Staff is friendly and accommodating. They refused to honor their price match guarantee on a 16oz bottle of Fix-a-Flat. Their price is near $14 whereas Walmart up the street is about $8. I highly reccomend trying Autozone as their price match is always honored. It's a shame that Advance Auto Parts advertises one policy online, but when you go to their brick and mortar you are told something in direct contradiction.
I've been here a bunch of times guys are always helpful I've been going here for 20 years and I have no interest in changing it anytime soon and I also want to throw this out there to stand up for my guys the guy who left the one-star review imagine that you ordered a part you're admitting at the part you bought was cheap can you buy that same cheap part in another place expecting a different result and then try to bring it back and expect them to take it back that's not going to happen that's the fault of this guy not advanced Auto parts say goodbye by a cheap pair of shoes at Walmart wear them stuff them up and then bring them back they're not going to take it it's common sense
My aunt car wouldn't start when she went to leave Dollar tree. Jason was so helpful in diagnosing the problem for her. I was then able to bring the tools needed and fix it for her there in the parking lot.
The staff here is more professional than any other Advanced Auto Parts that I have been to. Greeted me when I came in, asked if I needed help finding anything. They even tried to provide me with a funnel they had to fill my transmission. Thank you guys, and keep up the good work
Advance auto is garbage. Chasing a squeaking pulley on my jeep so ordered a cheap alternator on rock auto. But pulley didn't spin the best on that one but installed it anyway. So was Still squeaky. So went and picked one up from Advance for double the price. At 11 am took home installed still squeaks . So back at Advance by 1 pm with used alternator but only used for 5 Mins we can't accept that its used.. never shopping Advance auto again.
My driver side windshield wiper broke today and it was raining. I went to Advance Auto for Rain X hoping it would work. The man even came out with a trash bag and paper towel to dry my windshield and apply the Rain X under the trash bag. I made it home safely thanks to him and the Rain X! I didn't catch his name but I greatly appreciate his help!
The worst customer service. Very Unprofessional, waited in line for over 10 minutes and no one said we will be right with you. They have one person checking the customers out, with a line of 4 customers, and two additional employees in the back, this cashier states he can't help me do a diagnostic test on my car because he's the only one there and clearly we are seeing too other employees. To top it off I informed him that I would need him to jump start my car as I had to turn it off to come in the store and had got it jumped before coming to the store. He said sorry can't do anything for you. I'm the only one here (clearly he wasnt) and you'll have to wait to I finish attending the customers. Once I stepped away, another 3 customers came in the door and one of the employees jumped on the register. Do you think he said ma'am ill be right with you now that I have helped... absolutely not... didn't even acknowledge me. As an employee if you're miserable you shouldn't be working with any customers. Stay home.
They don't know what they are selling I have been there for the past 3 days trying to get the right part for my vehicle and they keep telling me that I don't know what I am talking about. But yet I know my vehicle information I can't help if the employees don't know what they are talking about or what they are selling maybe they should get more training. I will never ever go back to this place again
Awesome people there had a problem with my car 4 blocks away and asked to use a battery jump box and the guy walked with me to help hands down best one I ever went to been going back to that one since for all my needs of car repair and parts
U know this place is the go to place when traveling,so this team is pretty cool,laid back,and very good to customers.I met a Luis over there.Pretty cool.Ithers over there are laid back,and know their inventory quite well!!I like going to places like these.And a most time,depending on make and model,they are there.So all in all,a must go to place.I drive American,so it's easier for me to get what I need.
My daughter had a battery installed here, next morning I get a call. After investigation the negative terminal was never tightened, and the plastic battery cover was left off against the exhaust manifold. Upon returning to the store the young lady with black hair who represented as manager visibly irate, tested the battery and told me it was good. Well Thanks, go out front smoke and text with your staff. NEVER LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR CAR.
I showed up here right before a snowstorm was going to hit to have my battery checked, and despite the freezing cold and snow flurries, Sean did a thorough diagnostic and sent me on my way within 10 minutes and didn't charge me a dime! So grateful to have folks like this in my community.
Very upset. The store manager did not listen to what I needed and didn’t care. Couldn’t get my battery replaced because they said it was not an easy access so here I am stuck with a dead battery 4 hours from home!! So thanks advanced auto I will never buy anything from you again..
I went to Lancaster Advance Auto Parts for wiper blades. After paying for them, the cashier asked if I'd like to have him install them, which I initially declined. He reminded me that the service was free and, as it was bitterly cold that evening, I accepted. Glad I did as he quickly realized the rear window wiper package was incompatible. (I'd have kept at it for hours before giving up). He gladly refunded the incorrect wiper package and all was well. I even tried to tip him which he declined stating again, the service is free. Can't say enough about how much I like THIS auto parts store.
Thought I needed a new battery so one of the employees, Josh Patterson, came out and tested my battery. Informed me the battery was not dead and the cables were just loose. He proceeded to clean my battery and tighten the cables. Issue fixed. Josh was friendly, helpful, informative, and patient. Don't bother going anywhere else for auto-part and accessory needs. Best place in the county.

Very knowledgeable staff, and very helpful, I was greeted as soon as I wanted in and was offered to be helped finding what I needed.
I asked the guy for what I needed and he pointed me to where it was, and again asked if I needed any help help with it, I l knew what I needed, nevertheless seeing that I was hesitant to choose among the choices of coolant/anti freeze he came over and asked which model vehicle and pointed to one I hadn't notice.
I like going there whenever I need to buy something for my vehicles, fair prices and good service.
Great experience this morning at this location. Got in the car to head to work and got the click-click-click of dead battery. After jumping it and going to Advance, I met Eddie inside and explained. He was super friendly - came out and ran diagnostic on the battery to determine it needed replaced (10 years old, go figure).
At that point we looked at some new batteries - purchased one and Eddie removed the old and installed the new in a few minutes for me.
Great experience - this is exactly what a customer-oriented business should look like. Thanks!
Nice friendly staff who asked if i needed help after they saw i didn't find what i was looking for. I didn't have to ask for help like most places. The staff showed me exactly what i was looking for and gave me details like which sells best and which one works the best. Great place to go if you need anything auto related. Keep up the good work!
Here's the trick. Buy online and use a 30% off discount code like trt30, and select to pick it up in the store. You can save 30% on nearly everything. With that and speed perks discounts, I find myself only going to Advanced now.
Needed a battery in a pinch and stopped by. Roger was very helpful and cool to talk with. He tested my battery, starter, and alternator to confirm the battery was the issue, and then installed the new battery for me. All for free.
