Mark B was truly the best representative I could have asked for. I was stressing over what to get my man for his birthday. I wanted something he needed and could truly benefit from. Mark B literally walked me through the entire process from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact dumpster my man needed.
He followed up with calls and texts, answered every question with patience, and even searched for a bow so I could put it on the dumpster as a surprise. His knowledge of the company and their equipment was impressive, but it was his personality and positive energy that really sold me.

Taylor made this a very easy process , almost everything was done over the phone and I was able to go pick my trailer up . Even through the holidays he still made things happen. Got me out of my lease to own $800 payment into a much better traditional loan with payment under $500

Mark was extremely helpful and an all-around great guy. The trailer was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. They answered all my questions, helped me get the trailer hooked up, and made sure all the lights and everything else were working properly before I left. I definitely recommend these guys!
Paid for the rush service on my plates and it’s been 3 weeks and still no plates. Called numerous times and can never get a manager to return a call. I’ve bought 4 trailers from this place in 3 months, paid payments on trailers I cannot use. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My salesman Mark Benfatto and other staff were great to deal with and very helpful. The trailer I wanted was at another location so they had it brought in that same day. When picking up my trailer they noticed a couple lights not working and they made sure they were working when I left without me having to ask! Highly recommend Trailer Mart Clarksville!
Mark Benfatto at Trailer Mart was great he did everything possible to make sure we left with the trailers we came to get. The process had a couple light hiccups but Mark and the guys got everything worked out in good time.

BUYER BEWARE…MISLEADING SERVICE…POOR COMMUNICATION
I have been waiting on my tile for a month and a half. After my first complaint, the seller ghosted me, and I have not been able to get any real answers. It’s very upsetting that they were helpful before I spent my money and now I’m having issues about my title and no one will even pick up the phone and give any information. It’s a shame hard working people have to put up with service like this.
If it’s the title company, find a new one or you will continue to have disappointed customers. Put your customers first.
We visited Trailer Mart just to see what is available for a future purchase, but we ended up buying a great trailer thanks to Kim!! She answered all of our questions with no pressure at all! We were impressed with the build quality--it's truly top notch!! The selection was amazing too! Even if you aren't ready to buy yet, come visit to see what is out there!! They have a trailer to meet your needs!
All of the employees were very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate me when I picked up my trailer. Brittany made the buying process a breeze and they had me approved over the phone in only two days. I live three hours south of them, so had to rely on their word and pictures that the trailer would be what I expected it to be. It was exactly that, and they made sure to test all functions on the trailer to make sure it was good to go before leaving the lot. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them and if I need another trailer in the future, they will be the first place I look at. It was well worth the trip up there.
P.S. Don't tell DOT that I pulled it back with my 1500 lol. Was a one time trip with that truck and she was extra mad at me coming up and down Monteagle. Definitely should have waited till I had my F350.

We bought a 8.5 x16 black label. Love it. Built great. Looks amazing. Hauls like nothing. I'm so stoked I decided to buy this trailer. First of many Steve. We'll be seeing yeah when it's time for a another one most definitely.
Brittney was a great salesperson and communicated consistently through the process. I was hesitant to buy from out of state but the process went well and Rory was assistance on the back end after the transaction with questions I had. Would definitely give them a look for future needs.

UPDATE: They got me approved in no time had exactly what I was looking for and I got a bigger more heavy duty trailer then I could find in Paris Tn. Steve and his crew are awesome from the min I stepped on the lot to the min I left they treated me with respect and didn’t talk down to me like the other trailer lot I went too. Hands down Steve helped me out again these guys are awesome Steve helped me find the trailer that best fit my needs again. He’s 2 for 2 now. Will continue to give them 5 stars.
David Stewart was absolutely awesome, when I say this purchase took maybe 30 min via phone and email that would be the most, even brought the trailer too us because we were in a pinch and our old trailer broke down, hats off great job and many thanks from Newton Nissan, Mike, Ryan and myself 5 stars all the way

Just picked up my new enclosed trailer. Had to drive 3.5 hours but worth every minute. Manager was awesome, he had me in and out in under an hour. Now to head home and convert this bad boy into my scuba mobile.
