I bought my Hyundai Genesis Coupe from Niecey. My brother bought his car from her and spoke highly about her so I decided to give her a try as well. Update: I came to Airborne because I was hearing a noise under my car. The problem was diagnosed in minutes. Niecy took the time to find the parts at the cheapest price available. After completing the services, she and her mechanic showed me the old parts and why they had to be replaced and had a video of the new parts on the car and showed me the difference from the old ones. When I say, she went beyond what was expected... She gave me labor prices that is well below what other mechanics would have charged. I am so grateful for her and will return when I need other services!
The owners have a heart of gold. We went there to look at a car they had on consignment and saw their puppy they just rescued. The care and compassion they showed this previously neglected doggo showed their character. We would purchase a vehicle from them, as it seems like they stand by their work, and just really want to help folks.

The crew and owner at Airborne Automotive have truly been a great help. I live in Boston and my daughter is Stationed down in Tennessee, in this day and age it’s hard to find a reliable, trustworthy shop to take care of your ( My Daughter’s) automotive needs especially when I’m 9 states away(Yes she is still my baby girl, adult or not) Airborne automotive was recommended by a friend of mine that lives in the area. Airborne Automotive has been great to my daughter, everything from routine maintenance to my daughter cracking her transmission pan… they have been able to do repairs at a great cost and with wonderful customer service….from their personalized text response when you call to them making sure everything is great after the job is done. I bought a 2009 mini cooper clubman s from them. By far the best customer service I have ever received, I was treated like I was an old friend or family. Niecey went above and beyond to get me the payment I wanted and took in a trade in. I had an issue with the clutch shortly after I bought it, and she helped pay for the repair, no one else would have done this. I have told everyone to go here, I hope they get lots of business as the are a company that deserves it!
The service here was amazing. I have bad jitters from a previous buy at another shop due to like a month or two of having my car, it broke down and i wasnt able to fix unless i used and arm and a leg. But even with that she made it a great experience. Even with all my questions and concerns she continued to help me and made my jitters basically go away. Every time I had a concern about something she answered with no problems and worked hard to help me get a car that I am happy with and met all my needs and wants for a car. Even the mechanic was really nice and helpful throughout the process. I very much appreciate everything that they did for me and highly recommend.

I was skeptical going in, relieved on my way out.
I took my time, about 5 hours in there total, but they had patience with me.
I was there long enough to meet other people who had previously bought from her, and they only had good things to say. The mechanic let me nose around and ask questions as he checked out the issues I had concerns about. They put it on the jack and everything.
I was scared about getting a bad car, being young, and dumb about cars.
But I saw the Carfax and brought a code reader, and everything was clean.

It didn’t take a second For them to start work on my car straight away.These people are Trustworthy and they listened to customers concerns.Above all, there was quick and clear communication for you to get your to get your car fixed in short period of time and the price was fair.
