I would give it 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I pulled a large and awkward to carry door (while it had been pouring rain mind you) and everything was slippery. This lady said I can't use the cart inside or to transport the part to my vehicle (which i have done at all 3 DFW locations before for a decade or more). When I asked if I could pay for it and pull up to the large gate to pick it up (which I've don't before also). She said no, the "the part isn't that heavy, you can carry it" when she tries to lift it herself but cant lol. Mind you it's around 80 lbs and slippery while also carrying 40lbs in a tool bag. I'm not trying to scratch or ding the door. THEN this ratchet lady decides she's going to deep dive through my tool bag so she can try and prove something (not the normal check she's really digging lol). Ft Worth location is worlds better than this trash pile of a yard, even the second Ave store would have at least let me pull up to save my back. Yall need to do better
I love this location to get parts for my car! They have a lot of selection of the major makes and models. The staff doesn't hassle you, you can spend as long as you need out there tinkering. I've saved hundreds of dollars on parts for my VW Golf GTI. It's a junkyard, it's fairly self service. Like my car can also use some parts from Jettas and Beetles. Get a repair manual and know what you're looking for.
Terrible customer service they answer don't say nothing just please hold then they don't come back to phone of I'm the owner I would fire them because company not making money.. it was a young Hispanic guy and then a young Hispanic woman.. they both are rude
