Truly the best customer service. I was there to print a flyer to frame for a nonprofit and Andrew was so patient and paid attention to all details to make the project literally perfect. I also go here often to return Amazon purchases and it’s super fast with no hassle. I will not go anywhere for printing needs or returns. Thank you Andrew!
Andrew was extremely helpful. He came out to my car to help me bring in 2 very heavy items to return. I always go to this UPS store and all the employees are so nice!
Very disappointed in their customer service. I shipped a box of presents in early December and the box was returned to me on Dec 26th, undelivered. It was shipped to an APO box in the US to be delivered to our military family living in Europe. The counter person asked what was in the box, and I answered toys. He at no point told me to describe and itemize each item in the box. The fee was $40. The box was not delivered because each item had to be listed on the form. I was not instructed to do that when I shipped the package. The counter person should have told me to do that, after all, that’s the point of shipping with them because they know and you don’t!! Today, they said they would need to charge me another $40. I will find another way to ship it. I won’t use Centerville UPS again. I felt ripped off.
Hi, I wanted to share some feedback about my experience today. I stopped in three separate times to get something notarized. The first two times the notary wasn’t available, and when I came back the third time I was admittedly a little frustrated—but the associate’s response was completely uncalled for. He actually called me “smug,” which is not how customers should be treated under any circumstance.
I wasn’t looking for anything more than basic help and respect. I hope this can be addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience

The staff, they were a complete delight. Very attentive and helpful. Friendly and sweet. The kind of people I would want to have help my grandmother. Absolute assets to this establishment.
I went to this UPS store after having an issue with another store.I was greeted by Andrew,I explained the problem to him.He listened ,addressed the issue and solved the problem.I can not recommend this store enough it will be my go to store for all mailing and notary needs .He turned a bad day and experience into a positive .thanks again, R Witte
They're very quick, courteous and get you in and out. Gotta come with correct packaging though because they will suggest you need to purchase proper packaging. But are very helpful and knowledgeable and you will be satisfied with your service.

It was very easy to do business with the store. I walked in with my package already labeled. I handed it to the person at the counter. They scanned it and acknowledged it, and their system gave me a receipt, and I walked out. I was all done, not be any easier than that.
I still like the UPS store in general however I know there are money making business and I understand that but I’ve been there two different times recently the last few months to get a notary I need to have it done two different times and both times I got charged $25 just like that I thought that was excessive for such a small thing and for a very short period of time that it takes to do it so that I’m not happy with
Just received auction item delivered to house down the street. The owner dropped it off. Trying to report it to UPS and talk to a human being is a nightmare. This store input the address as 27 instead of 275. Sloppy work. Poor customer service all around.
The UPS store on Centerville Rd was especially friendly. I was greeted with a smile and thanked for coming in. I usually deal with another UPS store. I would prefer to use this UPS store whenever possible! Thank you for understanding the principles of customer service!!
If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I am out of state and for THREE weeks these people (Nichole and Andrew) have given me the runaround after being assured that my items could be picked up from a local auction house and shipped to me. I was informed today that they "may be able to get my items, but there's no guarantee when" because now they have over 100 people ahead of me. Good luck to anyone deciding to use this unprofessional business to ship your items.
Edit to reply to the owner: the auction house has a 24/7 answering service and said they never heard from you which wasn't surprising to them since they stopped using you to ship items for reasons similar to this. I also informed Andrew that the auction house said they are open 9-5 every day of the week and there was no need to schedule a pickup time, just go get the items. So this is NOT on them. And although the dollar amount of my items is irrelevant, you are incorrect, they were $18 , not $8 but it is nice to see how shallow you are, only serving people who bring in higher amounts of money for you. The simple solution would have been to say it's too far out of your way rather than assuring me it would be taken care of then NEVER calling to let me know it wasn't happening, I had to call you EVERY SINGLE TIME to see what the status was, only to be informed that basically I wasn't a profitable enough transaction for you to bother with. Karma is real lady. Good luck from one ethical business owner to another who is not so ethical. Have a great day.
The service that we received from Andrew and the entire team at The UPS Store on Centerville Road was incredible. They were extremely polite and professional. Not only did they take care of our current needs, they recommended services and assistance in other areas, as well. They are veteran owned which is extremely important to us. Always great customer service! Fast, friendly, professional. They make my life easy!! Adam did an amazing job helping me with 3 separate Amazon returns. Great attitude and he even made me laugh!
Gets the job done when you need to make a return to Amazon or other things. Traffic in the store tends to move fast and never really have to wait around long. They have many things there to help with your shipping needs. Staff is friendly and can point you in the direction.
