Despite multiple requests for them to park somewhere else, Alpine continues parking the flatbed tow truck in our residential neighborhood. It is blocking line of sight for the intersection and is going to cause an accident. Plus, this is a residential area not a tow yard. A quality company would park at their own business in Portland rather than inconveniencing the neighborhood 30 minutes away from their business.
Having car trouble is always upsetting and frustrating, especially when you have no idea about cars. Alpine towing always surpasses my expectations. Amazing customer service, prompt services and professionalism. Thank you so much. 10/10 recommend.
