I was not able to be serviced here because my car is a foreign car and they don’t work on BMW but had to leave this message for the receptionist Bonnie not sure if that’s how you spell her name she was one of the best representatives I’ve spoken with she was so helpful in trying to help me figure out other options and I just wanted her recognized for those efforts. So on the customer service side you won’t be disappointed.

Gerber Collision & Glass did a great job preparing my car. They completed the work in record time and the work was done well. Bonnie Garrett was professional and helpful in explaining everything that was done and the non-transferable lifetime warranty of their work. Great service!!! Thank you!!!💯

I did not have a great experience with this shop. I visited the shop on 12/14 to show them my vehicle + discuss the repair process. During that meeting, a staff member explicitly informed me that they do not even schedule a repair appointment until every single part required for the job has been received. About a week later, the shop called to say that all the parts were in! We scheduled my dropoff appointment for 12/29. On 12/29, the staff at the shop told me they would communicate with me regularly via text system to provide updates. Throughout the next 2 weeks, I received updates that my car repair was on track for completion. There was no mention of delays. On 1/13, the day before I was supposed to get my vehicle, I texted to ask what time I could pick up my car. No response. I called the next morning 1/14 and was told that the individual working on my vehicle had run behind and would now need until the 19th to finish. I only received a text update about this delay after I had already made the phone call myself. On 1/15 + 1/16, I reached out to the shop again regarding the timeline because I was traveling outside of the country on the 19th and needed to have my vehicle back. No response. On 1/16, I called because the lack of response was becoming frustrating. The worst part was that each time I called due to their lack of communication, the employee would casually say, “oh yeah, I saw that you texted and just haven’t responded yet.” Hearing a service provider is choosing to ignore your messages while holding your car is unsettling. It doesn’t exactly make me feel comfortable when the shop is choosing to avoid communication while I have to reach out to them for updates on a service they are providing me. I spoke with the shop on 1/16 and asked if my sister could pick up my car. They said it was fine and promised to send updates to both of us. This made me feel better as traveling abroad gave me little opportunity to call. Also during this conversation, the tech admitted my car would be delayed again because the person working on it was moving and ran out of time. I understand life circumstances happen, but this felt like poor time management and a lack of oversight. If you know a team member's schedule is limited and you have a client with an already delayed vehicle, wouldn’t you want to be proactive in finding a resolution instead of further delaying the client?? I left on 1/19 and heard nothing. On 1/20, my sister called on my behalf. The shop told her the car wouldn’t be ready until the 23rd at the earliest because their paint guy was backed up. Extended once more without any prior communication. I would not be as frustrated if they were communicating with me, but every update had to be initiated by us. On 1/22, no word, my sister called again for an update. The employee was condescending and said the chrome wasn’t in and the car likely wouldn’t be ready on the 23rd, but they'd do their best. At this point, I was angry with the lack of consistency. I was told in December that they wait to schedule until they have everything, yet here we were with another excuse. On 1/23, my sister called and spoke with someone nicer who said the car was ready. I received a response from the shop claiming they had been speaking with my "friend" all week and letting her know it would be ready. This was not true-they only spoke to her because she called them. We never received direct communication unless we initiated it. Even on 1/23, had she not called, we wouldn’t have known it was ready. I only received a text after the car was already picked up. With all the kindness and respect I can give, if you want a good review, then good service should be provided. I understand calling a customer with bad news isn’t fun. I dislike doing it at my job too. By avoiding direct conversation w/ me about with my vehicle, it created a headache that 100% could have been avoided. I guarantee I wouldn’t have been nearly upset if the shop told me about delays, instead of me having to reach out each time to see what’s going on.

The car was brought in on Monday. By Friday we got the car back. The company was in contact with us several times during the week, keeping us in the loop of where our vehicle was at all times. The work was fantastic. Couldn’t see where the large scratches were. Great job.

I’ve brought both my Ram and my Toyota Supra Mk5 here for repairs, and I can’t say enough good things about this collision center. From start to finish, the team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They kept me updated throughout the process, made sure I understood what was being done, and treated my vehicles like their own. Both cars came back looking absolutely flawless — the paint match, body lines, and overall finish were spot-on. You’d never know either vehicle had ever been damaged. It’s rare to find a shop that combines top-tier craftsmanship with amazing customer service, but these guys nailed it. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles after this experience. Highly recommend — 10/10 across the board

Even though the company wasn't able to meet the initial timeline, their ability to scower through every part and make sure it was in top working order before giving it back to the customer made you feel like the cared about their own craftsmanship and care for the customer.

I spoke with a men by the phone since the insurance doesn’t cover OEM parts. I’m willing to pay for the difference.he confirmed that the cost would be $150 plus taxes and will let the woman at the front desk know.I agreed to pay for it. When I went to drop off my car, I signed a consent form . After signed, I want to confirm that I would be getting OEM parts. She said she didn’t know and wasn’t responsible for that part, so I immediately took back the consent form . She then turned around and told the men that I didn’t want to repair my car anymore. I explained the phone conversation I had earlier to them, and she gave me a very angry look. I believed she isn’t responsible for the labor part, but I absolutely believe she could have found out the answer. Throughout the entire car repair process, she was condescending, very disrespectful, and showed no patience at all. I also had been assured that the bumper would match the original one, but it ended up the replacement part is not the same as the original. The only similarity is that they are both genuine manufacturer parts. I have nothing left to say. I just want to get out this place immediately. My car has not looked this good ever. looks better than when I bought it I highly recommend. Paint match exceptionally well especially it being a Honda pearl white. Added my own photos so you can see how good they are. Was really worried it would be totaled and I’m about to take on a mortgage for the first time so a car payment isn’t really an option. I didn’t have to talk to insurance at all they handled every bit of that. Bonnie was super helpful in walking me through the whole process grant and Kevin were also super helpful. Again would highly recommend.

George kept me up to date on my vehicle throughout the entire process. Dealing with this type of stuff can be frustrating. I honestly wasn’t because I was pricier every step of the way. My car did take longer than originally stated. However, I wasn’t guessing and chasing down details. I was notified throughout the process and understood the make and model of my vehicle made the process more timely. I would come again - but hopefully won’t need to.

My daughter side swiped my new but used 2018 SUV with her bicycle. I took it to Joe Hudson’s to get an estimate on the cost of the dent repairs. It was above my price range but I respected the honesty. Scott and Gram were very professional and were very down to earth and like I said I respected the honesty. That’s rare when a woman comes into a mechanic or body shop by herself/myself without a clue. I definitely recommend Joe Hudson’s and would recommend Scott to fix a major dent. Honesty goes along way.

I was involved in an accident that was not my fault so I was getting repairs through the other person’s insurance. The people at Joe Hudson handled all of the insurance issues once the car was evaluated by the insurance adjuster. They explained all of the proposed work thoroughly and made the entire process as pleasant as possible. The work was done quickly and on schedule. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had to take my truck into them to get the passenger side mirror and door fixed from a tree limb breaking it off. We scheduled a consultation. Went pretty well. Then scheduled a time to actually bring the truck in to begin repairs. They quoted us in 17 days it’ll be repaired. Took them 4 weeks and kept getting told one thing and then our insurance telling us another. I don’t believe this communication error was the insurance fault cause they were just as confused. The front office staff were very standoffish and not very warming or welcoming when we first came to get a consultation . The receptionist was very kind though. We were told the night before at 5pm right when they close that our truck would be done the next day when it was “finished” Well next day comes. Don’t hear anything from them. My husband had to call in around 4 to ask them if it’s done because our rental coverage only covers a month of coverage and rental charges aren’t cheap. So my husband had to physically go up there at 4:30 pm to pick up our truck that was claimed to be ready still being “cleaned”. I just feel like these employees were messing with us at this point. The work wasn’t even done properly on our truck. The locking mechanism is not working properly now.They tell us you can come back in and they can fix it for you in 30 minutes? They say it’s because we picked it up before it went through quality control but they then turn around and say it’s in the cleaning process. They just don’t want to admit their communication errors. Two full time working parents where do we find this time? It should’ve been done properly in the first place. Just was a stressful experience.

I wish I could give zero stars. Finally got my car back after another two weeks and some days. Beyond thankful the part has been put on & car is painted to match the rest of the car. Couldn’t imagine dealing with this company any longer. I sent my parents to pick up my car. My parents said they were extremely rude. Weren’t greeted. The woman handed my parents the keys without even looking at them and said it’s outside. Didn’t take my parents to look at the car or anything. Updating rating**** it’s been over a month since I’ve picked up my car. Was told they were missing a part for the left side that just pops on. Said they would call when it came in and finish painting my car. I currently hate looking at it… two different colors and missing part… looks like I didn’t just pay to have it fixed. Honestly how long does it take to get this part when the right side is on my car… it’s the exact same part just the other side… forget to order?!?! Anyways… can’t even call to update me!?

Great customer service and a beautiful repair. I am so happy I chose Joe Hudson’s. My car was pummeled by tree branches and dents and scratches were literally everywhere. It was awful. My car looks awesome now! (Pics attached). In addition to the skilled repair and craftsmanship, Joe Hudson’s customer service is outstanding. Our in person and phone conversations were always pleasant and I was sent text updates throughout the entire repair process. What a phenomenal shop—great people, great work, and great communication.

A deer jumped in front of my SUV a week before Halloween. I got creative and converted my SUV into a zombie vehicle until the hood and grill was repaired. It looks so good and runs just fine. Thank you guys for doing great work! I recommend them for sure!

Had my 2001 Mustang GT in for TLC cosmetics, touchups, replacing side scoop and bodywork. When I picked my baby up, she looked Fabulous! When I pulled away from Bumpus’ shop it was as if I was driving my GT for the first time back in 2021. Nice feeling. The Bumpus Team from the front office through shop performed exceptionally to delivery of my car. Professional, welcoming and obviously extremely talented. Their service is first rate and happy to answer any questions you have about your car’s work. The small touches stand out, like cleaning the interior of the car, had that new car smell. Nice. This is the second car that Bumpus has worked on for me, the first was my Honda CRV which sold me on their service. High Five Stars
