I’ve used Glover’s twice now, the first time was when my car’s keypad stopped working. Straightforward service and a flat fee to unlock your car. What set them apart for me was my visit today to get two new keys made. I called ahead to see if they were available and if they had the keys I needed, which they did and were. I was given a price for both over the phone, but when I arrived in the store I was given a deal on the second one, which was not expected, but much appreciated! After some key cutting and a handshake I was on my way!

I called and the guy on the phone was so polite! He connected me to the right person. Can’t thank you enough

I had 2 car keys made and the remotes programed. Although the vehicle was having some issues they worked around them and still charged me for the original quote.

I had to call these guys when I locked myself out of my car once after work. They got there pretty quickly. It was fun to see them pry open my car window with their tools, using this hook that looked like a coat hanger to pull open the lock. They were available when I needed them (like when it was dark and everyone went home) and that's a plus in my book.

Excellent customer service. Very patient while programming a remote for my older vehicle. I’m sure it took longer than they expected but they did not increase the price and I fully expected and understood if they would have.

Thank you to Zack for the absolute best customer service. And, I can’t forget Chris for programming my car remote. Chris discovered the dead key fob batteries and changed them. Dead batteries sold to at autozone. Brand new batteries dead in the pack. Glovers are experts at what they do. Glover went above and beyond.

Great,fast and affordable service. Locked my keys in my car at hobby lobby and they were there in less than 30 minutes and probably took less than 3 minutes to get into my car. Highly recommend!

They were very affordable, knowledgable, professional, & on time if not a few minutes early, as well as were able to come to my vehicle the same day. David arrived and really knows his stuff through & through & is very courteous, polite, & honest. I offered to tip, and he was more concerned with saving me money & my finances than just promptly accepting it. I would have absolutely no hesitation or waste time calling anywhere else, should the need for a honest and skilled locksmith arise again.

Chris was the greatest he helped me so very much and definitely he is a hard worker he went through a lot for me and my cat.. I watched him work hard that day and he went far and beyond. We lost the key to our four-wheeler and could not ride it for a year. Our four-wheeler has many memories, so we did not want to hot wire it. We found this place and found out they made keys, so we went to Glover's Lock Service. They were very quick and efficient, and we got the key in less than ten minutes. I am now able to ride my four-wheeler, which is very dear to me thanks to Glover's Lock Service.

I've had many good experiences at Glover's before, so I was really disappointed with my visit today. When I walked in, neither of the staff members seemed wanting to help, and Chris, in particular, was quite rude and unprofessional. As someone who has worked in customer service, I get that people can have off days, but his behavior, attitude, and mannerisms were unacceptable, especially since customers like me support his job. I hope this feedback can help enhance the experience for others in the future.

I don't normally do reviews, but I want others to know who to call when they need assistance. I bought a house and I needed to change the locks. I ordered a fancy lock off of Amazon. The price Glover quoted was very reasonable and it was what I paid upon install. The customer service that I received from calling to schedule to install was exceptional.

Went in to get a new mailbox keys and the shop was closed and the owner gladly helped me out quickly for any other key copies needed.
