I was on I 5 over Hayden island yesterday when the outlaw towtruck was getting onto the freeway. He jumped over a lane nearly sideswiping, me even continuing when I was honking at him and slamming on my brakes. I guess they like to cause accidents to get more business or something.

I talked with these guys about coming to buy my truck as scrap. They set an appointment for 10am and didn't show until 12. Then, gave me 250 less than what they originally offered. Since I was trying to get rid of the truck I didn't argue, but after giving me the money the driver said she would be back in an hour to pick it up but never came back. Now, here I am next day, and they still haven't been back to collect the truck and have sent my calls to VM. I tried calling from my wifes phone and they answered, but when they heard my voice they immediately hung up and blocked both numbers. Beyond unprofessional!!!!!!
Sat around waiting for hours for other tow companies. I called Outlaw Towing and they answered immediately, showed up within 20 minutes, and got everything taken care of for me for a great price. I will DEFINITELY go through them if I ever need to be towed again.
Was driving on lombard and two of this companies trucks blew through a red light cut me off and skipped over two Lanes of traffic without using their blinker and one of the drivers almost smashed into part of the pillars for the bridge while doing it would not trust this company to tow any vehicle
I've never used this company but based on the way that they are driving I would never use this company. The driver just decides to ride on every single car's tail that's not going to their speed and then wait until the last minute to get into the left lane in which case they can go faster it's infuriating and especially on a holiday weekend driving dangerously is the last thing the road needs.
I was so grateful for the assistance I got... breaking down on the way home from work is never a fun thing for anyone! I so appreciated the timeliness of their service and also my driver was so friendly, calm, accommodating and personable in a time where I was super stressed about 'car stuff'... I'll worry about that tomorrow, but as for today I get to go to bed knowing my car is somewhere safe. Can't recommend enough!
Tony was incredibly helpful to me today when I was trying to figure out everything towing and disposing of a vehicle includes. Customer service 10/10, I've spoken with several towing companies about this same thing today and no one treated me as well or informed me like Tony did. Thank you Outlaw Towing, and thank you, Tony.
Zero stars!! I called for lock out service and was quoted 7 to 9 hours when they could arrive. That's ridiculous. Especially after calling Speed's, Retriever. Most of the towing companies quoted me 1-2.5 hours but I went with Speed's. They said that they would be 45 minutes because the driver needed to stop and gas up but since I was close to them they came directly to me so I only was locked out for 11 minutes.
Requested flat bed for my Audi that had been sitting in my driveway forever! They were very punctual and came with the proper equipment requested (requested flat bed w/2 other tow companies, each one came with NO flatbed). Very professional, friendly and affordable! I would definitely recommend Outlaw Towing to friends and family! Thank you so much for your service!!
Battery died, and I was waiting for 2 hours for the company my insurance company called. I decided to call these guys instead, and they were a life saver! He got there less than 15 minutes after I called (all the other places' eta's were closer to an hour). He worked quickly once he got there, and I paid exactly the price I was quoted when he called. No mark-ups, no hidden fees! Absolutely wonderful service!

When I was leaving work, my car wouldn’t start because I had left the lights on and the battery was dead. I google searched, found Eli’s, and called. They answered immediately (it was past midnight), told me the price and time estimate over the phone, were at my location promptly, and got my car started again very quickly. Fast and friendly service, with no hidden fees or surprises. I would definitely call them again if needed for future services!
Ran into a huge inconvenience with a severely flat tire, went onto to Google to see what I could find since it was after hours. Eli's was the first to pop up in my location and I saw a 5 star under the name so I called them up. Very friendly, and compassionate over the phone and just as much so in person.
