I love this place. I always forget it's there until after I can't find what I need elsewhere. This is the best supply store around for business and personal purchases. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else! 2025 and still love this place.

We’ve been coming Here off and on since the Days of Walt, And today decided to save some money and become members, Santos Helped us expidite the process in under five minutes we were new members, And saving Money, He was spectacular and even carried our box out to the car “just like Walt would have done” As Santos Said, I really hope you applaud this Super Helpful Guy and Continue to promote such spectacular employees like this and give him every opportunity He deserves to grow within your company

Our churches usually will stop for paper goods and supplies for our church kitchen. Well stocked with lots of choices for kitchen supplies and commercial food products.

I haven't go there yet but the way is looking i already love the place im new in this, but i found what I was looking for thanks much blessings to the owners and everyone

First time stopping in, was way more than I expected...will be making it my go to from here on out! Had everything I could hope for with cooking, never would have thought they sold seasonings too!!!

NOBODY wants your "Hometown Provisions" label!! They sucked to begin with, then you, (Clark) stopped delivering altogether!!! Nothing like throwing that back in your customers faces!! Terrible customer service! All about making money, not the customer...

I go there every week and for the majority of what they do it’s great. I just caution everyone to check your receipts, if you are buying a single item make sure it doesn’t charge you for a full case. This has happened to me four out of the last five times I’ve been there. Not sure what’s going on with their system but it’s frustrating to have to check every time just to find another full case charged when I only bought a single sleeve.

The prices are great and they have pretty much whatever you could need but the staff is the reason to keep you coming back. They are so unbelievably helpful, happy, and nice.

The Restaurant Store has great customer service. The employees greet you with a smile and ask if there’s anything they can help with. They also carry your items out to your vehicle. Hands-down they are a great supply store. for businesses.

First off the people here are so friendly! ☺️The store is very clean. They have so many options whether it be a giant jar of pickles or a slushy machine. There really is everything you would need for a restaurant. And my personal favorite is funnel cake mix. It’s so hard to find but they have it in bulk here. They also bring your cart out for you which is so convenient.

Very good service! Came to pickup an online order and an employee met me at the door. They loaded my one skid in record time. I was impressed. Excellent customer service! Very friendly helpful workers.

I ordered two items containing glass bulbs. Rather than pack the items in a carton, they simply taped the two boxes together and placed a shipping label on it with no protection whatsoever. They refused to provide a refund for the damaged product full of broken glass. Update: Business's response indicates they take "great care when packing orders". Take a look at the attached photo (note the label on the item shipped without a box and broken glass), and judge for yourself.

My wife and I went in for one thing ( piping tips for cake decorating) and walk out with so much more. I didn't realize the vast selection of different product and materials would be so incredible. I'm so quick to walk away from something I really need if the price isn't right. I have never seen better prices anywhere. In most cases even call Amazon and everybody knows you could find anything on Amazon. I can't wait to go back to The Restaurant Store!!!!

We ordered a two level table and it just arrived. All good except there are no holes in the poles to attach the lower shelf. Contacted customer service and their remedy was a credit of 15% but as to it not having the second shelf...…..sorry. Couldn't ship four new leg posts? Terrible! Never use them again and warning all, beware.

During this time of Covid, they do have a sign at the entrance saying, "No Mask, No Entrance -- if you need a mask, see one of our associates". I went to the Restaurant Store because a friend told me I could get drink syrups there for coffees and teas. I was very pleased with their selection and found their prices reasonable. I was able to purchase my two favorite flavors. The store is like a huge warehouse and they sell anything you might expect to find in a restaurant. The sales associates were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely return to The Restaurant Store again.

We own a bakery business and have been buying supplies from The Restaurant Store for years. I enjoy my fifteen minutes every week in this store. The selection is amazing and the service is great. In a world where mediocrity is normal, actually being asked "how are you doing" by someone who is genuinely interested is refreshing. While everyone is great, Michael and Megan are the best to work with simply because they have both gone out of their way on more than one occasion to make sure I had what I needed. Even on what is clearly a bad day for them, they are a joy to work with.

I'm the "family baker" so I love this store. I wished I did enough to warrant a membership, but their non-member pricing is still better than Amazon or other stores. (Seriously, I literally delete things from my cart while I shop.) As a bonus, the staff is always helpful and friendly, especially when I get lost looking at everything.

The staff is wonderful, so helpful and the one taking me around, showing me different options of the products I wanted & needed, explaining the pros and cons of them vs price was impressive. The prices were very reasonable, even great, and the quality is outstanding! The sales rep was honest with me and gave me options on items that best fit my needs. They offer a good range/variety of things with prices that you won't find anywhere else. They have my business from now on. I really love this place!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Needed a few items for an upcoming holiday meal at work. Employees there are friendly and very accommodating, helping me to locate what I was looking for. A few of the items were high up on the shelves and I needed assistance getting them and they were more than happy to help me. It's always great to shop in a place where employees don't make you feel like you're being a nuisance when you need help!! Thank you for the pleasant shopping experience!

We just bought a pizza prep table from Lancaster restaurant store... we were working with Ryan loose, sales specialist. We had the best experience and best service we have ever had! He was very attentive and knowledgeable. We will definitely be asking for him whenever we go back! Thank you!

Every time is a great experience when my wife & I shop for her café. The staff is always friendly & knowledgeable. This place has almost everything we need without having to go anywhere else. If they had every Thai Restaurant specific item, that'd be truly amazing...but still, I can't think of a better restaurant supply store in this area that could do much better.

I cannot say enough great things about The Restaurant Store. They are a shining example of excellence in the area of customer service. The employees are always very helpful and friendly as well as being knowledgeable of everything in there (and its a lot!). Being a well staffed business, you never need to hunt down someone for help. Definitely my favorite place to buy bulk items as well as one off things.

Great place to buy supplies. The people are great! Super nice. I walk in and I am greeted. They are quick to wait on you. They help you load you vehicle. The 1st time I went in there, I thought, man I need make sure my customers have this same awesome experience. And their prices, they beat Sam's club last time I checked.
