I was extremely satisfied with the end results. The paint color was perfectly matched, and the warranty work was done to my satisfaction. Rhonda was most helpful and very knowledgeable of that paint and body work process that needed to be done. The minor body work and the painting that needed to be done to my truck have certainly exceeded my overall expectations. Job well done to everyone at the Maaco Body Shop in Clarksville, Tn. I took my truck back to this body shop for a second time and I have to say I am very happy with the paint service on my 1994 GMC K1500 pick up truck. The finished job that was performed this time exceeded my expectations once again. I would definitely recommend this body shop. Rhonda was very super helpful and very professional and she was able to get my paint job back to the exact color. Thank you so much to every one there! Very happy I came back!

Professional office. We had our 2004 Honda Odyssey done. Except for some overspray on the tires…..it looks Marvelous!! We are pleased with the work and trust it holds up as well as it looks now……,,thanx MAACO!

Do not go here!!! Horrible service! And awful job done. Someone backed into my car parked and took off the bumper. They said it would take less than two weeks to have it fixed was in there for over a month. They kept asking the insurance company for more and more money for a $500 job . Had no lights on prior to going into the shop and left with three lights on. The bumper Paint started bubbling after a month. And in rain seasons, it fills up with water now.

Extremely satisfied with the results. Paint color was perfectly matched and the price was very reasonable. I shopped around and compared prices but decided to go with Maaco on Fort Campbell Blvd. Best decision I could have made.

The staff at Macao are very personable & willing to work with your schedule! My car had some sun damage, the paint was completely shot. You can see here Maaco fixed that up for me! I feel much better riding in my car now! 10/10

This Macco rocks. My 1992 foxbody came out like it would’ve if it was brand new. Thanks to Christian and Rhonda and everyone there they definitely took this car to a new level. Only took 3 days. solid service and quality is way more than I was expecting.

The Clarksville TN Maaco team hit it out of the park for me. The little counter supervisor lady, Rhoda, was extremely helpful. I was worried about my repair and she explained ways I could reduce my costs. She was very patience with me and my anxiety about the whole process and was super froendly. I got great work at a very reasonable price. This lady should teach a master class on customer service and sales!

It’s been a couple days since my Santa Fe was painted and so far so good. I’ll be back in 90 days to report. The manager there was so kind and even sent me update photos my car was being painted. Originally the Santa Fe was an ugly worn black but as the manager stated she’s a pretty gray crayon now.

Had a great experience due to the staff and employees doing such a wonderful job. Rhonda has great customer service and is one of the reasons why i have returned 3 times to get multiple cars painted!

The manager and staff are very nice people, however the work was not good, as well as the options for a solution. A not so nice word was keyed into my driver's side front and rear door. We agreed on a price and I took it in. They had my car over a month, which was fine because I had another vehicle to drive and the manager kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on. I was told the vehicle gave them a ton of problems when it came to color matching. I didn't mind if it took longer as long as it was done right. When I finally got the car, the word that was keyed into my vehicle was gone, EXCELLENT! The paint job, PRETTY GOOD! The fact that the paint didn't match and stood out dramatically on a 2022 car that I bought brand new, AWFUL! The fact that I had, and still have paint all over my moldings over my wheels, AWFUL! Damage to my moldings, AWFUL! Paint inside the door where it dropped and dried, AWFUL! A layer of dust covering everything under my hood, AWFUL! Black specks in the paint, AWFUL! Damage done to my mirror, AWFUL! Over spray inside the doors and gas cap, AWFUL! I'm so upset, Maaco is/ was a household name and I figured they are great at what they do but this job on the 2 doors and front and rear panels show lack of preparation before painting and I'm blown away that this was acceptable by them. I was told that because of all the work they put it that they took a loss and I'm sorry the job turned out to be harder than initially thought. But why does the customer have to bear the cost of that. I asked if they used the color code from the dealer and was told they had it mixed locally and it was mixed wrong. My question would be, so why didn't we have them mix it correctly? The solution offered to me was to bring it back and let them paint THE ENTIRE CAR! So, I see lack of preparation, paint drippings, damage etc. from 2 doors and 2 panels and the solution is for me to come out of pocket more and let you paint the entire car. So we're painting the entire car to match what color? The one the didn't match the original or the color i liked and paid for at the dealership? This is unacceptable!! And I'm not looking for a free paint job because during the time they had my car, I stopped in with my older car I was driving so I could get an estimate on having that entire car painted for my son and was given a quote that I said was perfect. Even let them know that when this one was finished I'd bring that one right in. I'm beyond disappointed in this shop and I wish that I had the experience as the other small few who were satisfied, but I'd be telling lies if I said that. Guess I'll have to eat this one and ensure no one I know goes here. EDIT: The response from the "owner" is a blanket statement which is used on other reviews as well. It suggests that they are willing to resolve the issue. The number provided is to the shop where the work was performed and there was no resolution offered when I did reach out. This let's me know that they stand by their work. Please revisit the pictures and see if this is something you would want to spend your money on.

Brought my 4runner in to get some damage repaired. The whole team including Rhonda the manager was very friendly and helpful. Was given an estimate the same day and had the car back after 3 days. Requested the premium paint service with color matching. They did an excellent job. I actually can’t tell that the car was repaired. Would definitely go back and recommend to a friend. They do quality work, as long as you’re willing to pay for the service.

We are so glad we choose to go with Macco! They gave us the best price and took care of the scratches and dents that was in our car. We highly recommend that you trust them with your car! Rhonda Bandy went above and beyond on her customer service. She made sure to keep us updated on the car as it was in process. She even made sure to include my daughter which made our experience less stressful with a toddler!

Had a great experience at Maaco! They was very communicative, very friendly and honest , It’s perfect to me! I was searching and searching for a place and most would not even touch it for under 10k and had a year wait time! I got a great cheap deal for this only $3600! While my truck before hand was not perfect and had rust . It turned out wonderful considering the condition, their work was amazing and quick ! This location has it going !

Repainted my 91 suburban. I told them upfront I wasn’t looking to make it a show truck, but just wanted a nice looking paint job. Absolutely floored with how the truck turned out! The customer service was amazing sending updates and pictures alone the way, they had it done in less then a week and most importantly the guys did a near perfect job on the truck and close to show truck condition! 110% recommend them for any classic car/truck or really any vehicle you want painted!

* Update: Nick, the new manager, has redone the work I complained about to meet my expectations. He was very sincere about fixing the work on my car and stuck to his word. I would certainly do business again with this location with Nick as the manager. For $3,600, I would expect them to sand down more of the old paint before painting on the new paint. I had many chipped parts in the old paint and rough sections from sun damage. You can still see the chips of old paint and bumpy sections where the old paint was sun damaged. What did I actually pay for if the sanding was not done? 50% of the price is labor, and I feel like half of that labor was not really done. I feel like I am due about $750.00 of unearned labor fees. I even pointed it out while it was cooking. I think they tried to cover it over with thick paint to hide it. There was no manager on staff to talk to at that time. They don’t answer your calls unless the car is ready for you to pick up. I made sure they documented the fact that I was not satisfied. I have painting experience from the military. This is not good work.

I went there about a year ago and was immediately disappointed when I walked through the front door. There was dirty, unorganized papers everywhere. If it's unorganized in the front where the customers can see every ounce, I could only imagine what the actual service could be like. Needless to say, I left and waited. SO GLAD I did! I came back about a week ago and met a lady at the front that, Rhonda, and she had completely transformed the front office to where there were about 4neat stacks of papers...and that's it. Beautiful! That was already highly impressive, but the show wasn't over. She asked the manager to come out and look over my car with me. I've never seen a manager do this, but he would point out everything he saw as he walked around and gave me a quote on each thing on the spot...like some kind of paint job a la carte. It was outstanding! This way I could decide what I wanted or could afford right there on the spot. Liberating to say the least. They had this whole paint job with door jams included, done in 3days! Whoever they have in the back doing the actual paint jobs is very good at his/her job, so without knowing their name, I thank them very much for their skills. Very pleased with this experience and this location. What a turnaround in every single aspect of the business. They bring a lot of credit to the Maaco name and I hope the corporate offices recognize this. Oh, and they send me pictures everyday of the car and where it was in the overall process-WHAT!? Awesome business!

We are restoring my deceased brothers dream car (1983 Monte Carlo SS). We took it to MAACO to have it sanded, some minor body work and repainted the original color. The staff was wonderful and made my son’s dream come true. It turned out awesome. A+

Nick and Rhonda were very easy to work with. My 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually was in dire need of a whole body paint job. All of the top surfaces were faded and no clear coat left. I dropped it off on a Thursday and went on vacation for 8 days and picked it up when I got back. Everyone did a really nice job on my truck. If you had used Maaco previously you should check them out again. There is a new manager and his name is Nick.

This was an outstanding experience with Macco, compared to the past experience with others I appreciate this job on my car. The Macco manager (Nick) painter (Dre) and detail crew (All) were all very detailed and played a pivotal part with painting my car to perfection. The best thing about the process was the communication, time management and clarity given by the entire crew starting with management. I would recommend Macco from this day forward for painting/repairing a car in a timely manner. *Pictures attached will take away from how great it looks when the sun/moon rays hit the paint job, PERFECT! they have a poor make ready team left alot of defects and did not prep the car for paint they only sanded and painted the car even when I paid for premium paint job and over 3000 for body work to be done. so in all they failed and when I went back to point it out I was told that they painted my car what else do you want us to do.
