Had our City Clerk order parts for my machine that I broke doing volunteer mowing for our small poor community with little to no resources. The parts never came. I called Lancaster they informed me shipper delivered to wrong address. Person at the address Denys receiving anything. Lancaster said they would call me back. When they did call back wanted me to pay money to reorder. Our Clerk that makes $15.00 an hour paid her own money to reorder. Lancaster could have contributed since it never went to an address that was on shipping label. No one received parts. Clerk had to pay full price. Lancaster got paid over $600.00 for JCT Mower blades and I still haven’t seen my parts.
Update: Parts came. The blades are only sharpened on one side not both sides like originals. Not sure how they will perform. The company did knock $150.00 off for the parts going to 719 but ordered to 715 a vacant lot. My name on box and I’ve lived here 8 years should have got it to right place 709. Person at 719 still denies receiving back in November. It’s a mystery who got first order. But I’m back in business thanks Lancaster.
My experience is over the phone . Im yet to meet everyone in person . They are very knowledgeable every time and never mess up getting the wrong parts. They have helped me in the past with figuring out problems . Thank you . The ferrys in rehoboth

Was looking at a used tractor. Salesman was helpful and responsive to getting more pics and answering questions but ultimately i had to do a personal inspection. I found several several issues with the tractor and the salesman price dropped immediately. It wasn't enough to risk a potential$5k or more issue possibly lurking. I was still slightly interested and they did call back to say they repaired the issues I had but I decided to move on. Disclose these issues or better yet fix them. It really bugs me to find problems on equipment especially when places like this have a shop and most likely know if the issues. Used tractor sales places seem to see what they can get away with.
This is an awesome ....place ,I grew up there ...always remember the shop there & all the guys a working hard..sweatin and all try to weld & fabricate everything ,making it nice and strong for that farmer success that may be the buyer..Daddy worked hard & long hrs ..building concrete stave silos & eventually they added more to the line as to provide for the farmer...after we was married Omar ( my baby bro) that okay to state that Omar?) Took over the business ...young at heart & full of enthusiasm... a heart of gold ..loves people & a desire to please the farm & accommodatE his employees...

Good place to buy used farm equipment i bought 2 Johan Deere forage Harvester last year and I was just dealing by phone and the told me about the condition and I got what the told me and I'm happy. 👍
We purchased a used kernel processor for our JD5820 SP forage harvester in 2016. We were very pleased with the excellent condition of the processor and the thoroughness of the Lancaster Parts staff in making sure we had the additional sheaves, belts and other parts to properly attach and operate the processor. The Lancaster Parts staff were most helpful in providing guidance and direction in adapting the processor to our harvester. I would give Lancaster Parts my strongest endorsement and would recommend them as a reliable and helpful source for high quality new parts and used parts for forage harvesters.
