Broadway towing was affordable and fast. When he got the car to my house, the gentleman showed me a couple of things I didn't know about my car, including the one that had kept me from being able to start it.
This man was visibly regretful that he hadn't known what the problem was when I called him, because he could have told me over the phone how to fix it myself and saved me a towing fee.
If I ever again need a tow, I know who to call.
Broadway is surely the most capable, willing, friendly, and smartest towing company around.
Vadin arrived with an eager, can-do attitude, and ended up towing my Jeep when THREE other companies could not or would not. With every challenge that presented itself with my complicated tow, he was ready with an expert and creative workaround.
His communication was above-and-beyond, too. Before and after the tow, he went out of his way to provide me with details.
Other companies were grumpy, and gave me extended and delayed windows that kept me waiting, tethered to home for hours and hours. Vadim was dispatched within a remarkably short timeframe, and I knew exactly when he was coming.
Again, THREE other companies seemed to look first for problems, complained and made me feel bad about them (not exactly sure why it was my fault), and did not complete the job. Broadway has got to be the best in the northwest.

Excellent. I was blown away with by driver. He was very communitive and clear about the towing process of my large box truck. We had a few obstacles to overcome and he did just that. Very quick, punctual, extremely reasonable priced and professional. I'll definitely be using Broadyway towing again in future.

This driver went above and beyond to help me. My tire rod came undone so he manually turned the tires to get the car on the flatbed due to my car being in a small parking lot. He even tried putting the tire rod back in place temporarily, and worked with the folks at les schwab to get the car into a parking space. Great work and really saved the day.
I have used Broadway Towing for both personal and business towing and they are excellent - professional, skilled, and very efficient. We needed a cargo van to be dropped off in a tight spot that required a difficult angle to get it in and they had the equipment to get it done quickly. The company that came to tow it away later spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to move it. I always call Broadway first and highly recommend them!
Finally a towing company that understands and cares about the real meaning of customer service. Super communicative and professional. Would highly recommend.
