Dillyn picked us up and was very professional. Moved a Dodge 2500 for us all the way back to Hood River. Professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

I got my car towed last night. My driver, CJ, offered to take a look under the hood after I told him my battery was dead and the car had acted unusually after jumping it. He checked the voltage of the battery. As he was hooking up the jump kit, I told him I don't want to jump the car. After he checked the voltage he got into the car, I thought he was just going to turn the key to check the dash lights, but he started the car and jumped it. I had to tell him three times to turn the car off. The second time I went, "hey man I need you to turn the car off I didn't want to jump it." He ignored me and just kept talking about my alternator until I said again "turn the car off." I communicated clearly and he ignored my wishes multiple times.

Eric was really professional. Stayed on the phone with me while my car had a flat. Overall excellent service. Excellent customer service

Check engine light came on, so I needed to have my car towed to the service center. Mike was the driver and he was amazing, super nice, and great to chat with on the car ride to the service center. Amazing experience, 5 stars all around.

Had my truck towed to local transmission shop for a rebuild, new clutch and flywheel because my input shaft bearings were worn, and i dont have my own shop right now since ive been moving. Mikey did a great job towing my truck to the shop when other tow trucks were to small and made sure it got to the shop safely.

DO NOT TRUST! Be prepared to repost reviews, because this company will repeatedly delete negative reviews! I have reposted my review over 34x as a result of this company deleting my review! NW Towing/Recovery caused over $2,000 worth of damages to my car's bumper while towing it less than two miles. My attorney sent a demand letter to Mr. Paul Walters. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and have alerted the Department of Consumer affairs. The case is currently in small claims (Multnomah County Circuit Court case# 25SC24840) due to the company refusing to accept responsibility for the damages they caused to my vehicle.

Cliff was the speediest nicest tow truck driver! Very professional and knowledgeable. Also I appreciated their advice and reasonable pricing. Would recommend.

My son did a dumb thing and didn't title his recent out of state salvage title private-party purchase right away. He then went and wrecked his car and had Northwestern tow from the scene. The paperwork to get it out of impound was not meeting the legal requirements for release, and they have a legal duty to go by the book to protect their own license. It was ugly and stressful, but they worked hard with phone calls they initiated to the DMV to verify legal status and ownership to secure release. It was honestly an opportunity to seize the car, but they made sure that didn't happen. Integrity? that is what Northwestern towing is all about. Thank you Northwestern, you went above and beyond.

Diff plug fell out of my pickup while towing a gooseneck. Statefarm sent 2 trucks that couldn't help. I decided to call Northwest tow and they were able to help. Loren got us hooked and rolling quickly. Took us to a safe location where we could load the pickup. Cant say enough good this about this crew.

My car broke down, I was connected to this outfit through my insurance carier road side assistance. I was given an estimate of 1 hour. 15 minutes out the driver, Jordan, called me to check in and update the eta, which by the way was within the original eta. Jordan was experienced, quick, professional and personable. On the drive he told me about the company he works for, all good, ofcourse. I have never had such a good experience with a tow truck driver as I did with Jordan. He got my car safely to my driveway, completely stress free. I knew right away that I was in good hands. I understand that in many situations that you do not get to pick your tow company but if you are ever in a position to pick your tow company, Northwestern Towing & Recovery Inc seems to be a good place to call. Sounds like they can accommodate any towing situation.

Really can't say enough good things about this team. These guys have come through for me time and time again. Even when you're frustrated, short tempered, and in a cruddy situation, the gentleman dispatcher remained calm and kind assuring me they would get to me asap. They showed up as promptly as they could, the driver was extremely friendly and took perfect care of my Audi. Not only that, but when I went to leave he told me to have a good rest of my day. Stuff like that goes along way and creates a good reputation. Thank you for having an awesome and friendly staff capable of taking care of people's second largest investments. Northwestern towing is my go to for all towing needs.

Found myself in a terrible situation today. Got a flat on a major highway and was stuck in the emergency lane of the fast lane and barely fit. Called Northwestern Towing explained I was in a terrible situation and they had a tow truck to me within 20 min~during rush hour!! The driver was very personable, knowledgeable and understanding! After this experience I will not go to any other tow company!

Northwestern towed my loaded dump truck and trailer. James was quick, efficient, and friendly. He wasted no time on an hourly basis. The price was very affordable. I will be using them if I need a tow. Highly recommended!!!

First of all on the day of my accident I called to ask about my car and yes I made sure I had the correct number and place when I called. I talked to a lady who quoted me $309 the first day and every day it was kept there it would be an extra $32. I’ve never been in an accident before but I should have known better. I didn’t end up picking up my car until another two days later and these scammers charged me over $1500. When I went in to just go in the see my car and get some stuff the lady and driver were super rude and they’re liars. If they’re reading this… LEARN TO HAVE SOME COMPASSION FOR YOUR FELLOW HUMAN. I understand it’s your job but at least be nice. And I don’t want a “sincere apology” statement I just wanted to be treated honestly and fairly I hope you all change your ways. Anyways upon checking and doing some math they were over charging me and on the form they claimed to have driven 400 miles to come get my car which was a lie and they charge $1 per mile. That’s an extra $400 . When I went in to talk about it the driver and lady who was super rude said “oh we didn’t even notice both of us didn’t notice” . Then they refunded me on 310 and ended up fixing it but found a way to charge me for something else claiming they had to take some bike routes but that amount wasn’t in the original statement. They’re scammers and they feed off the already broken situations people are in. Their greed is insane and should go find God so they can change their ways.

The two young gentlemen that showed up in 15 minutes were awesome. The other company was going to take an hour. I'm glad they work with Geico. I hope others consider tipping. They do a great job, and I can't think them enough for saving me from getting locked out of my commercial work truck.

Mac went above and beyond in getting my car onto a flatbed this morning. He had one of the hardest tows as my car was missing two tires. I haven’t had a better tow truck driver. The first shop rejected my car and he brought it to a second shop he had worked with before. I would highly recommend Mac and Nonwestern Towing for any of your towing needs.

I have over a hundred vehicles I am responsible for towing and in all my years I haven’t met a more profession, speedy, great attitude tow company to date- these guys truly are the Best!!!

These dudes are straight up badass. The old man and I got our motorcycles stuck half a mile up a mountain in the Columbia Gorge on a gravel logging road, with no chance of getting them out. We were almost certain they were gonna become insurance claims. Here comes Isiah, backing his flatbed up the mountain the whole half mile. Gets both of our bikes loaded into the trailer BACKWARDS. Truck slid out more than once. Isiah got our bikes delivered from danger safely and efficiently, keeping a great attitude the entire way. Cannot commend these dudes highly enough!

I had a wrecked trailer on the highway and this company sent 3 guts to help. Their crew was awesome and went above and beyond to help. There was a few thousand dollars or materials dumped and they stayed and helped me load it back on the trailer. Highly recommend them.
