All I had to do was go to the website and input my car’s information then I was given an offer within 1 hour via text. I texted a little more information to the representative and we had a pick up scheduled the next day. He came out to my house and just needed the keys and title, signed a couple of things, then I received my payment and my old car was towed away. It took a maximum 30 minutes of in-person interaction. I had a great experience with the Junk Car Boys. They showed up at the time they told me. No bait and switch with these guys either. What they paid me was what they quoted me. They even waited patiently while I drove back to my house to pick up the title that I forgot to bring. The driver was polite and very courteous and made sure I knew all the info about the paperwork and even asked if I had gotten all my stuff out of the car, which of course I them remembered I still had two items to get out of the car. He was completely honest with the condition of my car let me know that they were going to go ahead and crush it and he let me take the time to get the sunroof out that had all of my pictures and stickers from mine and my husband's travels from across the country and there was a lot of them.
