Driver was called to my property and drove the wrong way into the property where signs were posted not to,when asked nicely by the property manager to be careful and mindful not to drive thru grass or damage the property,driver turned into ghetto trash and starts arguing,yelling,and aggressively walking after the manager all to argue or intimidate him,all was recorded on video so there's no question,very bad way to conduct business,driver was trespassed and a police report was filed

Called for a tow & the woman on the phone was very friendly & professional. She told me it would be about 30-40 minutes. After about 15, the tow truck driver called & said he would be there in 7 minutes!! The driver was super friendly! Would absolutely recommend this tow service. Affordable as well

My car was towed by King's after a terrible accident. The person I spoke with about their hours and location was friendly and professional. When I arrived to retrieve my belonging, the woman was professional, but also caring and compassionate. She arranged for a man to assist with retrieving my items. The man was so kind and helpful. He knew what to look for and made sure I didn't forget anything. I had been through so much and it was comforting to deal with some many kind individuals.

Great company, they helped tow my car to the shop and helped me change my tires. Very helpful and friendly guys and gals. Highly recommended. Good competitive prices too!

1/21/25- My husband needed a tow and called Kings. We’ve never used them before. He said the woman on the phone was very pleasant and professional. The rollback driver got there pretty quickly and was very nice. The whole transaction was smooth and pleasant. Thank you to kings towing!

SCAM and LAZY DRIVERS My truck's drive shaft snapped and the truck spun out on a highway. My truck was a few inches from the guardrail. As someone who has dealt with tow companies a few times I knew there were far easier ways to get the truck on the bed. Instead the driver stated he was gonna pull from the front and scratch my bumper against the guardrail because "its already damaged, adding a scratch to it won't hurt." when I told him I didn't want to damage my vehicle further he rolled his eyes and then went and pulled out the proper equipment to tow the truck up on the bed without damage. He then informed me that he would tow it to Kings lot because it would be cheaper than towing it to my father's shop and storage fees wouldn't start until 2 days after. When we picked up the truck the next day the receptionist had storage fees, mileage, and a list of other charges on the bill. What should have been a $200 tow turned into $750. The worst part is the office employee stated "obh yeah he probably didn't want to take it to the shop, that's too far of a drive for him. He typically likes to stay around Manheim Pike" it was from lancaster to wrightsville (15 minutes at most). The cop even stated that he wasn't the most professional and she had to instruct him on how to clean oil off the road, as he was gonna leave it on a busy highway lane.

Amazing service and genuinely caring staff. I appreciate the fact that they responded right away and gave me and my three kids a ride home (30 minutes away) at no extra cost. Thank you King’s!

This towing company is horrible. My car wasn’t starting so I called them and they towed it to their facility. They charge 50$ for a diagnostic which revealed that I have a dead battery and alternator. They fixed both and charged us 500$, which is fine. Fast forward to a week later I start having battery issues and I call them out in a shopping parking lot. They come out and charge me 70$ for driving 5 minutes and to jump my car. Why are they charging 70$ to jump a car that they just installed a new battery for? Also, if you call Kings and get Oscar as your servicemen, run. He is the worst employee at Kings because of his etiquette. All in all, don’t call this company because they are scummy and charge ridiculous prices for simple services like jumping your car.

There we were, car died in the needle of six lanes of traffic. King's arrived within 10 minutes of our call, talked us through issues preventing the tow load, and took it to our dealer 16 miles away, all for a great price! Definitely recommend!

I used kings towing this morning. Dispatcher was great everything good. Fair pricing. The driver and the driving hand was the only issue with my experience. Completely unprofessional. They were getting my car off the truck and managed to hit the side of my car off the sides of the bed, and backed all the way up until he hit the curb of my parking spot after I repeatedly told him to stop so he wouldn’t hit the curb. The transmission in my car went, so we had to pull her up to angle it correctly in the spot, and I guess the driver, angel, was attempting to push it, but got mad at the helper who was with him and was like, “whatever you don’t listen told you not to back up this far, do it yourself”. And just walked off. Wow so unprofessional. Really upsetting I called into the office and spoke with the manager, she was great, said she was sorry and that she will deal with the driver and gave me a email to reach out to them for the damage toward my car. It was great. Thank you for taking care of me. Will not use again because fearful of getting that drive again, but management took the time to listen and offer solutions and that meant a lot.

My insurance company contacted Kings to tow my daughter's car that's keys were lost. After an hours wait to even be contacted, I was told by the driver that because there weren't keys to get it in to neutral, he would not be able to tow the vehicle. Today, it took a driver from a different company approximately 10 minutes to get there, and 5 min to unlock the car, put it in neutral, load it on to the truck, and then transport it to the destination. I would recommend a new driver that wasn't looking to put money in his own pocket, or not using them via insurance or AAA. Negative 5 rating

I got a flat tire on a busy highway. After calling my husband to help me change it we quickly found that it was somehow stuck and we weren't going to be able to change it on our own. So we called our insurance who assigned us our first tow company. After 80 mins (the estimated wait time) we called the number our insurance gave us and the tow company said they weren't coming. -_- So we get another call from insurance saying they will assign another tow. After 15 min we were notified it had been re-assigned. This time Zach (who works with Kings Automotive Services) called us almost immediately asking where we were and letting us know he was on his way which was such a comfort after being ghosted by the first company. When he arrived he did his best to get our flat tire off but found it was rusted on and wouldn't be coming off. We then found the reason why tow companies weren't coming to help us because our insurance company wasn't willing to pay them properly for their services!!! It was so frustrating! That is so messed up! We pay so much for insurance but you aren't using that money to properly pay service providers when we need them??? Anyways we paid Zach directly and were finally on our way home by 9pm! (a total of 4 hrs on the side of the highway!!) We were so thankful to Zach for coming to help us. My husband and I highly recommend Kings Automotive Services!

Highly recommend Kings. 24 hours service and fair pricing. Lowered 90s Miata got on the truck no problem. If all the other drivers for King's is as good as Zack was tonight. Would recommend to all.

My truck lost its brakes while at sheetz gas station. The manager was nice told them what vehicle I have. Said the driver would be there in the next 30minutes. Driver took almost an hour to get to me and said he didn't have the right size truck to haul my truck when he got to me and saw my truck. I told him "IT HAS NO BRAKES". He stepped on the brake pedal said i had brakes. I just wanted my truck towed home. He put the truck in reverse and couldn't get it up the ramp. Put it back in drive and ran my truck into a parking post ended up dented the passenger side of my bumper when I specifically told him "MY TRUCK HAS NO BRAKES." The tow truck driver said he would either replace or get my bumper repaired. This was September of 2021. Here we are January 2022 nothing has been done. Tow truck driver hasn't gotten back to me and the company has done nothing. Thank you King's Towing for denting my bumper. Will never use again and will not recommend.

I would highly recommend Kings Towing to anyone! Obviously, it's not fun when your car dies on the side of the road but they took great care of me and my vehicle. Very professional, fast, friendly--excellent all around! They went the extra mile for me (literally), and I greatly appreciate it. Thanks again for the great service!

My truck lost power unexpectedly on the highway and I had to leave it on the side of the road and get to work quickly. I called a DIFFERENT tow truck company that said he would be able to get to it in about 2-4 hours as he was out of town. If you advertise as a 24/7 tow company, your on-call driver probably shouldn’t be out of town, but I digress. The next day as I was on my way home from work, 12 hours after calling, I saw that my truck had not been moved as promised. I called the other company back and after the phone rang multiple times, a man answered who sounded like he was drunk. I decided to call Kings Towing instead and I am so glad I did! I forgot to leave a key with my truck and I was unable to leave work to meet the driver. He drove to my place of work and picked up the key personally without charging me extra. Fantastic customer service and very pleasant to deal with. In the unfortunate event that I will need another tow in the area, I know exactly who I will be calling!

Kings Towing came through for me during a roadside emergency. My insurance company took hours trying to source a tow for me and eventually I decided to just schedule on my own. Kings Towing met me within 10 minutes of my call and offered a very affordable rate. Really appreciate the help!

Truly grateful to the young man from King’s Towing this evening. Christmas weekend and our car brakes down on 30W. King’s Towing arrives on scene via insurance call. The young man tows the car and takes myself and my family all the way home. Can’t express enough gratitude to him. Thank you for going above and beyond.

My car wouldn't start, it was street cleaning day, and the city wasn't going to make an exception for me, even though I let them know I was getting the car towed, so I only had a half hour to move the car, and these fellows responded to my call in less than 15 minutes. And they were the nicest batch of fellows you would want to spend time with. Very professional, awfully kind, and they were more than happy to find room for me in the truck for the trip to my mechanic. And I can't thank them enough. It's tough enough when your car's broken down and you're already worried about what comes next, so it's awfully nice when guys like these show up to save the day.
