An employee will examine your car, take photos, video, etc. 4.) You receive an offer on the spot, and you receive a check printed for you on the spot, if you accept the offer 5.) If you use the Lyft Rideshare service to return home, you may receive a voucher to cover a portion of the cost of your ride home. I worked with Mr. Shawn Walker; he was professional and helpful. Shop around is my advice, I was able to get $1,000 more elsewhere. Guy claimed my engine made funny noises, which is baloney, that car was our daily driver for years and never had an issue with it.

Although the process took longer than I hoped for, I was happy with the service and ease of selling my car. I did not received the online offer, but trhe vehicle had to be inspected and the offer was reduced. Compared to what I paid a few years ago (and the car's year), I was generally satisfied.

We got 50% of what the estimate stated given online... but it is an estimate, and really, our vehicle was on its last leg with transmission and engine issues. So we were pleased with what we walked away with. Also, to note, we got double what Carvana offered but maybe that's because Carvana comes to pick up your car from you?? Just glad we got a better deal. Shawn was great to work with and made the process painless. Super easy to talk with and engaging - he's a pro at small talk. :) Highly recommend.

Shawn, The man we dealt with was wonderful. He had all the answers to any questions that we had.I would highly recommend this business if just he was the owner. But the company was not exactly my favorite. Over the phone to make the appointment the company offered my son $2300 as the price they would give us for an older car. After arriving they inspected the car and then reduced the offer by half because they felt like it had been painted. Nothing showed up on the history of the car with regards to any damage what so ever! the determination was from a meter held against the paint that showed the paint was too thick...meaning it had to have been painted at some time. It left me feeling like they never intended to give us the agreed on price from the start.

I went expecting to get a lower price than I would have received if I had sold the 1999 Chevy Blazer myself. But I was grateful for a quick, straightforward, and convenient process. I had to schedule an appointment several days in advance, and it took about an hour. The person who helped me was courteous and helpful.
