Huge Thank you to Fast and Speedy Towing! He saved me twice in one night! First was a pull out because my car got stuck, and then a battery jump because the darn hazard lights were left on! A neighbor used this tow company for a Jumpstart. The tow driver saw me coming down the parking lot and completely blocked my car in and then didn't respond when i repeatedly asked her to pull forward so i could exit. She made me wait till she got into her storage, pull all her equipment out and hook it up before she repositioned her tow truck allowing me to finally get by. Very unprofessional and rude. Was not necessary to take her bad day out on someone else. Will never use this company.
My car wouldn't start! I called around to see who could help. Fast and speedy was the only company that answered their phone. They had me on my way is less than 15 minutes from the time I called!

Sometimes for my job I have to call shops and verify if a vehicle is released for pick up to the insurance company. I called and spoke with "Jay" and he was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. 5/5
God forbid it ever happen to you, but if ever you need a helping hand, these guys response time and their professionalism down to how they treat your vehicle is bar none. Five star customer service and malleable efficiency to any requests you may have, there is no reason to go anywhere else.
Terrific service!!! Broke down towing trailer on Hwy. 26 coming down Mt. Hood. Tow vehicle was immobilized & couldn’t even roll forward for unhooking trailer. Jay & another fellow (didn’t get his name) from Fast & Speedy came with 2 trucks & made a difficult situation seem easy. Sometimes Angels are disguised as tow truck drivers!!! They got us home safe.5 STARS 🌟
Jason was absolutely amazing! This customer service was excellent. He was super professional and he knew exactly what he was doing and was able to tell my car that was high centered on treacherous rocks without causing further damage to the car! That guy needs a raise he’s amazing
Insurance company set up a tow and they never showed, and never called me to let me know they cancelled it. Left us completely stranded. I called and was told I didn't have enough towing coverage, which isn't true, and then the insurance company called back and was told they didn't have the equipment. Completely unprofessional!

Horrendous service that never arrived. I contacted my insurance company for roadside service. One hour was the time estimated. After an hour I called tow number provided and Fast And Speedy tells me it'll be over an hour. I call my roadside insurance, they call Fast And Speedy, and it is 30-45 minutes because he was caught up with his previous tow and on his way. Another hour passes, I call back my roadside insurance, again, caught up with his previous tow, and again, on his way, 35 minutes away. I had my roadside cancel this useless call to this not very Fast, and not very Speedy, and non existent towing service.
From tow order to drop off, my tow driver David was exceedingly proficient and professional. He got me and my infant child to the drop off safely. From the time the call was mad to drop off, an hour hadn't even passed. Would definitely recommend, would definitely use again.
Towing was set up through my insurance provider. Service was there much faster than expected and the driver was friendly. Great rate compared to everywhere else I called as well.
