I purchase all my tires at Tires Plus and over the years have been very satisfied. Periodically, when I have stopped in for servicing, Anthony at their Plaza Blvd location has helped me. He has been very helpful and thorough, even if I just drop in to get the tire pressure checked. The service at this location is very good, and Anthony is a great asset to their team! I would highly recommend Tires Plus in Lancaster!

The guys in the shop from Lancaster park city mall really do the work they say they're going to do on the car. they do not say it needs something. And don't do it, they actually perform the work and fix the problem on your car correctly⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍

They were extremely quick and so very helpful. They helped explain everything so then we are not confused with anything at all and were very understanding when things needed to be fixed. Will absolutely be coming back in the future!

I came in to repair/replace one tire due to a screw. The tire was not ripped when I arrived—I had been driving with it by adding air. After waiting, I was told the tire was “ripped badly” and that all four tires needed replacement. When I asked to see it, the tire was suddenly cut all the way through, which I know for a fact was not its condition before. When I questioned this and started recording, the employee admitted he damaged the tire while removing it. Accidents happen—but honesty and accountability matter. Despite earlier insisting all tires must be replaced, the manager then said they would only replace the one they damaged, completely contradicting their own claim. This experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. Be cautious and ask questions. 01/02/2026

Brought my vehicle here on short notice with a bad tire and Anthony was able to assist and get my vehicle in and out with no problems. They did good and timely work and I appreciated the communication while the work was getting done.

Scammers!!! I went a couple weeks ago for an oil change and then they told me I needed new tires. I went in for the new tires and then they told me that they were too busy to align the wheels and I can came back within a month. After receiving the new tires I start to hear a grinding noice whenever I would drive coming from the front wheels. When I returned to have my wheels aligned they told me that I needed a new rotor on the left front wheel and new brakes. My car was driving completely fine before bringing it in to them. They also charged me $1100 for the left rotor and “new brakes”. Every time I brought my car in they always found a “new” problem that wasn’t mentioned before.

Got me in and out in one day for 2 new tires, same day. Great service.

Greeted for my 11 AM appointment, car taken in quickly & assessed, started the job (inspection & new tires) while I waited onsite, kept me apprised, completed in a timely fashion (in 1.5 hours), reviewed work done, paid and went on my way. Thanks again!!

I broke down while on a getaway weekend and Shawn and his team took care of my vehicle and got me back home. So very Thankful!

Took my car in for new tires and inspection. When I was driving home after picking up my car I noticed my back passenger rim was bent. I called to try and find out what happened. The guy who answered told me "they can't look at my car til Wednesday" after I literally just left the shop. I asked for a managers or corporates number/email and was not given either. I went ahead and made a police report since they refuse to take accountability.

I had a flat tire at a nearby highway on a Friday evening about an hour before tires plus closed. I called in to make sure if I got there before closing would they be able to take my tire off, put a new tire on the rim and put it back on the truck. The guy on the phone asked me year make and model of the truck. I informed him it was a 3500 dually with a utility bed on the back. He said he could help me as long as I got their before closing. The tow truck had me in their parking lot 30 min before closing. They pulled my truck in and the guy up front asked me how much the truck weighs. I told him I had no idea. I am not really sure what the guy looked up to figure it out but he tells me the truck weighs 10k pounds and he doesn't have a jack rated for that so he can't help me. The truck was backed out of the garage. The tow truck driver told me to call H&F tire to see if they could help. I had to wait an additional hour and a half for Mikes Tire Service to show up with a 6000 pound floor jack that easily lifted the front of my truck and they got me back on the road in under 20 minutes. Just having a little bit of common sense would tell you if a truck weighs 10k pounds (which is probably accurate) and youre jacking up 1 corner of that truck youre really only jacking up 2500 pounds not 10000 pounds. Additionally the guy told me because I had stuff in the bed that was what made them decide they couldn't do it. Bed cargo means almost zero when youre jacking up the front of the truck because all the weight is resting on the back of the truck. As a small business owner I do not give out 1 stars easily. If tires is your thing you should easily be able to handle a dodge 3500 and if that's the size you don't want to deal with then employees should be trained to tell customers no. I had more than enough time to go to a number of other shops that could have helped me before they closed. I do want to say that all staff were very friendly and they were apologetic that they could not help me.

I was charged around $1,200 for inspection, tie rod, and other parts. This garage charges around $80 for inspection. Dutch Valley charged me around $17 for inspection the last time I was there. Very nice people, but way too expensive for me. I guess we are paying for the fancy waiting room and convenience of being close to Park City. I would rather go over to Park City to wait though instead of paying over 4x the cost of an average garage for inspection.

Anthony and Shawn were super helpful in getting me set up with my oil change and understand the severity of the issues regarding my tires! Would recommend using this shop!

Shawn at Tires Plus, always makes sure that I have the most stress free car related experience ever. They are fair and honest each and every time that I am in. I have been coming here for about 8 years now and have nothing but good to say.

They are very nice, and helped me get in the same day for a tire change! It was an emergency because of work, so I really appreciated there work!

They took my truck in early when I arrived an hour before my appointment time and had me out the door quickly. Friendly service and no issues whatsoever. I've been here a few times and these guys are always great to deal with.

Was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule. Good communication with the staff. Vehicle finished in timely manner. Overall, pleased with service.

Do NOT come here for any work you need done. Their number 1 priority is selling you as much as a possible and every time I've brought my car in for something as simple as a tire change it leaves with more wrong with it. Don't waste your time and money. Go somewhere reputable and more trustworthy than this garbage establishment. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Anthony, Nicholas, and Jerry teamed up and absolutely saved my day. Perfect professional service, will literally never go anywhere else because of my experience with the people at this location. Simply the best.

Service Mgr Shawn Abernathy took my somewhat frantic call on Friday at 5:19 pm. He was…. amazing. Shawn assessed my flat tire situation and without hesitation urged me to “COME ON DOWN”. He and his crew literally saved my weekend. They were professional as well as caring, understanding my desperation entirely. Bravo, Shawn and crew! You guys rock!!!

I was able to get my car in for a last minute flat tire service on a Sunday without any delay. Their communication with me was a little sparse, but when I was about to lower my patience my tirr was fixed. I'm glad they didn't attempt to take advantage of me, repairing the tire quickly and reasonably priced. That means a lot to me.

These guys are wonderful. We made an honest driver error mistake and they were so honest and took care of us out of towners. They were so kind and to us as we were stressed out beyond belief. Thanks to this awesome team. I can't recommend them enough!

Price was good. Car ride is nice and smooth. Customer service was great. Anthony was pleasant and responsive. Took longer than expected. Received my car missing a center cap that was left on a table. Had to come back a few days later to pick up. The wheels where never cleaned off of the thick lube used to seat the tires turned into a dry, white crust.

From the time I called the store from the road riding on a donut, I received nothing but courteous and expeditious service. My options were explained to me with the associated costs, and I was back on the road within an hour. Could not be more pleased. Anthony at the counter was friendly, informative and helpful. Highly recommend.

Terrific and helpful team members!! Showed up with a massive nail in rear, driver-side tire. Too fearful to drive back to Harrisburg with this nail sticking out of the tire, I stopped by to see if someone can lend a hand. Front desk guy and a mechanic graciously stepped away from their work to inspect and remove the nail. Surprisingly and luckily, the tire was undamaged after the nail was removed, but these guys did a superb job in customer service!
