Do not go to this place for service. They are cheerful and happy to convince you to get their credit card and the more expensive service but when they don't cumply they treat you aggressive and disrespectful, especially Oquendo.
Very satisfied with the service and price. The mechanic also went above and beyond remounting the temperature control dial that I hadn’t even considered. It wasn’t an issue for me since the vehicle dropped off was a spare but because two mechanics called off work after dropping the vehicle off, repairs were delayed until the next day.
I got new tires and an alignment. Brian was very informative and courteous. It was a nice lounge with a TV and snack machine. I wish the wait were a bit shorter since I made an appointment but they also found my car needed an alignment and took care of that for me immediately.
Noticed I had a flat in the same shopping center as Lancaster Firestone. They initially quoted me a possible 2-3 hour wait, which I happily accepted because I had no other options and needed to be at work within 2 hours. I don’t know how they did it, but these guys had me in and out with a new tire in 1 hour, even though it was busy. Thanks guys for top level work and saving my day!
My service was quick, location very convenient and facility clean and very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and inquired if there might be other services without being pushy. Besides the first 3 positives, that alone warrants recommending. In addition, open on Sundays for when last minute service needs.
They're honest, fast, friendly and very responsive. I only recommend firestone to friends and family as they've been treating me right for over 20yrs in 2 states that I've lived in. CA and PA. Won't recommend any other shop
Nick was prompt. I had to call to say I was running late due to an excessive traffic and he eased my mind and was very understanding. He remembered me from the Oregon pike location and was friendly and professional. Nick then showed me on the screen what was recommended the last time I was seen and asked if I would like to have these services done today along with my oil change. He told me the time it would take and asked if I were going to use my Firestone card. He was patient when I arrived at 6:45pm to pick up my car and explained my bill and having a diagnostic test done at a later time if I chose to. He was friendly and approachable while maintaining his professionalism which I greatly appreciated.
Service Manager, Nick was very polite and knowledgeable. He made sure I was aware of my cars needed repairs and ensured prompt completion of the work. Justin the auto technician "knows his stuff" and is dependable and smart - he has performed work on my car for many years. He is valuable asset to the Firestone team.
Firestone on Orange St is my go-to for emergency tire service! Living in the city, I seem to frequently have nails or screws puncture my tires. Firestone is always fantastic about getting my issue fixed with quality workmanship and on my way in a jiffy.
The guys on orange street shop 001333 are the best. Nick, Brian, Justin gave me the peace of mind and took the time to explain what the problem was and how to approach the fix without breaking the bank!!! Customer service lives large at this location!!!
I took my car in because it had a mildew smell and there was water sloshing. While I was on the phone r they suggested a new cabin air filter. I told them I just replaced it myself. When I picked up my car after service they replaced the air filter. No one mentioned that when they called me. Jacked up the bill and unnecessary. Very disappointed
I have a very good experience at Firestone on Orange Street. Paul was my technician. I had no issues with the inspection or the oil change. Because of his experience with installation of stereos in a prior job who is able to help bury a wire that I had Exposed. Was very friendly and helpful..
Dropped off my car because I had a slow leak in my tire. They fixed it but told me my my breaks were 2/12. I took it to my main mechanic, and he said, the brakes were 8/12 also I noticed.
The valve stem caps I had on where different and 1 was missing and one of the lug nuts didn't match the set.
Brought my car in for a vibration when you get past 45 miles an hour. The lady at the counter instantly had an attitude with me. They drove my car around the block said it’s the alignment. They do the life time alignment and drive it around the block again and say the vibration is gone. I drive my car home and instantly still feel the vibration. The guy who drove my car drove it like he stole it in the parking lot and pulling out of the parking lot. When he pulled out all I heard was my tires squealing. When I got in my car to leave it smelled horrible like cigarette smoke. Called them after leaving and I was hung up on. For spending almost $300 I would expect my issue to be fixed and a little more respect. I will not be returning.
Back to Firestone. Nobody called me when the
truck dropped my car. When I went to pick it up after work, I had to wait in the lobby for a few minutes. I then saw Amy through the window talking playfully with tech, and I had to go get her attention. She apparently did not recognize me even though I had seen her serval times in the past few days, and have seen her in the past. They did not install my little bulb correctly unfortunately. I received no apology, was told they only have one tech and might not be able to help. This is not the first time I have felt a lack of respect from Firestone customer service. Went back to get the Jeep next day - they at least fix it, but I again had to wait for them to deal with another customer who was having seemingly customer service related problem.
They tried to upsell me 4 new tires because mine were "worn". One tire was just replaced 2,000 miles ago and did not need replaced. They proposed 4 new tires of the same size, while my car takes a larger size tire on the rear axel. They did not seem very knowledgeable.
This place gave me my worst mechanic shop experience. They tried to tell me my car needed 3k+, I was about to tell them to go ahead because their the mechanics and I trusted them. I asked a couple of questions but started to not get a good feeling, during the conversations I realized they were changing their story. I quickly took my car somewhere else and it only cost a couple hundred bucks and the other shop confirmed this Firestone location was telling me things that weren't true about my car. Unfortunately I don't trust this location anymore, hopefully it has changed by now
I have a friend of mine. she is a loyal customer and she had to replace an alternator now 3 times in less than 3 year and the battery 4 times cause the alternator keeps frying the battery got on the phone with Amy, one of the rudest employees I've ever had the pleasure to deal with to the point where I had to tell her to stop, interrupting me, and at that point, she she just hands over the phone and gave it to one of her other employees. I would never recommend this place to anybody they just don't wanna make things right and take care of there loyal customers that includes the district manager. we were told he will contact us within two days and it has been a total of four days and nothing if an alternator keeps going bad because you sold us a bad alternator and that alternator destroyed the battery your company needs to make it right specially if the customer has been a loyal customer for over 10 years. It's that simple.
Ever had one of those days where you just can't catch a break? Yeah, me too. Picture this: I'm cruising along, not even two blocks from work, when BOOM—flat tire. And guess what? I live an hour away. Talk about a day deflating faster than my tire!
So, I roll up to Firestone, a car full of tires (don’t ask why, even I’m not sure!), and a heart full of hope. And boy, did they deliver! Not only did they fix my flat, but they also skipped the spare and slapped on my actual tire. The best part? They did it all for free! 🎉

Shawn and his crew more than likely saved my family's life. I took my car in for an oil change before leaving on vacation. They had the car done prior to my appointment time! They did a courtesy inspection and found some things that may have resulted in a bad trip. They worked for me to get things resolved both mechanically and financially! I would recommend this shop to everyone!
Asked multiple times to have an exhaust pipe replaced and have the part ordered. Was told it would be ordered and ready for my next appointment and inspection. later, after dropping it off, they said that they didn't order the part and failed my inspection and still tried to charge me. Also wouldn't give me specifics of what part of my exhaust needed replaced, and changed the price to double what I was originally told it would cost to replace. Will not be returning, as I did not feel respected or listened to when I made the appointment or when I was in the building. I was able to find a place to fix my exhaust, saving me the $1,200 that they tried to charge me. Remember to check on part costs to make sure they're not overcharging you!
I have a modified car. I get that. But, I showed the tech how to turn on and off the car specifically saying that you must have the brake on to shut off the car. I came out to my gears mashed up so I had to put the clutch in with the car off to get it out. This means the tech instead of calling me stalled out my car. He also ruined my push to start button. The guy at the counter tried arguing with me that he couldn’t shut the car off despite the fact they hadn’t tried to call me. They also didn’t do the rear alignment because they “couldn’t adjust it” despite the fact I have adjustable rear upper control arms. Bravo guys.
