I stopped in at Firestone to have a leaky stem replaced. It only took a few minutes and $10.59. 5 star service. Great place. I recommend them.

Super please with the customer handling of this store. Had to have my 95-year old mom's car taken in there for new tires/alignment--while managing from out of town in NJ. Customer reps were great in helping me get the best tires for her, clear understanding of pricing and fast turnaround and notifications. Know this store has been there for a million years (since I was a boy and now I'm 65!) and good to know that it is still really good.

This Firestone location helped us with an urgent issue the same day at a fair price. I could not recommend them more highly. Thank you so much!

Charles and his team were beyond fantastic. No bs. Had my vehicle inspected twice, both times quickly where I felt I was an mvp not a number. Best auto mechanics I've ever gone to in over 25 years of driving. A++!

I like having people who seem honest about what my cars need. If the problem is immediately needing to be fixed or can be pushed back a few weeks (for another paycheck).I had a rather unique situation with our Suzuki. It needed a brake light replaced. Easy enough, right? Nope. The cars aren't serviced by Suzuki and parts are certainly not able to find. Another car guy elsewhere helped to make the trunk accessible when the closing latch jammed/broke. So a very low tech situation was installed, a wire pull tab. Well, this pull tab got stuck inside the car, thus rendering the situation impossible. I told the Firestone guys about this low tech solution, and these guys worked to find the unseen wire. Without this, my car could not pass state inspection. These guys did it. They found that wire and fixed my brake light. Thus gaining the almighty annual inspection sticker. I love the fact that they stuck with it and were able to solve this problem for me. Thanks, Nick & Stephen~ That's Customer Service!!

The staff there is super friendly and gave me a detailed explanation of how much everything would cost, how much time it would take and the best options to fit within my budget. I was definitely stressed but they made feel a bit more at ease by helping me through it all. I would highly recommend going here if you need a service done or just have any questions!

Set an appointment for 8am and told it would take about two hours. They were going to start work while waiting on tires to be brought in from another store. I just watched them leave it in the parking lot. My truck was not started till about 1hr and 45 mins. A mechanics time is valuable and I understand that, but so is a customer's. DO NOT BRING A VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE EXPECTING TO BE HERE ALL DAY.

Just likexto share axgood expeeience. Came into Lancaster , PA Firestone tire store , twentyvminutes before closing time the evening before Thanksgiving. Worn tire on my pick up rhat needed replaced imediately. Vince & Sebastian took time even after closing to locate , ibstal tire on my pick up. Thanks guys ! Rich

First time to this establishment. Had a low tire light come on - pulled in with less than an hour to closing. Sebastian and team were responsive and took care of the problem immediately for a reasonable price. They were very customer-centric and attentive.

Vince was extremely helpful in helping my partner open his key fob when it got stuck and we were unable to get into our car. He made sure to explain the issue thoroughly and was speedy in resolving the issue. He was also extremely kind.

I was in PA for biz trip and realized I needed oil change immediately. Called and they told me to come by asap and they will take care of car. All was taken care of in a timely manner and the 3 workers were wonderful. Highly recommend

Vince is a rockstar employee! He handled the phone, walk-ins, and another co-worker's error all with grace. He gave everyone, on the phone and in-person the same respect and attention. He was honest about the situation and I wish more places and employees gave customers the same experience. The service tech was also amazing handling every issue and getting the cars done in an extremely efficient time frame. They both cared for the customer and their end result. Thank you Vince!

Customer service was spectacular. Vince answered my call and was very helpful on getting new tires. I asked him if they had any openings Friday or Saturday. He said they were pretty booked up but could get me in today Thursday. I called him around noon. I told him I was north of Syracuse so I’m 5 hours away still. He said he would make sure they got me in so I started heading that way. When I got there at 5 they started talking with Ari to get everything approved. I think they only had one guy in the back so Vince went back and helped him get me in and out. Best Firestone I’ve ever been to. Thanks guys Curtis Bateson

I’ve been taking my car here for years, and my most recent experience with them reminded me of why. I had a tire emergency and took my vehicle directly to Firestone, expecting it to be expensive and a hassle to fix. Brian and the team had my car back to me in an hour and charged much less than I would have expected. They’ve always been professional, efficient, and don’t try to talk me into services I don’t need. Highly recommend!

My experience at Firestone was superb! Everyone I interacted was very pleasant, prompt, and professional. Samuel and Stephen took excellent care of me and my vehicle; they were patient and helpful with answering all my questions thoroughly and ensuring I had the most information to prolong the life of my new car. Finding a good place to take your car for even simple maintenance can be challenging, so I am grateful I have Firestone and and it’s lovely employees to rely on :)

I stopped by with an appointment for a tire repair. Vince and his team were responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. Even though what I thought was a simple repair turned out to be more of a job, they made sure that the work was done quickly and done well, and I was on my way in record time. Whether it’s for a scheduled service, or an emergency need, I have repeatedly had good experiences with the shop and I would recommend them.

I had a great experience at this Firestone location. I ordered a Complete Vehicle Inspection, including the State Inspection and an Oil & Filter Change. Everything was smooth and perfect. The Service Advisor, Vincent, was friendly and always smiling at customers. Thank you for the excellent service! We will definitely choose this store again next time!

Firestone and the guys were great for my experience! They got me schedule same day for a wheel alignment, had it done within the promised time of an hour, and answered all my questions about the alignment. Honestly a near perfect experience! And the price was what it was. I’m not a car expert but it certainly seemed competitive, and they will do alignments for free now for as long as I own the vehicle! Again, everyone’s experience may be different, but I would highly recommend this Firestone location and team.

Samuel and Charles were great to work with. Samuel gave me a fantastic price on my tires and alignment. Charles ordered my tires and made sure the tire DOT numbers were good. Both were very friendly and helpful. Installation and alignment were completed when promised. Excellent experience.

I had such a great experience at Firestone thanks to Vince and Carlos. They were super friendly, easy to talk to, and really took the time to help me out. Vince explained everything clearly and made sure I knew what was going on with my car, and Carlos got the work done quickly and efficiently. I went to Firestone for the first time and did not have the greatest experience initially (Sam was the service manager my 1st and 2nd time coming). I had an alignment and bought two new tires. I had a leak and returned two days later and had it patched, due to a puncture from a nail. During my second visit, I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest due to the brand new tire being flat in two days. I left thinking all was well, but noticed that my steering wheel was shaking and the same tire started going flat again. Today was my 3rd trip to Firestone and Vince was very helpful and patient. I do not have a good understanding of vehicles but he was able to resolve both of my issues, which he recognized was likely due to the wheels not being properly balanced. I was not the most pleasant customer by this third trip, but Vince was very patient went above and beyond to give good customer service.

Have been using this location as my local garage for 2 years now. Everyone has been mostly pleasant and helpful. Affording car repairs can be challenging currently. Recently, in particular, Vince has gone above and beyond to provide phenomenal customer service, price and repair transparency and an overall pleasant experience. Thanks Vince for making this Firestone location even better!

Greats service! Been taking my cars to Firestone for years, always great work, and never had to take a car back for not doing the job right the first time! Only complaint is they need to not be so pushy with upselling, if someone tells you no, or they don’t have the money to do it, accepting that would’ve appreciated. You can’t get blood from a stone. Other than that I’ll be going there for many years to come!

We had such a great experience with Firestone! We first took our Highlander in for their tire sale and were so impressed with the service that we came back with our Camry. The team treated us with such care, kept their word, and made sure we received all the discounts they promised. It’s rare to find a shop that delivers exactly what they say with such professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend Firestone for their honesty, great deals, and excellent customer service!
