. I could have taken an Uber to Walmart or Advanced Auto WITH a baby and bought my own new battery and replaced it myself in the same time and for a similar price.

OMG EVERYONE WHO NEED A TOW NEEDS TO CALL THEY GAVE ME THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TOW MY FORD F150 20miles BEST PRICES EVER. I WILL CALL THEM BACK IF I EVER NEED ANY SERVICE. THEY TOOK ME FROM POINT A TO B LESS THEN 45 mins

I can't believe they charge $200 for less than 10 miles tow. Unfortunately both my driver side tires broken suddenly so I need a tow. Quick search on Google shows 4.5 star for the company so l called. It takes about 30mins for the truck to come. My car is at local road side and it is very easy to load, offload is easier at Costco parking lot, about 9 miles away. Do you think $200 tow charge is reasonable!?

In and Out Towing ended up sending me this other towing company, they stated on the phone that my towing was going to be $55-$85. My car was in my housing complex with no complications loading up. The driver had to follow me to the auto shop that was 3.3 miles away. He ended up charging me $134.00 for less then 15 minute work.

I originally called on Friday to schedule an appointment for the following Monday for a pickup. Appointment time was for between 7-8am and had to call 3 times waiting for pickup. Driver finally showed up at 8:50 am but was not associated with in and out towing truck name was Ledesma towing. Only thing that saved this experience for me was the tow truck driver was very nice and professional. Not sure I would ever call in and out towing for services again.

I love love this driver. He was on time and very professional with his work. He didn't waste anytime he got straight to the point and did his job. Mind you it was 4am he got me home in no time. A THOUSAND THUMBS UP!!!

The tower was very understanding and patient with my car problem. the wait was a bit long but service was great. i would recommend to others.

In & Out Towing is the best towing company. I locked my keys in my Mercedes trunk and 2 in the morning and when i called around he was the only one that actually came out to help me. he opens the Mercedes door really fast. but to get in the trunk he had to take out the back seat to get the keys out. i really appreciated him for doing this, and he was very kind and nice. whenever i have car problems he will be the first person i call.

Quick and friendly. Zusha was great! I was stranded with my keys locked in my car, and he was there when I really needed help. Their line is open 24/7. I would recommend to anyone.

My driver was awesome! he was very nice, professional, and tried to troubleshoot before towing... was one of the best tow truck drivers I have had.
