Had 7 keys replaced by John. He did a fantastic job, quick and extremely competent with hospitality. He fixed issues with the door as well, making sure it’ll open and close smoothly. The price was extremely competitive as well. Wish I’d known this place before.

My backdoor lock froze up, due to the extreme icy weather we had, so I was unable to let my puppies out. I reached out to Jerry's Lock and Key and they had someone at my home within a few hours. They were able to replace my broken frozen 20 year old doorknob and lock. This was an emergency to me. Thank you all for being flexible and completing the job so quickly. Great experience using Jerry's Lock and Key! Quick turnaround, the work was exceptional, and the people are very personable! We were able to get our keypad locks, deadbolt locks, and door handle locks all keyed the same on our home. We would recommend them to anyone that needs lock and key services!

I called Jerry’s Lock & Key 11/10. I was provided cost up front, what type of key is recommended which wasn’t in stock but was ordered and was informed of every step. By 11/13 I was back up and running! The technician who programmed the key was fast and professional! I highly recommend here.

They came out yesterday at 8pm my car is a push start and my key ended up falling in bucket of water disabling my key . They were able to make a new key within minutes I would most definitely recommend

I had a great experience with this locksmith! The morning we were leaving for Florida, we realized my husband had misplaced the key to the lock he had placed on my hitch. Since we were traveling with so much beach gear, I needed to use my receiver hitch carrier—but couldn’t because of the lock! Upon arriving, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the entire process was fast and professional. He was even able to remove the lock without any damage, just in case my husband ever finds the missing key. Very prompt, reliable, and courteous service—highly recommend!!!

Experience was fine. People on the phone were nice. My only complaint was they said between 12 and 3 and at 3 i had to call them to be told the person was running behind. Just would have been nice to be notified ahead of time. They were quick to get the job done and did discount the price for being late so I appreciate that. 4/5

I had a great experience with this locksmith! I was locked out of my truck, and he arrived quickly, was extremely friendly, and got me back in without any hassle. Not only did he get me into my truck, but he also made me a new key on the spot, and the whole process was fast and professional. Very prompt, reliable, and courteous service—highly recommend!

They have made many keys for me, they always work! They were super quick getting there when I locked my keys in my car. Very reasonable, professional and courteous! This last time I thought I was locked out of my condo only to find the garage door opener not 2 minutes before he got there. He didn’t only not charge me the service call but also came inside and helped with picking up a friend off the floor!! If it weren’t for him being so nice to begin with I would’ve never even asked for the help! Again, he wouldn’t even take any money! That’s huge, I know how busy they stay!!! Best Locksmith in town!!

This place will be our go-to for any future locksmith needs! They have affordable pricing, super nice technicians, and were the fastest wait time when other companies turned us down since they were going to be more than an hour away from being able to send someone. I had locked all my credit cards inside but even though I couldn’t give that information up front, they sent someone to help anyway. Service like this is rare these days for sure- so refreshing to know a local business cares!

Not much to say here but these guys give top-notch service! I was able to call about problems I was having with the key fob to my car. After the call, I was able to visit their office, get my key changed, and was back home in under an hour (they even waited after they were supposed to be closed for me to arrive)! Again, not much to say…friendly and efficient service, full stop!

I’ve used Jerry’s Lock and Key twice now and I only have great things to say. The first time I had locked myself out of the house and they came right over to let me in. The second time I needed to have the home rekeyed and they did an amazing job. All the staff we encountered were professional and courteous. The service was very quick and efficient. Their rates are affordable and worth the cost. They were very accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and completely satisfied. If you lock yourself out or need to rekey your home this is the place to call.

I highly recommend Jerry’s Lock & Key for even unusual lock needs. I have an old wooden box my grandfather made which I have used to hold my life’s memorabilia. Sometime over the last 5 years I lost the key. Brad not only was able to open my box, but he also made me a new key! It was ready in a few days and the cost was very reasonable. If I ever have any lock or key issues, I will definitely use Jerry’s!

This establishments “Technician” charged me $460 an hour for labor for removing a blank key and left me with a further damaged ignition after my car was attempted to be stolen last night. For a little over 25 minutes of work popping off a steering wheel cover and removing the key. Now I will have to replace the entire ignition cylinder as well as covers, pay to have another key programmed as well. I asked for an itemized receipt from the “Technician” and received nothing but a sum total. After asking for an itemized receipt all I received was a receipt showing that there was just a “$231” “ignition repair charge”. An absolutely shameful performance by this technician and company.
