He towed a broken-down RV not just once but three times (it’s a long story, ugh) and every time he was kind, efficient, friendly, honest, and affordable. Bonus points for carefully spreading cat litter on the spots of fluid his rig had dripped on the street — what a guy!

I am here to say that Paul is a very good guy! I am a car dealer I buy and sell cars daily. One of my vehicles broke down very late at night probably around 11 PM and Paul came to the rescue.! So late an he didn’t care what time it was all the other tow companies were closed but Paul wasn’t! He’s a great Person so nice If you’re looking for a tow, do not be afraid to contact him!!

You need a tow, caul Big Paul. Pay him what he asks, he’s fair and a pro and you don’t have to worry about a thing. He’s friendly and has good stories, if you’re a talker. A hard working, honest small business owner who does the job right. He towed this old Saab for me.

Big Thank you! to Big Paul’s Towing in Portland. He did an excellent job towing our 37’ 5th wheel trailer hauling it way up in the hills. I was luck to find him late in the day for a job we needed done a couple days later. He was very accommodating and helped us schedule appointment on a certain day and time over the phone and was able to pay over the phone, that was super helpful too. He arrived on time and was very helpful with the hook up and pre trip checks. Again very nice to deal with everything went smoothly, very happy customer here! Paul towed a fifth wheel trailer for me from Carson WA to Stevenson WA. He did extra work to get the right hook up for the trailer. The Snowy roads and mud didn't stop him either. He went above and beyond with this tow! Definitely recommend this company!

I had waited for over 2 hrs waiting for my roadside assistance to pick me and my disabled car to be picked up on the side of the freeway. I called Big Paul, he quickly, safely picked me up and towed my car to the shop for repairs. His prices are fair and he is definitely honest and kind.

Big Paul’s towing is an excellent service. I called at 8:30 in the morning he picked up and he met me within 30 minutes at the gas station where my car was stuck. He is very professional, courteous, and his prices are right. I highly recommend his services, and I will use him again in the future.

I was extremely impressed with Paul he was very nice and he was reasonable and very clear about what was happening and and what he needed from me to make sure I was taken care of he was a complete gentleman helped me put my walker in my car helped me get up into his truck with very little trouble and helped me back out of the truck made sure I didn't hurt myself and the conversation during the trip was comfortable and casual he is a very good guy and I will definitely tell all my friends about him and I will never use any other company cause Big Paul has it all. Big Paul did an awesome job of moving our 1936 Cord automobile. As it is a “work in progress, non-running car”, Big Paul took extra time and care in loading it onto his truck and unloading it off. I had Paul tow my 32 foot 5th wheel for 39 miles. I had a quote for less money than I paid Paul however by reading Paul's reviews I felt that it would be worth the extra money for him to do my job. I am so glad that I had him do it. He responded quickly to all of my communications. He arrived on time. He took great care when hooking up the RV and it was obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing. He is a professional and is definitely worth the money that I paid.

Paul was great! I submitted the form on his website (super easy and convenient) and he called me back that same day to schedule the tow. He was understanding when I was late and he took really great care of my cute little bug. This was a big day for me...finally getting her out of the rain! So I was happy to have her in good hands!

Big Paul was great! I called and he was able to come get me right away. According to Google, it was 15 minutes from his location to mine and it only took him 16 minutes to get to me after hanging up the phone - talk about quick service! I had my car back to my apartment within an hour of calling and I live 10 minutes from where he had to pick me up. Paul was friendly and knowledgeable. He checked all the common problems with my car first and when it was truly unable to start, hooked it up to the rig. I felt very safe in the cab with him driving and felt he went a respectable speed for getting my ride home safe. It was cold out but he had the heater turned up in the rig so I was comfortable. To top it all off, Pig Paul was more than fair on price! If you need a tow, give him a call. You may even get to meet his wife who tags along for some of the rides :)

I called 3 other tow truck drivers before I got to Big Paul. I either got a voice mail that was full or a 3 hour wait. I called Paul and he was able to get to my car in 30 minutes. He was very helpful and asked all. The right questions so that he brought the correct truck to do the job. He was very careful with my car so that it didn't get damaged in anyway. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone. Thank you for your help tonight Paul 😊
