This store is the best dispensary I've been to!
The store itself is always clean and well organized. They have new displays up weekly offering new medicine and providing information on the medicine offered. The lines get long sometimes, but the incredible employees keep it moving. I cannot emphasize enough how awesome all the employees here are. They're always super kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the medicine they're selling. They do incredible work here, so whatever boss is reading this please give them credit where credit is due! I'm grateful for the location of this store, it's easy to access and I never have an issue with parking. Good luck with the Golden Cup guys, you deserve to win!!
I’ve been coming to Sunnyside for 5 years religiously! I love how friendly the team is and I’ve made many friends who I look forward to seeing each time I visit! Shoutout to Lexi for always being so sweet and kind❤️
AXXEL WAS INCREDIBLE! I felt instantly connected to him- he was energetic, bubbly and the kindest person I've ever met! He deserves a 10 star review! We need more Axxels in the world
This place has improved a lot this past year. It’s much speedier now. The store layout is better. Waiting time is down. Product availability has improved. There are always sales going on. There is nothing to complain about anymore, and there definitely used to be! I’m editing my review to add that the people working there have always been the best. My issues with this location mostly pertain to when it operated under a previous name, Cure. Big improvements have occurred since then but especially over the past year.
I’ve been very pleased with Sunnyside since I started going there almost 2 years now….they have affordable prices and the staff have always been very welcoming with a smile on their face making it feel like home….I worked with Sherry today but every one of them are very kind and friendly…would recommend this place hands down to anyone!

Finding a dispensary where the staff is actually sharp, fast, and professional can be a challenge, but Sunnyside delivers every time. The team is prompt, kind, and genuinely helpful. After chatting with management, it's clear they put real thought into who they hire. There's a noticeable difference here: polished, grounded people who bring the best of professionalism without losing the personal touch. Highly recommend!
Manager - Mariah was beyond helpful and understood what I needed without full explanation and delivered with no hassle and the whole process was with amazing energy love it ❤️
The Wellness Advisors here are always so friendly, and the deals are nice. Mariah is super nice and made my experience fly by today. I will definitely be returning
The employees make this company. Michael was a gem, even though the back team messed up my order (placed online), so I had to wait for them to take it back, resubmit and release the order again to him. Thank God Michael is polite and repeatedly apologized for the wait. Like the many comments below, the point of ordering ahead of time is to save time, however, that never seems to happen here. Great products, great employees, but poor workflow efficiency.
i came into the dispo for a routine visit, but i had always been curious about the concentrates. i tend to stick with things i know but after talking to Sam i decided to buy the Randys Grip+. there wasn't a question she couldn't answer and was very knowledgeable. so shout out to her and also robyn (and one other employee i don't remember the name...). thanks again guys see ya soon!
Sometimes things can be a tad slow, but lately they've really picked up the pace this past year and things run pretty smoothly now. ^^
Either way, I don't really mind because the products, workers, and overall aesthetics of the space are all fantastic!
Mariah was super helpful and chill. She gave me some information on a $10 gift with purchase as well as some recommendations for new strain types to try from. Always a pleasant and easy experience at Sunnyside Lancaster!
This was my first time coming to sunnyside and Axxel helped me two days before Christmas and gave me a recommendation for something to help me sleep that I picked up in that same order and has been working amazingly for me! I’ll definitely be back soon, thank you!

Came in for the usual vape but, I had a few questions about the Good News Pride troches, not only did she break it down but gave me a little insight on others to try as well. I will for sure be back soon to try the wonder minis amongst others! Thanks girl! ??
Safety label on the inside of the bottle was already opened and when I returned it they gave me another opened one and told me that as long as the label isn’t off it’s good , all the jars that I have gotten seem so small I feel like if there being tampered with because how is the seal off on two bottles but the rest are all tightly ok and you have to rip them off with force that’s another thing I don’t understand how that’s suppose to make anybody feel better if the labels are constantly off but the others aren’t
I only come here because they’re the only dispensary that carries a product I like and they offer good bulk deals. But honestly, the way this place operates makes zero sense.
They push these big quantity deals like buy 5, 6, 10+ items for major discounts, but then don’t pre pull anything from online orders. So if you actually take advantage of their deals, you end up standing there for 20 - 30 minutes while they run around grabbing everything. It completely defeats the purpose of pre-ordering and makes the whole system feel unnecessarily slow and honestly kind of ridiculous.
There’s usually only one register open with a large line. Nothing feels efficient or organized, no matter how small or large your order is.
On top of that, most dispensaries automatically apply veteran discounts once it’s on your profile. Here, if you don’t remind them, you just won’t get it. Super inconvenient and easy to miss if you’re not paying attention.
Good deals, yes. Good products, yes. But the workflow is a mess, and it makes every visit take way longer than it should.
This place had lost all of there accommodations. If you don’t place an order ahead of time you have to use as kiosk. And maybe an employee will come and be helpful. But the kiosk are so tall people in wheelchairs barely can see them. Let alone a blind person or a visually impaired individual. They also took away all of the seating. So while you are waiting in line you have to stay standing. For a place that’s supposed to help people medically has lost all of the accommodations through out the store that use to help. Don’t bring your service animal in here. They allow pets in here. But if you do. Expect to be glared at. And possibly ignored/avoided by some workers.
The management has become very confrontational when involved in customer service or returns. If you have a complaint about an accommodation they just brush it off.
The physical upgrade looks great but service protocol needs improvement. Even with few people being served it takes a long time from order being processed at check in until packages delivered at pick up desk. It seems the inventory back room management could be a lot more efficient.
So I have a traumatic brain injury and I suffer from aphasia so communicating is hard at times but Gail is fluent in sign language and because of that I was able to get my order with no issues and now I know I have somewhere to go that has sign language as an availability. Way to go Gail your the best I'll be back to see you!
