Darian is the guy who assisted me.He was very thorough and got me in and out very quickly.He listened to my complaint,explained everything to me as to what needed to done .In and out 10 minutes.Highly recommend this place for service. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had to ask another customer if they were even open as noone greets you when you walk in. The first sales person I see asks how can they help and I say I need to change my battery as it is slightly corroded. The first thing they tell me is that they stopped working at cars on 3 o’clock, but he can pop my hood to look to see if I need my battery changed. Please tell me how that makes sense. Total waste of time coming here, put on your website that you stop business an hour early.

I needed a new battery. I stopped in and had it swapped out. They are knowledgeable and the whole process took about 10 minutes. They didn’t even charge me for the install, the battery price was the cheapest around.

False advertisement. This business comes up under recycled batteries. That was a waste of time.

I shopped around for a battery. I called here. They had the best price. I got there and the price was different 20 minutes later. after a little bit of research when I got home, I discovered they quoted me the battery for the 2.7 L engine. I was very clear on the phone about my 3.5 L engine and I even had the exact group series, As well as the year make and model and trim level. I’m not saying it was intentional I’m just saying it’s frustrating.

Staff was very nice, thorough in testing my truck battery. I had a new truck battery in and out in 10 minutes. They were also cheaper than any other place I looked.

The battery in my mothers car went bad when she was out shopping. I went to jumpstart her car and she followed me to Battery Warehouse. Darian had to be one of the most pleasant guys I've ever met. He was knowledgeable and took good care of my mom. He actually treated her like she was his own mom. I can't speak highly enough about Darian. If you need a battery, this is the place to go. The price was much better than any of the other 5 or 6 places I called and he installed it for her for free. Darian if you read this, I want to thank you for your help and I appreciate you being so kind to my mom.

Service was fast, and friendly. The car battery fit perfectly and made my air conditioner work cooler. The price was the best around for a quality battery that I have found always holds a charge throughout the warranty.

Beware, they do NOT stand by their battery warranty. I bought a car battery exactly 1 year ago. My trusted mechanic of 20 years at a very well known and respected garage , tested the battery and said it was shot only reading 2 Volts. I took the battery with the receipt and they would NOT replace. I was told they wanted to keep the battery and see what charge they could get out of it. UM, No replace battery - Do The Right Thing for the Customer ! Will Never return and will share my dissatisfaction with everyone .

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Rodney. I came in looking for a new car battery. He tested my battery and alternator, to better assist me. He told me my alternator was fine, but recommended I purchase a new battery. It was nice that he gave me that reassurance. Finally, he showed me the best option for my vehicle. He was patient with me while I made my decision and was more than happy to help. On top of that, they will install the new battery for you! I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for reasonable prices. After calling around, I wish I would’ve called here first, because they had many options available for me to choose from. I was in and out within 20 minutes.

This place is great. I was having issues with a battery I had installed at a box store chain and had been there twice for battery issues/installs. After contacting my manufacturer of my truck, a dealership service center, the manufacturer of the battery, and the retailer, I was getting nowhere. After hearing about my friend’s quality purchase experience at Battery Warehouse, I thought I’d reach out. They had me come in the next day to look everything over and Erik was extremely professional, thorough, and diligent. I thought I inspected the install and clearly there were things that I missed. Glad I came in. I know that my battery works and is in good shape and is now installed correctly which is where it seems like my issues were coming from on the original install. The customer service, large selection, and expertise are why I plan on buying my batteries from here in the future. Thank you Erik and Derek

The guy there looked at my bad battery and knew that gases built up in it while charging and caused it to go bad after 2 years of use. He said there is technology build it to the cell phone and the battery to prevent that, but sometimes after the intended life span of the battery comes around, the battery just wares out. He also confirmed that my phone was ok, it was just the battery that needed replaced. Even though he could not reorder my battery type, he gave me valuable info. Also, the customer service on the phone before i came in was good also. I am aware there are some low reviews on here, but I did not see the other guy everyone is blasting, the guy who helped me was a true Christian, and blessed me greatly. Thank you so much bro, and to everyone else, these people do give good service. Please don't hesitate to give them a chance. Blessings ya all. Peace.

ODYSSEY extreme 1500 let me sit 3 times in morning only. put in new cheap battery. been 1 month now no problem. they said battery was good. i know it is not, would not replace the $300 battery less then 2 yrs old. same happened to my generator battery didnt last 1 year. not to impressed

Good selection of batteries and overall good pricing. Although once in making a decision on a battery, I called them and received a quote, only to drive 30 minutes to the store n find that the price was $10 more than quoted and they didn't really want to honor my over the phone price quote. If I would've known that I would ordered the same battery from a local retailer that would've delivered it to my door. All in all a good business in a nice new building.
