Ordered a key fob install online for in store pickup. Took all of 5 minutes, I was in and out. Super friendly and quick service. I highly recommend coming here to the professionals instead of trying to DIY a key fob battery!

I had purchased a brand new Duracell battery for my vehicle in the first week of December 2022 then began having issues with it in the Winter of 2024 and had to jump the battery a few times to get through the winter even after replacing the alternator on my vehicle...fast forward to winter of 2025 and same issues again, will not crank under frigid temps so I pull the battery and call this location to try and replace the battery under Duracell's 3yr warranty since I was about a monthinside of the 3yr warranty period but upon relaying info to employee, they had me bring in the battery for an overnight deep cell charge before they would even consider honoring Duracell's warranty so the only choice I had was to leave it with them and cross my fingers for their "fix". Picked up the battery and reinstalled but same issue persisted and vehicle cranked slow and weak in frigid temps even with a new alternator and new remanufactured starter. I called to inform location of sub par result and was asked to bring vehicle in for further testing, a luxury of time that I do not have, being 45min from this location burning my time and fuel when a warranty should've been issued early on. Now the battery's warranty will lapse within the next couple of days and I will be stuck with a defective battery until i use it as a core and buy another, a purchase that will not be made at this location. I may contact Duracell direct to see what warranty parameters are since my issue was not resolved. I'm sure this location is great for small scale batteries for phones, watches, etc. But I would not use them for auto batteries or anything with a manufacturer's warranty.

Everyone during the process was so helpful and the timing was speedy. They also helped me check the status of my car battery and car key fob which gave me such a great peace of mind! Great service from Josh and team. My car battery was dead when I flew back into the airport on a Sunday afternoon. They had the battery and jumped on the replacement. My car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) has a unique battery setup, but they adjusted and even had to run out to get an extension. They got it all done and have me back on the road with a new battery. Much appreciated.

Took my iPhone 15 plus here to replace back glass, and get new microphone / charge port installed. They broke the back glass of the new back glass they were installing , broke the new microphone / charge port they installed while putting the phone back together. Last but not least my phone started to turn on and off every 60 seconds after they opened it up. I assume they damaged the motherboard with the careless craftsmanship they used on my phone. Learned a lesson from these guys forsure. -$450 for trying to repair / service for very poor workmanship. I ended up having to buy a new phone due to the damage on my phone that ironically occurred after they opened it up to replace port. Beware

Ebike accident destroyed my brand new Galaxy S25 plus. Looked like someone shot it with a 9mm, These guys at the Battery Shop didn't even blink an eye. Camera damage screen damage. Fixed in 2 hours. ROCK STARS. ALL OF THEM

These guys changed my phone battery in about an hour today. I called first to make sure they could do it today. They made me an appt over the phone, which saved me $10. When I arrived they were expecting me and had already pulled the correct battery from inventory for me to make things go even more smoothly. I really needed their help and they came through for me!

Tom and the rest of the staff at this location are amazing. I dropped my Samsung Galaxy and shattered the screen. Made one phone call and had an appointment the next morning for repair. 2 hours later I have my phone back as if this never happened. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Good customer service and communication skills. The repair took longer than expected, most likely due to the busyness at the store. They also graciously discounted my bill with a coupon they automatically applied.

Such kind service! As a disabled single mom I am always looking for good deals on various items for my car as these are expensive. In all honesty, I have a very hard time trusting people and have been taken advantage of in the past. Today I purchased a car battery for a fantastic price, and had it installed in a flash. In addition, the gentlemen working there were so kind and answered all of my questions regarding other things I am looking into for my car in the future. 5 stars for sure!

8/17/23 Back with a friend. She did not know it was there. She said that will be her go to place. This is a great place to find so much more than batteries. I just got a lifetime battery for our key fob. Fast and friendly service. Thank you. 4/20/24 Still as great as ever. Always seem to have what we need. 7/17/24 back again for a battery for our car key. Took about 2 minutes. Thank you. Always enjoy doing business with you. 12/20/24 back to get a battery for a watch. So glad I got the lifetime battery, have gotten it changed a few times and only paid once.

Service was prompt and polite. Joined the lifetime battery club. Got our fob checked and battery replaced in 5 minutes.

Lenny is the BEST. Lost my keys and called many places to see if they could do a fob replacement. Batteries Plus did it with a mobile service, at the cheapest price. Lenny had the job done so fast and was incredibly professional - he's an expert. If you need a key replacement for your car, this is this guy you want.

Highly recommended! I live in Atlanta, Georgia, and I had to coordinate getting a key for my father‘s vehicle which was parked in a Lancaster area hospital parking deck where he was a patient. Upon getting the correct documents to them, Alex was there within hours and had the job done. He went above and beyond and had the keys delivered to hospital personnel for my father. Highly professional and efficient!!!

Wow!! I literally called and talked to 95%of locksmith in my area and it was frustrating and painful for anyone to feel or have compassion...until I called Batteries Plus. Instant gratification and relief omg! Mr. Lenny DeLeo. Is a living angel and professional with a awesome attitude that knows his field and cares! Now let's not forget it's a business. But unlike other's they made sure they came quickly the price!! 75 to a 100 less than everybody's else. Life saver in every way.. Walked in at 8:30 AM Monday morning to get my phone screen replaced, they were super cool and friendly about it and got it done quickly! Extremely satisfied with the quality of work and friendliness of the staff. Hard to come by these days!

Great customer service. Over and above service.Will fixed a problem and found where my battery was (it was underneath my passenger front seat). Seat had to be fixed because it would not move. Jess was also very knowledgeable about store products.

Great Service! Stopped in today for a new battery for my phone. Was approached right away by a friendly technician . She explained everything and made the process very easy. It was complete in less than an hour. Gave me time to run errands. Was treated very respectfully by each representative I spoke with. There were quite a few customers at the store today and none of them seemed irritated. I watched as they were all taken care of in a timely manner.

This is to review the we fix it side of the store. Initial intake was a bit fumbled when store employee told me 2 hours for a turn around time. I was prompt at 8 am and phone was returned at 11:45 am. a week later while using the phone the screen started to crack in previous location of damaged area. When contacted store the were quick to eval the phone. I was turned down on their warranty. This was based on the opinion of the store manager, that there were exterior damages. I have the phone in a protective case and as there was only a singular crack. One could assume that it would be hard to crack a screen below a protective case. Beware of installer error at this location!
