I think it’s important to note that these were nice people. They were not once rude or disrespectful to me and that within itself deserves a star.
However, that’s about all the positive I can say about this experience. From the very beginning, everything they said they would do for the repair was false. At the beginning, they did not keep me updated for weeks and I was only updated when I called them. I had to call and sometimes even go to the store because they wouldn’t return my calls. My estimator was a nice guy, but it felt like he would just tell me different things and that wasn’t true. My completion date went from Dec 19 to Dec 23, to Dec 31, to Jan 6, to Jan 9, to Jan 13. My estimator (Super nice guy) will get on the phone with me and assure me that my car will be completed by a certain date and I would spend the entire day trying to call the place and get no response. He would text me even when I asked him to call. I finally got in contact with him over the phone and of course the car was still not ready. The insurance only covers rentals for 30 days. Crash Champions did not offer to cover the rental at all until I was without a vehicle for a week during Christmas. My estimator would tell me one thing over the phone, such as a new part that needed to be ordered after having the vehicle for 6 weeks, only for the front desk receptionist to tell me something completely different. The lack of accountability (at the beginning), professionalism, and timeliness really caused me issues. They would blame the vendors; they would blame almost everyone but themselves. After about 6 weeks when I really had to verbalize my frustrations, things started to get a little better. I started getting daily updates, though almost all of them were disappointing. It took them 2.5 days to realize they could not calibrate my car, and it needed to go to the dealership for calibration. I was told it would be ready to go once they got it back from the dealership. It was then that I made the decision to trade the car in and get something else. I lost complete trust in them and felt that I would continue to have issues with the vehicle going forward. I ended up getting my car back on 01/16 and the check engine light was on. It was due to them putting on an aftermarket part in the bumper and likely would’ve been another week or 2 for them to order the right part and get it installed. Luckily, the dealership worked with me so I can successfully trade the car in and get something else. These were nice people. I want to stress that. This was a nightmare experience for me, and I would not recommend them.
Someone hit my car while it was parked outside of a bank and good thing she waited and provided a information and said sorry! Super good :) anyways brought my car here and they took care of it very well and did an amazing job thank you! And gave me a lifetime warranty “ Ohlala “ and great costumer service especially Kolby he did extra mile even tho they were closed he came back and released my car 🚙 appreciated so much :) 101% recommend
Crash Champions did an amazing job repairing my car after a pretty rough wreck. I couldn't be happier! I got my car back and it looked brand new, inside and out. Super pleased!
Let me start off by saying you have an amazing team. Matt was the one who took care of us. The things that your company did for my family and I. Everywhere else felt like I was just a number and with Crash Champions. I felt like I was family.. They kept me updated on everything and they gave me peace of mind. My car looks amazing just like when I got it off the lot.
Great experience, I was always kept informed, amazing staff especially Jacques. He was always available to answer any questions I had and reassured the whole process. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Love the team at this location! The front desk manger is super polite and personable, Kim and Jacques are also super great! I’ve had both of them as my service managers and they are both very caring and go above and beyond with their service. They worked directly with state farm so all I had to do was set up a drop off time and a rental! They go super in depth with all the repairs and keep it simple! I’m new to the area so finding a trustworthy shop was scary but I will recommend them to everyone! My car was finished before the estimated time as well!
Simply the worst. I don’t typically post negative reviews, as we can all have bad days. That said, I can’t give an evaluation of their work; because after the rude and unacceptable experience my wife had upon dropping off the car (five weeks after the claim, and four weeks after initial facility appraisal), then me calling to recommend better customer service, the GM (“Kimberly”) hung up on me after telling me they were sending my car to their Ft Campbell location that day. It never made it — they decided not to work on my car, and told me to come pick it up. At least John, one of their advisors, cared and attempted to be helpful.
The silver lining is the favor they did me. Yes, run away and preserve your sanity.
I decided to have my car repaired through the insurance company of the person who hit me (USAA). Because I’m not using one of USAA’s preferred shops, I had to take my car in to one of their preferred shops for a “drive in estimate” to provide to USAA and my shop. I went to this Service King location on January 15th, they advised I’d have the estimate via email within 48 hours. It’s February 10th and I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE ESTIMATE. I’ve called, they assured me I’d get it, never received it. USAA called, they assured the adjuster I’d get the estimate. Now it’s time for my appointment to have my car repaired and I may have to push the date back AGAIN because of this place’s lack of customer service. What’s crazy is after speaking to guy who was going my estimate, I was considering letting Service King do my repairs…..but heck no…if you can’t even provide the estimate…how can you repair my car properly? I would not recommend this place!
Haven’t gotten my car back but had to leave a review. Michel has been working with us since we dropped it off. He was very upfront about the timeline and costs. He offered some great advice as well. I feel like the communication has been awesome the whole time. Definitely would recommend.
The staff is very friendly. They explain everything they will do to get your car back to its original condition. They keep you updated as they go. And they do amazing work!! My car looks beautiful!! And they got it done so fast!
I truly appreciate the hard work they put into my vehicle! It was estimated that it would take around a month before my car was completed and they finished two weeks early! Service king was exceptional at keeping me informed throughout the entire process and my 2011 car looked brand new when I picked it up. 10/10!
The entire team is attentive to your needs and the needs of your vehicle. They are super communicative and friendly, and make sure to keep any insurance companies involved up-to-date.

I was rear ended one day and while filling out my claim this location was a certified business to fix my vehicle. It took a little longer than anticipated due to vehicles needing repair from the previous snow storms but I was receiving frequent updates on the status of my vehicle. It had to go to Nashville for a little bit due to the amount of vehicles needing repaired. My vehicle was repaired and almost as good as it used to be. I'm very grateful for their commitment to my family!
My experience with Service King Clarksville (east) was fantastic. From the estimate, to scheduling the repair, to the completion of the job they were nothing short of stellar in their service practices. They were fast, very professional, and I walked out the door rather amazed at how easy getting the repair done was for me. THEN, I was greeted by my truck having been completely cleaned inside and out! Whoever did it did a WONDERFUL job. My bumper looks flawless, and I really could not recommend them more.
Service king is amazing. Unfortunately someone dented the tailgate on my truck less than a week before I deployed. I called around to many body shops and was told there was no one anyone would even get me in for an appointment before I left much less do the repairs. When I explained my situation to the service king rep she was understanding and amazing. She got me in the very next morning and the guys got my tailgate fixed by the end of the next day barely 24hrs before I left. I was super excited to store my truck knowing it was fixed and saved from rust and water damage for the next nine months. Can’t say enough great things. I will always use service king in the future.

The last 2 times I have used them over the course of 2 years, there has always been something I had to finish or fix. After our 1st Accident I had to install a fog light bulb after it was never installed. And most recently they didnt reinstall a splash shield in the front of my truck and in the rear they didnt install the correct clips for my rear facing camera/truck emblem. Besides their constant message ever few days of when my truck would move from this notional point to another and waiting 3 weeks to get it in the shop, everything went ok. Attention to small details are definitely overlooked. Then after asking to be removed from any following messages, they asked me to leave a review. Too Easy Fam!!!!
When compared to my other experiences with auto body shops, Service King made sure that I felt taken care of and appreciated. They always made sure I was informed of where they were in the repair process of my vehicle. Hands down one of the best auto body shops here in Clarksville TN.
Run away from this place as quickly as you can. Have a 2017 GMC Acadia Denali. Got hit in the rear end of May. Service King replaced the rear lift gate. Almost $4000 dollars later from Ins Co. picked it up and two weeks later in a thunderstorm water leaked in the inside of the rear deck glass. Took it back, they ordered a new third brake light and stuffed it back in with a lot of black sealant[jerry rigged] to make a very long story short , 5 appointments and 7 trips later it is 20 times worse. Was told by Craig that they might not be able to fix it. Letting my Insurance Company handle it. After more than 2 months and no resolution, run fast and hard from this place. One more thing , yesterday Craig tried to play me on a phone call. That guy needs to be fired.
Very unhappy with repair. When I first picked up my vehicle in middle of December I noticed the back bumper paint didn't match the other repaired areas. When I said something about it Brent told me to take my vehicle to Ziebart's and spend $150 to get it waxed. Then about two months later I found corrosion in an area were they painted and along the trunk leading edge. They never kept me informed about my vehicle repairs I had to call them and email them. They used nothing but juck yard parts that were corroded that they cleaned up so I had to take it back for a third time and this time I was dealing with the manager. The whole time I've been having trouble with the trunk lid fitting properly. When I took it in for they could readjust the trunk lid and clean up more corrosion Graig the manager is the one who tried to adjust the trunk lid to fit. When I told him it still didn't fit he rolled his eyes and kept trying to adjust it while the hole time blowing smoke up my back side saying even new cars are not always adjusted to fit. All of the times I have taken it back for them to repair or repaint it has turned out worse than before and they still didn't repaint it right. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE unless you want your vehicle back in worse shape and worth less in value than before your accident. Brent and Griag are very untrustworthy can't believe a word they say. For example Griag said that they put a new bumper on but if you look they put the broken junk yard bumper on and charged the insurance company for a new one. Don't Ever go to this shop you will regret it
This review is written 6 days after picking up my vehicle, damages were noted and taken back to location 13 hours later, also a professional opinion has been obtained. I STRONGLY encourage and advise you take pictures and video of your car BEFORE leaving it. Completely document the ENTIRE car, from door jambs, under carriage, roof, interior, seats to windshield. I have (had) a beautiful flawless, 23k mile SUV. Unfortunately, it was vandalized in an attempt to take DVD players, R window replacement, minor R door repair and R rear window is ALL my beauty needed.
A very long story short, I left my car in Craig, David and Brad's care with very explicit concern, "I want my car as BEAUTIFUL and well kept as I had it before the vandals". My car was kept for 29 days verses 5 of estimated, MANY unexplained miles, painting the ENTIRE vehicle ,w/ exception of front bumper and rear hatch, all safety features disabled, most likely from MASSIVE crack in front windshield exactly in front of sensors, scratched plastic panels, the list does continue, however I cannot disclose at this time. I can only advise others to help avoid the devastation one would feel w/out proof.
HUGE SHOUT OUT TO CLARK HOWARD,ATLANTA CONSUMER REPORTER, whom many years ago reported on body shops, advised to take pictures, videos and document as much as possible. Small shout to me for taking the advise and doing my part to help others avoid catastrophe. Please don't regret not taking this advise later. They simply reply "They're not sure but they didn't do it," while you're holding the proof in your hand.

I went to this facility and received excellent service. Craig was very helpful, trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. He also helped me solve my problem. He identified the root cause fixed it which led him to solving my problem. He started working with me 5 minutes before they were supposed to closed. In all I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and associates.
I was not pleased at all. My truck was dirty when I got it back. They didn't match the factory texture of the paint. They didn't fix all the damage. They didn't do the body work right. They left primer and swirl marks on my truck. A total nightmare. Now I have to take it to another shop to fix their mistakes. They only reason I gave them 2 stars is because Ken handled everything in a professional manner. I will not return to service king
Took my car to this location after getting work done at another location earlier this year. The manager Craig was awesome. He told me I could come in the same day and when i arrived he personally looked at my car, got on the ground in 40° temps, and added some clips to fix the issue. He also informed me if it needed anything else to come back and they would further inspect/fix the issue. After being given the run around, with no call back from a different Service King location in my area, I was happy Craig took the time out to look at my car and fix it. Will definitely recommend and use this particular Service King in the future. Thank you for such great customer service.
I took my car there to be repaired a year ago. A couple of months later I thought I had a new light that was installed by them was out. No big deal; I will just change the light. I then realized very quickly that they charged my insurance company for a new light harness but just spliced the old harness and put a different lighting piece onto my car. I bring it up there and I get told that I will get a call back from them and I will be told on what they can do about it. I got a call two weeks later saying I have not forgotten about you and I just wanted to keep in touch. That was the last time I heard anything. My heat was also taken out and they were suppose to fix it too. I was told to take it to the dealership. Why should I when I just paid you guys to fix it. This is a rip off company. I tell everyone I come in contact with never ever go to this place. Now I have to dish out even more money to get my heat fixed because they refused to fix it. If you want good service and your car fixed right; go anywhere else but here.
