Love having this local shop They have the Jedi knowledge and the right parts even when the AI is confused about part numbers AND they stuck around a few minutes late on a Saturday afternoon so I could get a proper Mann oil filter for our sweet Seabiscuit
I called them and explained my problem and Mr. Wills sent me a couple pics and asked if they looked right. Couple hours later I realized I needed one more hose and got back in touch. I told him they looked correct. He held the parts for us until my wife picked up the parts later that day. The parts fit. I highly recommend and I will be calling them for parts in the future.
Sadly I have to give a 1 star.. this is a great place to find parts with nice employees but I told them I needed a part for my car gave them year make and model. The part came next day and I went home to install it. It did not fit. I came back to return it after I noticed it was the wrong part number. Since I already tried to install it and it they could not return or exchange it… granted I understand their stand point it was a little scratched up from me trying to install it and they couldn’t sell it any longer and I guess going forward next time I’ll have to start double checking to make sure they gave me the right part but after wasting $400 I’m not happy.
The go to place for parts for your foreign car. Just bought belts and idlers. The parts were made in Europe and not counterfit chinesium. Counter guys are pros at getting the correct parts.
Love my people at Halsey. Been buying for 20 plus years. Will always buy here. I buy a ton from these people. A ton. Great for commercial accounts too.
OEM parts for lower prices than aftermarket parts store crap, and normally in stock same day. Just got an expansion tank for my BMW e46 for $8.50 less than autozone crap (which did not even work). Halsey Imports sold me a part that popped right in and worked great - no more coolant leak thanks Mike!
Great prices on import parts. Locally owned. Been doing business with them for decades now. They specialize in VW parts but still got parts for hondas from the 90s. Friendly customer service with knowledgeable staff

Tyler and the two other guys working Monday were great! Quickly found the parts I needed. Also had lots of parts to look around at for upgrades. I’ve read some poor reviews on Halsey auto but must just be the service side cause the parts dept is amazing.
This is quite literally the only option to get parts for foreign cars same day at times. They always are able to get what i need and 90% of the time it’s same day. Incredible

If you're a "wrench" like me please support your local mom and pops and buy from them. Going online isn't always the answer.
I have had my share of interaction with auto parts stores in my 30+ years being a car dealer and never before have I reviewed a parts store. This place warrants it.
“Best in the business” should be their catch phrase….. because they are. Most meaningful of all…. I have only purchased from them once and that was this weekend! This too will change.
Everyone is nice, the store is over the top clean, help while on the phone you don’t have to beg for! This is it for me for sure!
Don’t want to be referred to as “dude” when you are addressed, don’t want to wait for a person who slept in their uniform the night before to tell you “we ain’t got it but ize can it in fer ya tomorrow”, don’t want to be talked down to by a person behind the counter who clearly is there by the sole order of the court…then here ya go!
I work on my own BMW's and Halsey Import Parts is my local go to parts store. I find their service very good, as they almost always get my parts the same day with no issues and are pleasant to deal with. They also have a full line of recommended fluids and gasket sealers. If you work on your own import automobile, I would definitely recommend this business.
It is a Grate Store and Perfect customer service. I like too say the best employee but in this store all of them great. Fast and loyal response, correct and fast parts, friendly atmosphere and affordable parts price.
One of the best places I have found for parts for my BMW. Parts that I couldn't find ANYWHERE else or would take weeks to get shipped to you at other auto part stores. And if they don't have your part there they can usually get it by the next day. Not only do they have or can get hard to find parts faster then anywhere else but they have all the special fluids for all import cars that you won't find anywhere else. Plus the staff are really knowledgeable and really respectful. So I always recommend them to my friends and everyone else that asks me where's a good place to find import parts and supplies.
These people are excellent! Not only can you get parts here but get your Volkswagen's professionally worked on. I could go to the other Volkswagen place for classic air cooled Volkswagen's, however,I feel this business does a much better job for me as well as explaining everything to me each time. I need that! LOL They care for my Volkswagen's like they were their own personal vehicles. Also, they have expert mechanics and expert retail personnel that work together for you and each other. 1st time visit and they had what we needed had what we needed with a fair price and counter guy was helpful and friendly. That goes a long way these days.. We will definitely come back.
Great group of guys that know what you’re talking about. Huge step up from the national chain parts stores where 8/10 times, they send you home with the wrong parts. And if you work on your own German autos- pricing seems around half of the dealership, and on par with online shopping. Highly recommend- I’ll be spending my auto repair $$ here from now on.
I own a shop and have done business with these people for years! Frank is my main go to parts guy but Rob, Mike, Angel, & John are all amazing and extremely knowledgeable about imports and have always gone above and beyond to get the right parts on time at a good price. $$$ well spent and a pleasure to do business with!
