These guys are the best!!! We had trouble getting some lug nuts off due to being over tightened. Stopped here they were more than willing to help. Super nice guys, great customer service. Car Ops did some really custom work for me. Adding a rear spoiler to a ridiculously rare trunk lid.

Very disappointing communication. I contacted them about a warranty engine replacement and was told directly, “we can take care of this, don’t worry.” After waiting over a week, they changed their story and said they couldn’t do it. My warranty company also confirmed they never received any communication from this shop, which makes me question their reliability. If you have a warranty, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.
The whole crew at Car Ops were phenomenal. They were patient, honest, and had my car back on the road in just a couple of hours. Real customer service feels like a dying art these days, but they absolutely delivered. Friendly, fast, and dependable — highly recommend!

Fixed my radiator, turbo cooler, ac condenser and reattached my bumper all in 1 day. Called multiple shops and they had the best prices for their service and speed. Can’t say enough good things.
They told me my alternator was going bad because my auto start stop didn't work. They said they tested it but didn't show any proof. I talked to the lady who sold me my vehicle and she recommended a different shop. What they would have charged over 600 dollars for would have been completely unnecessary. The fix was a simple switch needing replaced and it only cost 200 dollars. They also showed me proof that my alternator and battery were both good.

I am new to the area and needed car repair. My vehicle was towed to Car Ops as I done a google search. Well, what a GREAT choice that I made. From the beginning. We are from out of town and needed an immediate and quick repair for our truck. After being blown off by other repair shops, Mike and Marco took great care of us!! They were friendly and helpful. I didn't get my car serviced but got a quote for tires. The tech, Marco (I think) provided prices for economic, middle, and top quality tires. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and the quote was better than what I received from the dealer.
My S10 truck air compressor went out, needed to replace the valve, called O'Reilly to see if they had a tool, they recommended Car Ops. Stopped by, the mechanic said he could have it done in 40 minutes. Very reliable, military friendly, and no appointment needed. Thank you so much!

I'm not usually one to write online reviews—let alone two for the same place—but CAR OPS has earned it again with flying colors. I brought in my 2500 Silverado with a leaking radiator, and the team quickly diagnosed a crack as the issue. I dropped the truck off at 9:00 a.m. and, since it was a 3–4 hour job, chose not to wait around. Marco even offered to call an Uber for me—a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
CAR OPS quickly quoted the job, ordered the part, and had the repair completed by early afternoon the same day. What really stood out? They actually had to convince me not to replace the radiator hoses I originally insisted on—saving me over $600. These days, it’s rare to find a shop that talks you out of unnecessary work instead of pushing it.
I highly recommend Marco, Mike, and the team at CAR OPS. I’ve already recommended them to family and friends. Thanks again, Marco, for taking such good care of my daughter’s beloved truck!
On February 8, I took my 2500 Silverado to CarOps Auto Repair and Collision recommended by O'Reilly Auto Parts due to a suspected faulty alternator and potentially compromised battery. Although I didn’t have an appointment, Michael and Marco took me in immediately and quickly diagnosed the issue. They were extremely helpful, efficient, and transparent throughout the process. What I really appreciated was that they didn’t try to up-sell me on unnecessary parts or repairs.
They also provided helpful alternatives regarding new versus re-manufactured parts, which still come with a warranty, saving me hundreds of dollars. I ended up having the alternator, battery, and serpentine belt replaced, as well as the front brake pads. They advised that the rotors were still in great condition and didn’t need any work, and the rear brakes also didn’t require any attention after a thorough inspection. Additionally, I had the transfer case fluid and both the front and rear differential fluids replaced.
Michael and Marco completed all of this in under 4 hours, and this was without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. Their customer service was top-notch, and they believe in honest, transparent communication. At no point did I feel pressured into purchasing any services or parts. They patiently answered all my questions and kept me updated every step of the way.
They also referred me to the nearby oil change service, where I received a small discount because of the referral from Car Ops. I highly recommend these guys. If you’re in need of car repairs, look them up and give them a chance to prove themselves. I’ve found my new go-to shop for all my car service and repair needs.
