Thank you Austin, for going above and beyond to help me. I appreciate the sweetness of this man, he said he wasn't allowed to help me put the part on. But he explained it to me and was very patient about it.
One star for the old man with sunglasses driving a forklift who kept honking at me (a car stopped at a red light) because I wasn’t bumper to bumper with the car ahead of me. It’s called safe driving. Bonus stars off for him yelling and cussing at me the entire time since I didn’t immediately notice a forklift in a gravel parking lot and honking at me? The company should probably send him to get his blood pressure checked and to anger management classes.
Sold us the wrong parts for our truck. We gave them the right model number…but said maybe it will work and if not bring them back.
Humm, wasted our time to see the parts were not even close. Drove 200 miles to return and then charged us a friggin restock fee of 15 percent.!.! Guy apologized, said he couldn’t remove the fee because a restock fee was the new corporate policy.
Took 440$ of my money for their mistake. Plus lost time, miles and fuel.
My new corporate policy is they are

Resonly pick up parts at Portland wheelhouse, there is was some wrong parts came up . Steven At Will Call professionally help me with all issues and take care of it!
Some things are a little expensive but having them in town makes it worth a little extra, front counter and the guys out in the yard are amazing. They usually know exactly what is out in the yard and if they don't know them they tell you that.... "hey that's not an inventoried part but you're welcome to go look" but maybe that's not a great thing either because I ALWAYS leave with more than I went there for. Definitely 5+ stars, keep up the good work.
Terrible costumer service! Went into the office looking for help, 6 guys not helping anyone else and they send me to go look for someone else (another employee) out in the shop. That employee sends me looking for another employee somewhere else. Walked all around the building looking for this person. Then found someone else (very rude) told me to go look into a pile of parts to see if I could find what I’m looking for. Nobody there even bothered to actually give me at least 5 minutes to help me. I didn’t even go search for my part. Just walked out and left. So if you wanna go waste time and walk around a building hunting people down and then hunting down the part you need. This is the place for you. I’m never buying anything for any of our trucks there anymore.

Great place to buy parts for your truck! New and used parts! Great staff that are willing to work with you and get you covered no matter what you need from a extra bolt you need thru a rebuilt transmission or engine. Highly recommended!
First and foremost I am handicapped I called in was transferred to fosters on foster road mile a minute took my call so far so good he asked for card to pay I told him my problems and to hang on for a moment I would go in next room and get my card; When I returned he had hung me up so only number I had was somewhere in close to Seattle they transferred me down again and a very nice person named Jake took care of me in short order. This would probably be nothing to a normal person but handicaps suffer enough indignities and I lost it. I told Jake the SOB could kiss my ass among other things. I was drafted into the Army and was hurt and forever handicapped. Lost a twin brother along the way. I forever have to view the world looking up. I can't say enough good things about Jake as he restoreth my faith. I actually cried about him knowing I would get my Part For my old car. Jake said he would try to find the person and "school" him a little. That little picture is of Duncan and I at 17 months. Thanks again Jake.
