I was able to find what i needed and then I had no trouble getting out of there. The employees were patient, friendly, and helpful they helped us to get the correct parts and I was glad to get the advice I needed

Carlos was such a big help today. I needed new wiper blades for my car and he helped me choose the perfect pair and even installed them for me! I was low on wiper fluid and he helped me get some that will help with all these awful bugs this summer! It was quick easy and exactly what I needed. Thank you, Carlos.!!!

Carlos at this location was absolutely amazing. He checked my battery on my truck, and replaced it with a positive attitude and very quickly! My mom was with me and we both had a million questions and he never wavered with his smile and helpful demeanor even when I’m sure we got annoying haha. Thank you! Highly recommend!

I called the store before my arrival to inquire about changing my headlights. Carlos was hospitable and answered my questions. When I arrived to the store he took care of me swiftly. He provided excellent customer service. I had a very positive and personable interaction.

Started my day with a dead car battery. I was able to get jumped off and drove straight to O’Reillys. Jeff assisted me with getting a new battery. He was informative, professional, and quick. I am very appreciative of the fast & friendly service I received! I will continue to come here for my automotive needs.

Great place, great people. Hv in all but one occasion always had wht I ws looking for. My "go to" place! Nvr evn think abt the othr auto parts places.

Still the easiest place for me to get parts. The manager Jeff is a nice guy that gets me what I need every time. Been shopping here for all my parts for around 10+ years. There is a few other guys and girls that work there that are also great.

Drove 4 hours from SE Tennessee to have my battery go bad. Josh was a pure professional, very helpful and friendly. He helped me test and change the battery the next parking lot over, and even tested my alternator yo get me back on the road. Thanks to Josh's friendliness and professionalism, it was a fast fix that got me moving!

Came here worried I needed a new battery but the gentleman working here showed me how and tightened my battery connector! I always come here because it’s a family vibe I can appreciate. Great job

I was filling my tires with air at the Mapco across from this store and my valve completely stripped and broke leaving me with a flat tire. Long story short I went to this o reilly’s and jerell went above and beyond to get me the help that I needed. He sent someone to assist me and replace the valve in my tire (definitely not something I could have fixed on my own). I did not have to hunt down a tow truck or spend an ungodly amount of money on parts I didn’t know how to use or labor from people who knew they could take advantage of my ignorance (I know nothing about cars except how to change a tire, and, wouldn’t you know it, they make cars that aren’t equipped with spares anymore). Anyway, jerell is the GOAT and my actual hero and savior, and if you ever need road side service definitely go with B & S Tire. THANK YOU JERELL

I just want to say that I have spent well over 250,000 dollars in parts with O'Reillys Auto Parts and after today I will never spend another dime with any one of there stores, I went and got rotors and pads for a mustang I bought in 2020 and now when I need them warrantied they want to play word games. Folks you need to start going to Advance Auto Parts, atleast they warranty there parts and are loyal to there customers unlike O'Reillys Auto Parts. That's even after calling customer service. OMG this company absolutely 💯 Suuuuxxxxxxxssss

The assistant store manager Joshua was a great help and offered to stay open late just so I can get a radiator cap because I forgot to put it on tightly and had everything ready and set up for me so my friend could pick it up. If you ever need anybody to help you Joshua is the man and needs a raise went above and beyond you have a for life customer. Thank you so much.

I'll never return to this location after the RUDENESS & lack of professionalism shown by Brandon. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner & disappeared to go talk to a Manager for more than 5 minutes. The two other employees that stood by talking to each other & doing nothing to assist was also another issue. I left & went to another location & completed the necessary transaction without incident. Although the location is more conveniently located for me, I'll go further to know I can engage with polite & knowledgeable staff.

TJ did a fantastic job helping me sort out a battery issue on our FJ and even helped with the installation of the replacement and terminals, in the rain. Love this store and the people who work there. Thank you TJ.

Because her battery had quit on her three times within three weeks, and she required jump starts from strangers, my daughter had had to purchase a battery. (She had had the battery checked, after the second time, at an Auto Zone and was told the battery was good.) So when it happened again while we were out we pulled into the nearest O'Reilly's in Nashville. They did not have any staff that could put it in so when we got back to Clarksville she pulled in, showed them the receipt and they helped her remove the old battery, put in the new battery and get her refund on the return of the old one. Nice, clean place. Very friendly, positive customer service. Excited to not be stranded again. ☺️

Had to purchase a new heavy duty battery for my Pacifica Van. The emplyoee removed and installed a new battery which I thought would be a very difficult job but he was able to do it in a very efficient way which I was very impressed. Highly recommend this place for their professional way they complete the job.

I had a car emergency and Randy went above and beyond to help, letting me leave my car there overnight, because it wasn’t safe to drive home. They recommended a great place down the road and even offered to come jump my car if it didn’t make it there. Definitely made a stressful situation easier.

I used to use this store for all my auto needs. Not anymore. They got rid of all the good people and all you get now is long waits and frustration. Save yourself some time and money and go to one of the good auto parts stores in Clarksville.

I would give ten starts if I could. I hate having to bring my car anywhere because I always feel so incompetent because i dont know anything about cars. However after my experience here, I will never go anywhere else. An awesome and kind gentleman named Randy was a Godsend. He knew what was wrong, was so patient with me, and made sure I was getting the best deal. He stood outside in the freezing cold and kindly explained what was wrong with my car and what we needed to do to fix it. He's skilled and knows what he's talking about, not to mention, just a great guy. Thanks Randy, and thanks O'Reilly for only hiring the very best.

I have been in this particular store twice. Each time dealing with Assistant manager CJ. He is incredibly rude and unhelpful. He has a huge attitude if you ask questions. I asked for help with the deal advertised on the window and was handed a flyer... If you don't want to help customers. Find a new job!

Called ahead for a blower motor for my heat/air in my truck. Went to the store to purchase it, but it was at a different store. Went to other store to get motor and picked up wipers while there. Pulled blower....they gave me the wrong part. Called original "guy" about it and went back to the store...guy (name withheld) said he was wrong and found correct part....but again, it was at another store. I asked if the other store could bring it to the store I was at...nope, guy said it was past "The time they do that". I went to the other store, across town, and got the right part. It worked, I finally got heat....but then I went to change the windshield wipers yesterday...you guessed it...wrong part again. Went back to the original store and got the RIGHT part and installed them...I will not go back..ever.

Called to see if they had a particular part and they didnt. They asked if I wanted them to order it from Nashville (where all the parts seem to be). I said yes please and I was told it would be there the next day. So I show up the following day and they dont have the part. It was never ordered. The guys there apologized to me several times. This wasnt the first time this has happened either. Not a good business practice.

This IS the best automotive shop is Clarksville TN! 10 stars straight up... The employees are smart and know how to help you and the manager is the BEST! They'll help you get what you need for your vehicle!
