This place, this company, this family, whatever you’d like to call them, is AMAZING! Today, I was almost at my wits end after making call after call, leaving messages that I knew weren’t going to be returned. I was still recovering from an injury, so I had a lot of worry floating around. Trying to get my car home was trumping physical discomfort. My phone rang, and Renegade was returning my call. The nicest man talked to me a bit, settled my nerves, and there was a truck there in minutes. From phone call to back home within an hour. If you EVER need a caring place to go for a tow, RENEGADE!
Shout out to Thomas and his team on getting my car aligned. I have taken my car to three different shops in the Clarksville area and they are the only ones that have got it right.

Yes, being blissfully unaware of the things are wrong with my car initially leaving the shop I left a good review. After mine and my brothers cars were looked at by another mechanic which Tom recommended to us for “tuning” on my brothers Corvette, That’s when we discovered all the problems. I did not provide a clutch in the backseat of my car. I was told that I had installed a performance clutch when in fact, it was a stock OEM clutch from AutoZone. My engine mounts Were also not installed properly and not even fully bolted in. That’s not even half of the list of what was wrong with it. As far as my brother’s Corvette, Tom sent me a $500 refund through Venmo Because of the mangled job that was done to his exhaust. Which didn’t cover anywhere near the expense to redo it. And we have picture proof of all the plugs and wires that were not installed as well as the exhaust. I thought to re-look at my review, after seeing all the news coming out about Tom and his shenanigans.
My brother and I both had our cars worked on by Tom and his crew. On both cars we paid for thousands of dollars worth of parts that were not installed or not installed correctly. I was told for my Trans Am WS6 I had a high performance clutch installed by Tom. I just went to replace again cause it never felt right. It’s a stock replacement clutch from autozone. My brothers 96 corvette had Exhaust, spark plugs and wires installed. Only 1 spark plug and wire was replaced but was charged for all 8. The exhaust was mangled, cut up and leaking in multiple areas. We have picture proof of everything. Highly recommend staying away from this shop.
Renegade Truck Repair just came and fixed my friends Bus. Corey, the technician did an amazing job. He was courteous fast and very knowledgeable. Tom in the office also was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this company.
These guys offer excellent service and will get your car or truck running right whether it’s a full blown race car or in my case, putting a new engine in my truck. No job too big or small.
I am a first time customer to Renegade. I brought 06 Toyota Corolla with coillovers on it. i’ve had it for just over two years. The car would rattle shake, no matter who I took it to. They could never get it dialed incorrectly, but I brought my car here for the first time and the car has never ridden so good. They did an amazing job the guy, Rob is the one that worked on my car. He had it done in an afternoon and like I said, the car has never driven better. I am now a lifelong customer.
Where do I begin… I own a 2016 Chevy Silverado and just purchased 4 new tires (33x12.50x22) radar renegade r/t because I saw them on discount tire and thinking it was reputable brand I went with these. I made my appointment for install and after 2 and half hours of being yanked around they told me they couldn’t even get the lip of 3 of the tires over the rim and left me with no solution. Through word of mouth I found this gem. With 10 mins to closing Tom and his team agreed to let me come through to solve my issue. He and his team worked tirelessly and way past closing to ensure the job got done and the JOB got done and done with grace. I highly recommend this place for the quality and precision that is done here. Cannot thank you guys enough!!!
Honestly the best place for an engine rebuild. Tom is truly honest and straight up. Respect him to the fullest. This shop is 100% the shop you want to go to. They made sure everything was perfect with my car. Tom & his employees didn’t miss a beat. They rebuilt my 2012 srt8 dodge charger from top to bottom. 1000% recommend renegade performance they’re gonna figure the problem out as soon as possible trust them. They got you.
Great experience with them helping me out. Tired and spark plugs. Matt was more than accommodating and the team up there got me in quickly and done right. Will be returning for my trucks other needs! Highly recommend these guys.
I came to them wanting an exhaust on my El Camino with only a week before I moved out of the state. Not only did they find time to do the work but it looks and sounds great.
Brought my wife's 2025 VW Tiguan to Renegade to install a front and rear dash cam. Flawless install. All the wires hidden, hard wired to the fuse box and works perfectly. These guys know performance, but they can do anything. I would much rather spend my money at a locally owned, Veteran owned and ran business.
Just stop in and see it.. spend some time.. Places like this are few and far and need to be supported. You can be loyal to another performance shop and support another. Good entertainment, parts and merch on hand, small local business that's booming.

I couldn’t be more happy with Renegade racing! 10/10 recommend them! I was rebuilding my tick performance transmission & needed a billit front plate sprayer and it was a month out with tick. I reached out to renegade racing & they stuck their neck out for me and got it machined & sent out that following Monday. They gained a loyal customer& fan. I will be buying all my parts from them from here on out . Amazing customer service wish their shop was down here in Florida I’d use them as my one stop shop 🦅🇺🇸

We purchased a 1974 Impala while driving through Tennessee, coming off a trip from Florida. 20 minutes after the purchase, it stalled on the side of the highway due to the throttle cable breaking. We already heard great things about Renegade Racing and were already on our way to his shop to get the car assessed. The gentlemen were off the clock but STILL brought the tow truck immediately to get the car. (So thankful!!!)
They easily fixed the throttle and then broke the news to us that the engine was not as good as what the seller made it out to be.
We asked Thomas (the owner of Renegade Racing) to move forward with rebuilding the engine. They did just that! They sent us pictures and videos with keeping us fully informed of the progress during the rebuild.
I'm thoroughly impressed with this team. They will drop everything to make you happy with their services. I highly recommend this team if you are deciding to have work done on your vehicle(s)!!

Huge shout out to Renegade Racing & Performance! I went to them for a rebuild and no idea of which direction to go. Tom gave me a build within my budget and I ended up with better performance than I expected. They’re very knowledgeable & the craftsmanship and customer service is second to none! My new one stop shop!!
Had my 1st remote dyno session with Matt running the dyno. Awesome to work with and extremely knowledgeable. The whole shop is friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong them.
Used their services several times on reefer trailers. They have done a very professional and quick job for us for very reasonable prices. Will definitely call them again
Called to see if they could look at my box truck. They were able to get me in right away. They supposedly replaced injectors and fixed everything. I paid them almost $6k. By the time I got to Nashville(60 miles) the truck was misfiring and smoking, which it never did prior to “repairs”. They came out to look at the truck and stated that they left o rings off and that a sensor was messed up. They came back out a few more times and couldn’t get it to run without a light or misfire. For a couple months they agreed to come back and look at the truck and never showed up. The guys were very cool and respectful but I’m out $6k and my truck is worse off than when I took it to them originally.
Tom and the entire Renegade Racing and Performance were very professional and were great to work with. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. Their work was excellent! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
