5 stars specifically to Eric and the service center. I've had 2 repairs needed on my jeep this year, and Eric Roda has helped me both times. I appreciate his transparency, wonderful communication, and patience. My repairs have been completed in a timely manner as well. Comparing to Jeep service I experienced in another part of state, Brubaker service WOWed me. We did interface with sales a little bit when we were considering a new vehicle purchase, and our experience there was a little lack luster. Feels like you're in a used car lot kind of atmosphere and not what you'd expect from a dealer atmosphere.

This review shoutout is for the Parts Team here at Brubaker! I purchased a '25 Jeep Mojave X Gladiator and it didn't have a bedliner in it. I researched prices of spray in, bedmat, and a drop-in liner. I called the parts department and they had the Jeep branded drop-in in stock! They gave a great price on it, worked with me to pick it up after hours, all-in-all, a great experience! Thanks for working with me! - Greg

Absolutely amazing. Took my Durango in without an appointment for a brake issue, got it back the same day! My only regret was getting a rental for 6 hours. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I bought a car here about 6 months ago and when I bought it I asked for a warranty and they wouldn’t give me one and then 2 weeks after I bought the car and they said they inspected it, it broke down on me with multiple problems and I had to pay to get it towed and I have to pay over 3,000 dollars out of pocket just to get it fixed. I just think it is absolutely ridiculous that I had to pay out of pocket to get a car fixed I just bought.

Brubaker service team was fantastic! I dropped the car off first thing in the morning with multiple warning lights on. within an hour I had a call explaining what was wrong with a thorough explanation and what was needed to fix it. They got the part and had the car completed in the same day. To give you perspective I had it another Jeep dealership (out of state) that had my car for 4 days and did not even look at it!!! Well done Brubaker Service Team!!

I had concerns about the oil PSI screen on my Pacifica hybrid/ electric and left a message asking for Brubaker's advice as to whether it is a concern. Dillon kindly called back and both put my mind to rest and took the time to explain how the PSI and the control panel screen work... (it is so "foreign" to me) The fact that I can call on Brubaker for advice on my Chrysler is priceless. I remain a loyal customer!

Everyone is so accommodating and helpful, I made my appt for Wednesday but thought it was Tuesday, they fit me in anyway and were so kind about my mistake! I was in/out quickly and the customer service guy at the front service desk was just as sweet as he could be! U could tell he enjoys his job and helping people, always smiling and cordial! I feel bad I can’t remember his name but he was super sweet!

We as a family, have had many Jeeps and Christian and the staff at Brubaker always make getting our vehicles serviced, an easy process. They explain in detail what we need and potential things that we may want to address now rather than later, when it could get worse. They do all with ease and in terms and explanations that we understand fully. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone

Diagnosed my 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara electrical system issues,, which I feared was the vehicle computer. The warning lights and messages were going crazy. They tried some things, thought it was fixed, but realized prior to my pick up that issues were still happening. Reevaluated and corrected my problems. Their service department kept me informed the entire process with updates. The solution turned out to be simple and was covered by warranty . I definitely will use them again and not hesitate to recommend.

The staff is amazing very knowledgeable and they always take the time to do things right and explain them as well on top of that it’s always fast and I’m never waiting for hours for service like every other jeep dealership in the area 10/10. I literally drive all the way from Philly to Lancaster just to get service because it’s worth it !!

Staff are kind and helpful. They’re honest about needs and don’t try to sell me extra services and products. My Jeep is well cared for at Brubaker!

I bought here and would never do business with this dealership again. I purchased a vehicle and not three weeks later it’s not drivable. It’s been parked. I tried working with the sale person and the dealer with no success. I was sold a complete lemon. IF you are set on buying from them first take the vehicle to your own mechanic or the makers to be checked

I would not recommend this place service your car; on 10/25/2024, i brough my car for an oil change; there was coupon for 59.99 in their website; they did charge me the full price of service and refuse to apply the coupon; saying the coupon should presented at the arrival time not when picking up the car. This is a scam, Don't go there; I am not for sure. UPDATE, Brubaker did reach out to me on the same day and did apologize for the misunderstanding, the manager did offer to solve this issue. In the future, I hope they will be more clear with customers about their policies.

Awesome service department. Reply to my emails, and ordered parts ahead. Fixed all my issues, and found a part not needed to be replaced (although a different dealer diag and says I need to replace it), saved me $500+ on that part... repair was speedy, and they tested everything to make sure. Jeep is like new again. Very happy with the repair... I wish Ihave came to them at the first place, but I was travelling across the country, thus went to the one closer first...

I have spent months and months with several dealerships and ended up with Brubaker. I have an extended warranty direct to Mopar. They end up replacing the engine in my jeep srt8. Since then I have had an oil leak because they didn’t cap off the second oil stem hole and currently have an antifreeze leak. They are telling me that without knowing what the problem is they can’t guarantee it’s under warranty. I said the only thing that would not be covered is if the radiator has a hole in it because that’s the only thing they didn’t replace or reconnect or tighten a hose clamp, etc.. I have spent thousands of dollars paying for service that’s been refused under warranty as well as a $200 deductible for every time I take the car in to have them fix things that weren’t fixed the first time. Then to hear them say “ We have bent over backwards to assist you in every way we could, including eating half the repairs on work that your warranty refused to cover. We’ve been transparent with you and more than accommodating, keep that in mind also”. Are you kidding? My warranty? This is the company who Brubaker represents. It’s not some third rate extended warranty company. It’s a mopat warranty! Beyond frustrated!!

I've leased 2 JGC from Brubaker. I had no issues with customer service at the time. They reached out to me prior to my current lease ending and offered to help me get into a new Jeep. But, when I let them know that I did not like the newer models and would be purchasing my current JGC, the customer service took a nose dive. I tried communicating over text like we had been doing already, but, instead of a cordial, helpful conversation, I got one sentence answers. So, I would ask a follow-up question, which resulted in fewer anwers, and sometimes just a one-word response. It was like pulling teeth. When we went into sign the paperwork, the back room is sketch at best, dirty and very uninviting. He was curt and impersonal and rushed us thought the paperwork. I literally just bought my Jeep from them and he could barely be bothered to assist me. Absolutely underwhelming. He did not provide me with any information as to where my loan was through or who even to contact about it. Truly deplorable treatment. The atmosphere in there is dark and a stale. There was zero customer service, no energy and it seems as if the salesmen are there simply to collect their paycheck and could not care less about selling a car to anyone. Buying a car should be exciting and kind of a big deal. This dealership could not care less if you purchase from them. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We had a great experience working with this dealership! When searching for our next leased Pacifica hybrid, we were extremely frustrated with the lack of options available in our area (Southeast Mi/Northwest Ohio) and the quoted payments. We found our perfect vehicle online at Brubaker Chrysler in Lancaster PA. We did most everything via phone and email, working with Tim G. It was a bit of a drive for us, about 470 miles, but totally worth it. Beautiful drive and comfortable dealership 😊. I definitely recommend..and if we find ourselves in the same situation in the future, would consider this dealership again.

NEVER been so disrespected as a customer by a service adviser ( initials TB number 279 ) after PAYING Brubaker JEEP on 3/18/24 $542.89 (74,591 miles on vehicle) note labor rate $150 per HOUR and on 12/29/23 $1172.48 (miles on vehicle 73,813) note labor rate $135 per HOUR. Less than one thousand miles driven between services and less than ONE mile driven since vehicle returned on 3/18/24 and on 3/20/24 (down my driveway) after diagnostics performed on 3/18/24 the check gas cap comes on AGAIN which was the ORIGINAL issue in DECEMBER! AND can you imagine after pricing the work I come to realize I was severely overcharged! Price gouged as a matter of fact! And YES it WAS a competitive and comparable dealership! With this knowledge I questioned the service adviser (TB No. 279) very logical questions about warranties on services provided and equipment used and charges and was treated with such disrespect it was absolutely unnecessary! Comparing Jeep with Mercedes and mechanic work to a physician as the service provider (TB no. 279) alluded to in the discussion had no relevance to the discussion about the serviced vehicle . At that point knowing where the service advisers head was at and alluding to, I asked for the call to be escalated. However, the disrespect further pronounced itself with the service adviser's (TB No. 279) demand for me the customer to call back - meaning go waste more of your time "customer" as if wasting my money wasn't enough. Words of cautionary advice... I say buyer beware when purchasing a JEEP at Brubaker because you have the potential to be subjected to similar customer relations in the SERVICE department....and if you move to the area and have purchased a JEEP prior, kindly be aware of the customer relations in the SERVICE department at Brubaker JEEP and mechanic work at Brubaker JEEP since I am on my THIRD go around with similar issues. Considering scanning the reviews briefly from the past two years from the sales and service department at Brubaker JEEP it does not seem like the dealership will be winning any regional awards any time too soon. Please do yourself a favor and shop around for other JEEP dealerships or other vehicle brand name dealerships who will treat you honestly and with the respect you deserve for your driving investment and personal commitment ! Amazing service department. Never had a better experience. My car is always fixed right the first time. And done relatively quick. My jeep will always get serviced here for as long as I have one!! The advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable. I usually deal with Tim and he's awesome at what he does!

Service Dept /Christian was great getting me scheduled for an appointment on short notice. Also was able to accommodate all of my needs such as a loaner car. It’s important to mention the supply chain disruptions cause for delays in parts becoming available and as a customer, you have to understand that. They didn’t give me a hard time about anything and my service done the same day. Tim was helpful as well. Would do business again for sure.

I was very happy with my experience at Brubaker Jeep. We pulled up to the lot and were greeted promptly and introduced to Jen. She was very kind and helpful to us as we looked at their Grand Cherokee L options. She was very accommodating and allowed us to test fit our car seats in the vehicles that had a bench or captains chairs. The Grand Cherokee L is a very nice vehicle and we were very close to pulling the trigger on one. The Midnight Sky Blue with the Steel Gray interior was (chef kiss). Ultimately we didn't get one at this time, but we will definitely keep Brubaker and Jen in mind in the future for us and for anyone we know that is looking for a Jeep.

I was treated very poorly from the service manager. I had a lot of work done here on my Jeep that was overheating. I was told that all parts visually are working the way that they should, so we should start replacing parts piece by piece. I spent over 2000$ replacing parts. When that didn’t fix the issue that, I was told to drive it around a week and see if it goes away…. It didn’t!!! I took the jeep to another mechanic, and they found the problem and fixed it in under 15 minutes. The new mechanic found that the low speed fan setting was never coming on and the brubaker mechanic had said that the fan was working perfectly from the beginning so we should not replace that. I feel as though I was being soaked for money. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

Jen Loos made the used car buying experience so casual and enjoyable. John, their online salesman, initially helped us but passed us off to Jen due to her knowledge of the VW atlas we purchased. I think that's a testament to the integrity of the dealership that he passed up potential commission to give us Jen, who advised us the rest of the way and made sure we got the deal we wanted. Nobody there was pushy and they gave us privacy throughout as we mulled our decision (for days mind you). Thank you to everyone there down to the service department who made sure the car was gone over, cleaned, and gassed up ready to go!

I had a great experience here. My car battery died and I was able to drop my car off after hours that day, but they weren’t able to guarantee to get my car checked out until almost a week later. I asked if they could get it in as soon as possible due to circumstances and they were able to get it done by the next day. Christopher specifically helped me. Overall great experience!

Today I had an oil change and a replacement for a faulty rear camera installed to my 2018 Chrysler 300. All work was completed in a very timely manner. Staff was courteous, professional and explained all work completed, including a review of the final bill. From the initial appointment setting to the final bill, to the service work performed.. all was executed to my liking. I am a loyal customer to this dealership for 20+ years.

The sales and finance team are great. They are extremely knowledgeable. I have been dealing with the sales manager in all my vehicle purchases and trades for the last 6 years since I moved to the area; there's no one better and no one more fair. The one time I didn't conduct business with him I ended up without a Jeep for the first time in 17 years and it was a 6 month nightmare. I told him my issue and he was able to match me up with a great vehicle at a really fair price. So big thanks to Bruce and the Sales/Finance team.

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle that was a recent trade in to Brubaker. So recent in fact that they didn't have time to go over or clean it. But it was the exact vehicle we had been searching for. They stayed past closing time to accommodate my work schedule so I could test drive it. We negotiated price that same night and came to a deal. Their service department thoroughly checked the minivan out the next day and put new brakes and rotors on it at no cost to us. We hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 10 years so we were nervous about the buying process and "getting taken" with hidden fees and mark-ups, or purchasing a vehicle that needed immediate maintenance items like brakes or tires. In fact, they could've glossed over the brakes, told us they were fine, and we would have been none the wiser. Needless to say, we are very pleased because we got the exact vehicle at the exact price we wanted. When leaving the lot, the GM Jared assured us to call him directly if we experience any problems even though we bought it as is. We feel very satisfied with our Brubaker buying experience.
