This is an honest place that does great work. I have been coming here for about a year and some change and I can tell you that these folks care about doing a great job. I cannot imagine going anywhere else even despite them being a long drive. A+ service, and they dont even care that i like to take detailed notes about my truck.
Excellent service for car and customer. They've done work for our Camry twice now. Whenever I've had to leave the car at the shop, they've driven me home and back to the shop for no extra charge. Their service is professional but also feels like you're getting help from your uncle who likes cars and will try to work with used parts if you're okay with it. They're always very up front about pricing options/estimates and I feel like their timing and pricing has been better than fair. They are my go-to mechanics for sure.
3 years later Im still coming here and still very happy. My car was making a funky sound, I brought it in. They checked it out right away, test drove it with me to make sure they knew what I was referring to, then assured me it was normal and nothing to worry about. They didn't even charge me when I offered. I really feel like these guys have my back and are happy to help.
Wacy and Mike are the BEST! They explain everything well, usually come in under the quote and take great care of my car and me. I highly recommend them!
I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for oil changes & maintenance for several years now. They always provide excellent service and trustworthy insight on what my car needs— I recommend them to everyone I know, and they’ve never steered any of us wrong.

Can't recommend this place highly enough. Mike treats everyone with courtesy and respect. Prices seem fair, and I have never had an issue with any repairs they've done on our vehicles. This has been our exclusive shop for fifteen years.
Mike, and his crew do excellent work. I've used his business for years. Always on time and very affordable. Mike is so very cool to work with. I totally recommend his shop for any service needs.

I wish I could give this shop more than five stars. They were recommended to me by a family friend when I bought my first car and had a very low baseline of car-related knowledge. As a young woman, I was so nervous about getting over-charged, or generally getting screwed over by an auto-shop. The lovely guys at Raleigh Hills have treated me with respect since day one, taking time and care to explain everything in great detail, and are always completely honest about the prioritization of needs for my car. I genuinely look forward to seeing Mike and Keith because they are so friendly! This shop is always SLAMMED with business because their customers keep coming back, but they will fit you in with an emergency. I cannot recommend them enough!
Got an oil change here a couple months back. They told me I had a timing belt issue, took it to my cars dealership for a second opinion and the dealership said everything was fine, no issues. They also didn't clear the computer error codes for my oil. Won't be returning.
My mini van needed to be started with jumper cables last week while at the coast. I drove it home and took it to Raleigh Hills Automotive. It’s a 4 years old battery. I took it in to buy a new one. Raleigh Hills checked it, checked the alternator all looked fine. I did not need a new battery. They could have taken me to the dry cleaners but they didn’t. For now they have my vote: 5 stars. Two weeks later car runs fine.
This place is awesome. Let me just say, I don’t know much about cars, and I’ve been taken advantage of several times in the past due to my lack of knowledge but this family-run business warms my heart. They’ve been so kind, so giving, and so honest. I’m happy to come back time and time again, and I implore others to do the same!

They tried to rip my mother off for $1100. They are really nice guys that sell you parts your car does not need. My mother is a hard working senior citizen who deserves to be treated with the respect she gives to all. This Company is really good at making you feel like they did you a solid but I promise that if you get a second estimate you will save yourself hundreds and in some cases like my Mother who got a bid at least $1100 lower from two companies.
Told my son to get front alignment there.
He came home and said they wanted $1200 to do it replacing two front knuckles and two inner tires rods as "it was loose".
Car had 55k original miles driven by his grandmother for 20 years.
Took it to another shop and they replaced "outer tie rod" and gave it alignment and all perfect.
Do not take their quote as truth. Get second option as with most things to confirm.
They used to be trusted but not after $1200 hoax.
I own a towing company so I know good shop from bad shops. This is a good one. The customers I tow over there swear by them. And that tells me everything I need to know. Gooney Bird Towing my company will soon be moving to Seaside Oregon and we are renaming ourselves Seaside Towing. So if your looking for damage free towing from people who have gone through background checks. And know what they are doing call us.
The guys here were very helpful, I had an appointment to get my car fixed and they had it done that same day. They gave me suggestions on things that I need to do to keep my car in good shape in the future but didn't pressure me into getting anything done I didn't need right away!
Super quick and helpful! I pulled in based off the Google reviews, and within 30 minutes was out the door with a patched tire. They were extremely nice, even letting my 3 year old watch the work happen - which clearly made his day! They were awesome, and I'll be back for any needs!
These guys have had lots of chances to be dishonest and have failed to do so. They understand how to get and keep customers.
2 years later: keep an eye on them as after they had gained my trust, they later gave me a very high estimate on other work. I couldn't afford it at the time, otherwise I would have blindly accepted what they told me. The dealership did the same work for less, so you know it was a ridiculous estimate.
So trust... but verify.
Raleigh Hills Automotive did an excellent repair job on my 1997 Honda CRV, I was so delighted with their prompt service, knowledge & experience. Chris was so kind & considerate as I was very nervous when I first called. He gave me great information & was very helpful! Customer Service is top notch! I've told everyone I know about them! So grateful to have found them.
These guys are great. My daughter at PSU had a mechanical issue on her Jeep and these guys fixed it ASAP for a very fair price. Thank you! Great service at a very fair price....
They took wonderful care of my Mom until she couldn't drive any longer. They got me going again while I was home at the holidays, and even though I wasn't able to afford everything, they cared, did what was needed, checked everything and told me I needed to address some issues when I got home.
This place is wonderful! The people are so friendly and the prices are reasonable. As a single woman, I worry about having work done on my car but these guys are so honest and helpful! I won't take my car anywhere else!
