LCM Subaru corrected all warranty issues without trying to upsell any other unnecessary service or repairs. Being a MasterAuto Tech for 38 years, I am very reluctant to have anyone else touch my vehicles even for warranty repairs. I inspected very closely the workmanship on the major repairs(transmission replacement, oil leak repair and brake work) performed on my 2021 Subaru Ascent. Very professinal work completed by the Tech at LCM Subaru. Good communication by the service advisor as well. LCM Subaru did a great job representing what I believe Subaru stands for....Continuous product improvement and the pursuit of complete customer satisfaction.

Respectful, honest, polite and able to communicate with worker-Jeisha about issues. Did not push anything on me but suggested what was needed to pass inspection. Everyone that I encountered at my time at Subaru is friendly and it is a good atmosphere during my wait.

1 year old car was in for 12 month service. I always use Auto and All settings on heating/air conditioning system. I reported that periodically the All is off when I start the car. When Richard reported that the car was finished he indicated that the technician said everything was working fine. He told me to check with my sales rep since they often know more about these details. I find that to be a very unprofessional way for a service department to handle a service issue.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed and tires rotated. The entire team was very professional and incredibly efficient. I was back in the road quickly. The waiting room was spacious, clean and very well-stocked with snacks.

Haley communicated with us very well about our vehicle, she have us regular updates and check-ins. They stop at the wait service store were nice and directed us where we were to go to pick up the car. There were a bunch of people in the front desk and the service area you didn't make eye contact. That's the job got done so that's good.

I only came here because I was told that my inspection was free. Every time I talked to someone the price went up. I asked for an oil change and to check a tire for a nail. I probably will not be back. I understand getting things done is not cheap but I feel as though they were not up front about their pricing. Also, when I called in their phone system or mine was having some type of issues because I could not hear the person helping me. The phone call after this went through perfectly fine so I think it was theirs but I am not sure. I probably will not be back.

Many thanks to Rebecca who took care of my appointment, was so professional, kind and informative from the time I arrived until I left. I felt my vehicle was in good hands. I have a 2025 Forester and love it. I am completely satisfied with the service there.

We are from out of state and we’re visiting Lancaster to attend an important meeting. Just before our arrival , the dashboard lights went on and were flashing. I called the dealer. They were able to give us an appointment early the next day and provide a loaner. They were able to repair the car while we attended our meeting. Everyone in the service department went out of their way to assist us. I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional service. Very much appreciated!

Excellent service assit from Jeisha Orroyo. I did not have my updated USAA insurance card with me. I would not have been able to renew my inspection without her professional assistance working with USAA to secure thr document required. I commend her for her patience and understanding.God Bless.

Lancaster County Motors Subaru were great to work with. They worked diligently to identify and correct an issue with the vehicle. The service manager was very professional. He politely listened to my concerns and addressed appropriately. He was quick to provided status updates on progress of the vehicle. Also, I live 4 hours away from them. I appreciate and feel like they went out of their way to make me feel like I was part of their local Subaru family. Thank you very much Lancaster Subaru! Great job!

Fantastic! Joshua called with a very thorough report of what he found. He mentioned something a recommended service that was urgent but not an emergency to have done. They were prompt and thorough as it was a state inspection and emission testing. Could not be more satisfied with the service at LCM.

Subaru owners for years however, first time experience with LCM. The professionalism and sincere kindness shown by both Gary and Bill were excellent! They both truly are wonderful at what they do. Extra time and steps taken to ensure that we had a great experience. Sometimes those little things go such a long way. Greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!

We went in to have the battery replaced on our 2020 Subaru Outback after getting a quote of $351 for the battery plus $71 for installation, so we knew what to expect. Arriving before the 4:00 PM cutoff, we were warmly greeted by Jeisha, who confirmed the price and invited us to relax in the comfortable lounge. She later explained that the team could test our current battery—and if it failed, we might qualify for a lower price. Naturally, we agreed! Jeisha kept us updated throughout, even offering a free loaner car when it got late—a thoughtful gesture we appreciated. Before long, she returned with great news: our battery failed the test, and we qualified for a new one at a much lower price. They installed a brand‑new battery with a 30‑month warranty for just $101.22—saving us over $320! Plus, we got a coupon for a free car wash. Our first experience at this dealership turned out to be a wonderful surprise—friendly, transparent, and genuinely customer‑focused service from start to finish.

Lancaster motors Subaru is the Chick-fil-A of car repair. Extremely well organized, lots of very polite employees, clear instructions, and just the feeling of whatever they can do to help. They are amazing in their large operation that runs so smoothly. I love that. They offer a loaner car. That’s not a dump but a brand new one. I love that they communicate a couple times a day about the progress on your car. . Those working behind the desk were friendly and kind and those working in that cold garage were also! I’m so thankful we bought the car there!

My wife and I brought our SUBARU Forrester in for service. We were happy with the Express Oil service but were having a problem with our battery. Our service rep, Jeisha Arroyo identified the problem then began to find a solution. Her friendly demeanor and knowledge were key to resolving the issue. Jeisha reflected great credit upon LCM Subaru. Her service manager supported her efforts, he further explained what the problem was and how they worked together to solve it at a great price. In the end SUBARU satisfied 2 loyal customers. A recipe for success!

My car is 14 years old and required significant work. 95% of the way through, the team communicated something difficult to hear about the car, and we were able to professionally come to an agreement regarding next steps. I loved the availability of the service team through text, the videos explaining what is needed, and the ability to use a loaner. Great overall experience.

Lancaster Subaru is a great dealership. I had gone in on 1/09/26 for an oil change and the yearly inspection. I also was having a piece of foam sticking out of my rear wheel well and had them look out. Rebbaca was my go to employee for updates on my car. She was wonderful and kept me in the loop about my car. Unfortunately she informed me a needed 2 tires to pass inspection but recommended all 4 so that they could be balanced. She did say that if I wanted to a could buy them elsewhere but I would then have to come back with my car to pass inspection. I have always liked that they give you the decision on what you want. They then put it all in your cars records so if you come back to have work done later it is all there. I felt Rebecca had my best interest in mind. We discussed the issues and she had the cost written up so I could see the costs. She was great and would recommend her and Lancaster Subaru Dealership.

I switched from BMW to Subaru after 25 years deeply loyal to the brand. What a great different! Dealership experience can make you love or hate the brand forever. Josh is attentive, knowledgable and most of all did not try to sell you a new car like the other dealership did! And the best part my lovely pomsky can hang out with me while my car being worked on! My first visit to Lancaster Subaru was indeed reassuring. My older Subaru Outback has been previously serviced at Falkner Subaru in Mechanicsburg, till its driver was disappointed, and at a local family owned garage till it lit up like a Christmas tree with dashboard warnings. Joshua, the service advisor at Lancaster Subaru looking after me and my car, was kind, patient, provided easy to understand explanations for my car's issues and we agreed on a plan for future care. Yes, I am now influenced to drive an hour to secure improved dealer care for my aging beloved chariot. Thank you Lancaster Subaru for your excellence. Josh got me in and out quickly, recommended only the required services and gave me a heads-up about services my vehicle may soon need, and applied a coupon without me having to ask. And while the service was going on, I was able to sit comfortably at a table and do work, while sipping on free tea and eating a free snack. This is consistently the service I receive. I highly recommend this business.

Renee the Service Advisor did a fine job. However, their servicing process needs some attention. Scheduled the 30K miles service, dropped off the vehicle and left. After they conducted the initial inspections I was emailed that the alignment "failed" and they recommended it be included in the servicing for an additional $124. Curious to me since the alignment had just been accomplished a month ago. When I contacted Renee and expressed my concern she let me know that adding the alignment was just a "suggestion" on the technician's part. It probably hadn't failed the inspection. I canceled the alignment and picked up the vehicle later that day when the scheduled 30K miles servicing was complete.

I put over 20,000 long distance miles on my 2019 Outback yearly. There have been several occasions while traveling I have needed to rely on an unfamiliar to me Subaru dealership. I will say I have always had positive experiences. Lancaster Co Motors proved that yet again. When I needed to go home, my car would not start. AAA got it going, but their tests showed the battery could not hold a charge. I drove over to Lancaster Co Motors without a phone call or appointment. They took me right in. Jeisha was warm, welcoming, informative and knowledgeable. She walked me through the process every step of the way, and welcomed me in to the waiting area and showed me where the healthy snacks and drinks were. I had a long trip back to Massachusetts ahead of me, and they honored the battery warranty and had me back on the road in the shortest time possible. They made sure my tire pressure was up, and Jeisha made sure my phone and Bluetooth still connected for GPS. Everyone I encountered there was cheerful and friendly, even while being busy. Travel glitches can be anxiety ridden, and Lancaster Co Motors made what could have been a terrible experience as pleasant as possible. Thank you one and all.

I absolutely love Subaru, had some issues with MySubaru app linking to car for activation, Subaru was on it, got it fixed. Sue was my sales person for my 2025 Impreza hatchback, I'm in love with the Oasis Blue 😍. I opted for Dimond Ceramic coating. Would 1,000 percent recommend Subaru to anyone.

One of the best mechanic experiences ever. Was told my car would take some time. Was given a 2025 Impreza to continue with my errands of the day. Was given a text with a video and detailed inspection report. Chose what services I wanted completed. Sent the request. The work was completed momentarily and I got another text with the total amount. Showed up with the loaner car. Paid for my bill and everything I needed was fixed.

I knew going in that it would likely be an expensive visit which it turned out to be. I don’t particularly like how it’s all text messaging and website links rather than a phone call, but I’m sure they’ll call if you ask. They told me the work would take all day so I made arrangements to be without my car for the day. It only took 3 hours. I could much more easily have stayed and done work there for 3 hours. I also didn’t know about the credit upcharge before approving the work. My biggest complaint. Which I acknowledge is probably not a big deal for most people is that they messed up my dashboard settings. I frustrated cried trying to fix it. I asked them for help and got no response other than a request to review on google and I still have not figured out how to fix it. I probably won’t go back even though I bought the car there.

macKenzie and Haley were most accommodating, friendly and professional. They offered me a loaner car, which I gratefully accepted, but did not expect. MacKenzie kept me apprised of the progress on my vehicle. Knew at all times the status of the work they were doing. I got new Michelin tires on my car and the price was $80 per tire less than what COSTCO charged. i’m most satisfied with the service I received and feel confident that my vehicle is 100%

Brought my car to the dealership with the complaint that I had just purchased the vehicle and was having multiple problems randomly. Explained my concerns of what I wanted looked at. Was told broken cam sprocket and chemical flush was what was needed. After a week and a half of them having vehicle. I picked my vehicle up drove my vehicle home only to have smoke pouring from under front side of vehicle. I sent a text message to the service advisor that had been in contact with me (Renee) asking if there was any oil potentially spilled or why now I have smoke coming from my motor 10 miles in. This was not a problem that was anywhere in the realm of what I had going on. I received no response, and then she responded with asking me to give the dealership a review from a different phone number. I can say I am happy that they repaired, what they claimed was broken but I had also asked for my parts back when I drop the vehicle off. They gave the option to check in a box. I was never given back my parts. My vehicle is not fixed in any relm for what I brought it there for. Use at your own desire Im neutral on this dealership. $2600 bill and they gave me back my vehicle with no gas yet test drove for 50 miles. Update after car was looked at by another mechanic and hooked up to a tuner and the dealership gave me back a car with the timing retarded to 0.062 if you have any knowledge of cars this was a ticking time bomb. They have people working on cars that and damaging vehicles not repairing.
