I needed my car towed from one residence to another. I am currently out of state.
I spoke to Brent in the office to make the arrangements. Brandon was the driver of the tow truck. Customer service was professional, friendly, helpful and prompt. I called at 3:06pm to see if they would be able to assist me. Brent got me scheduled and no later than 20 mins, Brandon communicated with me all the entire time to include the details of what he was doing. My vehicle was picked up l and dropped off by 5:30pm.
They were not the 1st company I called. I called another tow company around 8:30am this morning, made arrangements and called again around 2pm to follow-up with the current status process . They stated that they probably will not be able to get to me today.They actually referred me to Beachhaven. GRATEFUL!
When I tell you, I am overly satisfied with my experience. If I could give 10 🌟 I would.

I bought parts for my car from the same place they get theirs from but they told me that they can't use them in case they Fall off when you drive your car. So that tells me that they are definitely not ever going to work on my vehicle ever because they can't give NO ONE any type of guarantee that they won't fall off even if they do your work.
Carson and the team are top notch! They have worked on several of my vehicles, and they always go above and beyond! You will be treated right by the folks here.
While passing through TN, our 2018 Chev Sub had a total transmission failure. I limped into town and ended up @ Beachaven after a referal from a local GM garage that could not help us for several weeks. Carson took my call, provided directions, and assured me he would work hard to get us back on the road as soon as possible.
After confirming the diagnosis, they reviewed options and cost. I selected a Jasper reman which was available the following day. Beachaven recieved it the following AM and had it installed and ready to roll that same day! Pretty impressive to have a major break down a day before the Christmas break, roll in, and roll out in just over 24hr.
This shop is run and opearted by automotive rock stars. I highly recommend them for your auto service needs.
Took vehicle in for simple drive belt replacement, the belt tension bolt was bent during installation as verified by another mechanic. causing noise and belt damage Not recommended.
They were quick and excellent not to mention very professional! They have me as a customer for as long as I am here. This is the only place I like to recommend!
Overcharged for towing car less than 1/4 mile to shop after trying to negotiate with Carson he didn't charge for 2 days storage, still paid $312.00 because he said it was abandoned and no key available, however I ended up getting one front axle replaced and 3 studs and 3 lug bolts for $722.00 which also was over priced,I ended up paying over $1,000 total in 24 hours. Good customer service but seriously over priced parts and labor.
These guys are so great! They just helped my boyfriend with something for free when other places were trying to charge $200. They were even nice enough to put up with our crazy dog that happened to be with him. Great guys!
I had a flat tire at work and I went over to them and they plugged my tire no problems and didn’t charge me. They are wonderful and super friendly. Will definitely come back for my next auto need.
Honestly a really fair shop. Id recommend them to anyone. Carson was amazing at the wilma Rudolph location. Fixed the issue fast and for a reasonable price and didnt try to sell abunch of other stuff.
