My repairs came out GREAT after I hit a deer. The shop kept me updated on how everything was going, and they even cleaned it before I got it back! It was great. 10/10

My highest recommendations for Shane and Crash Champions on Fort Campbell Blvd., Clarksville, TN. A deer hit the front quarter panel and front bumper of my car, but after the experts at Crash Champions completed the Repairs, it looks brand new again! My sincere thanks for the personalized customer service and follow up emails during the repair process. I definitely would take my car back for any future repair needs.
This place, chosen by our insurance, has been an absolute nightmare. My Bronco was nearly destroyed in the storm back in May, and I couldn't even get it in for repairs until August. When we finally brought it in, they promised it would be ready in 3-4 weeks. Well, here we are on October 2nd, and only now is my car FINALLY done. But let me tell you, that was after being strung along week after week for FOUR agonizing weeks, only to be told that it would be finished the following week—over and over again.
I've missed two crucial trips because I didn’t have my car, lost valuable PTO that I can’t reclaim, and wasted money on camping fees thanks to their incompetence. They couldn’t provide a single accurate timeline for when my car would be ready, and the frustration is unbearable. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If anything ever happens to my car again, I’ll seriously consider switching my insurance before I ever set foot in this time-blind hellhole again. And to top it all off, they flat-out REFUSED to compensate me in any way. It’s infuriating!
Just picked up my car for repairs. Although the basic repair looks well a couple odd things. My cup holders inside of my car were filled with water and when I got in my car all my windows were rolled down. When rolling my windows up looks like my back driver side window tint was scraped. Also the personalities in this repair center from the girls inside the office to the male that turned over my keys had absolutely zero and I mean zero personality. I walked in they all just gave me a look no hello hi can I help you anything almost like I was the biggest annoyance in the world. To the owner you need to have a talk with your people and have them greet their paying customers that spend thousands of dollars to get their car repaired. Due to these issues I will not bring back anything for repair and I will not recommend anybody.
This is the shop that was chosen by my insurance after the December 2023 tornado. The unenthusiastic person who answers the phone and seems bothered that he is even there made my appointment for them to look at my car and I showed up. This shop did not communicate with me, not even one time once they had my car. I had to constantly call them to ask them for a status update about my vehicle only to be told that they were still working on it. They send automated text messages, but they do not reflect the actual status of repairs of the vehicle. After four weeks of them having my car, and my insurance telling me I am running out of rental car coverage, I called them again to ask about the status of my car. They told me it still wasn't ready and it would be another week. My car was not a complete wreck; it had fender and hood damage from the tornado, that's all. I called my insurance and told them what this shop said to me. The insurance had to call them and ask what was taking so long. They called me back and said, "actually, your car is ready, come get it now." I went and picked it up only to see they did not complete all the repairs that were on the estimate. I told them they needed to complete the rest of the repairs. They took pictures of what was not completed and said they would have to contact the insurance. Six weeks later, my insurance was STILL not contacted like they said (despite me calling to get updates from them). I had enough, called my insurance and had the remaining repairs assigned to another body shop.
My van was brought here in July of 2023 for repair after an accident. There was a problem with my suspension that needed repair and they were quick to help out and get everything in order for me. I appreciate their professionalism and understanding.
Brought my 2006 Cadillac DeVille in for some repairs after a fender bender. The car had never been in an accident before and was in mint condition. After the accident, I knew the damages could be repaired but since my car is almost 20 years old I didn't expect the repairs to be very good. I just didn't want it to look crashed anymore. But today when I came in to pick up my car I was actually in shock. I could not believe the amazing quality of the repair work that was done. I was standing there looking at my Cadillac for the first time again. It looked brand new! They did a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this place for auto body repairs if you want your car to look good.
I highly recommend Crash Champions!! They did fantastic work on my car, it looks good as new 5 star service! They were very good about updating me on the status of my car while getting it fixed so it could be back to me in the best condition! Shoutout to Micah and Kolby for helping make sure everything was in order, parts were on time and my car was nice and clean when it was returned! Also shoutout to the awesome mechanics that worked hard to get it done right!
So far, so good! I hit a deer on 11/9….not major front end damage but damage nonetheless. Vehicle was still driveable. The lady who assisted me was super nice and answered all of my questions. They got me in 10 days after the online estimate and started working on it immediately. I received an update that night and a completion date of 12/15 the next morning. Will update this as I move through the process.
My car was taken there for an estimate which was done. The people were wonderful. The problem came when l was told because of a prior repair on the car they were unable to do the work pre policy. Which left me scrambling to find an auto shop to do the work. Be forewarned this is common practice for commercial companies.

Customer service on our initial call left a lot to be desired. It seemed like it took forever to get our car moved from the tow company to Service King (Crash Champions).
Once the car was in the shop communication was great, we knew exactly where our car was in the process, and the finished product was amazing.
To summarize, improve your initial customer service because your body shop does a great job!!
10/10! Wow, I can’t say enough! They are friendly, compassionate, they take their time with you, they COMMUNICATE. I was told my car would take more than a month to fix (from insurance, other companies), service king had my car for 2 weeks. They blew me away. I will 100% be recommending Service King to anyone who needs their car fix. In fact, I already recommended a neighbor.

At first service seemed to be great. They promise you the world and than it goes from there.
Front desk Ryan told me Allstate would do this and that, but no they don’t. Jacob the manager acts like he can not be bothered with you. Cheyenne sits there dumbfound with her ear buds in the whole time. For me; my experience no one had the same story. It was different each time I went in.
I didn’t get to choose this place, Allstate made me go! Terrible customer service!
This location on Fort Campbell has first class service, from time l called about their service l knew they would have my business. Not only did they call through the service on my car to let me know updates on the services performed. The entire crew was on point very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied with the service on my car. I will definitely use their services again. Kudos to the staff working at this location.
Do not trust, they only care about your insurance money. Had my car towed in from the scene of the accident because it wasn't running right after the accident. Told them the issue just started when I tried to start it after the accident and to let me know if there was any issues. Fast forward 3 1/2 weeks, first phone call I ever got from them was the vehicle was ready. Went to pick it up and engine problem had not been addressed. They then proceeded to tell me they diagnosed it as a blown head with water in the oil. I refused the vehicle and they took it to the dealer who did not find any water in the oil, they found metal from a spun rod bearing because service king admitted to me they were knowingly starting and driving a car with water in the oil for over 3 weeks and it wasn't their problem because there was no damage to the engine from the accident even tho when I dropped it off I informed them there was a new, undiagnosed engine issue that started at the time of the accident. So we went from a blown head gasket to a blown engine due to Service King's intentional neglect. They never even called me, they just did the body work so they could get paid from insurance, never addressed any issues or concerns about the engine to the customer and admitted their negligence to address the engine issue to my face but won't own up. In any automotive business you know driving a car with water in the oil makes it significantly worse and due to their negligence and greed they screwed over another hard working American instead of simply picking up the phone the second they diagnosed it instead of just worrying about their bottom line. Avoid at all costs if you care about your vehicle because they don't.
Update: responded to their response below, a month later still heard nothing. What a joke.
Awesome. I pray I never need body work again. But they do customer service right. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule, it was done to perfection and clean. They took care of the rental and kept me updated on my vehicle's progress. I will definitely return!!!
Service king, especially Bradley, was nothing but amazing! They kept me up to date with my Subaru with daily texts and I couldn't have had a better experience. I couldn't explain my reaction when I got the text " Caleb your Subaru is fixed and ready to come home." Would recommend this to everyone.
We had two unfortunate events happen to our vehicle in one month. Service King was recommended by our insurance company and right away I knew why. They are amazing! Everyone is very nice and extremely professional. I appreciated that they got right to the point of the issues needing fixed, fixed it, and went above what was expected to make sure the quality was 💯. When they were finished with the repair, they washed my vehicle and vacuumed it out! They also take care of the rental call for you and make sure you are ready to go. Would definitely recommend!!
So far so good. They are prompt and very professional. They kept me informed daily. I love the job they've done. All of the staff members are friendly. I recommend this place. I'm unable to wash my vehicle for a while but everything seems to be fine.
