This towing company is an absolute embarrassment. I have now been requesting documentation in regards to the attempt to tow my truck and I have contacted Jessie via email and phone and have left several messages and I have never been contacted. I even reached out to Jessie‘s boss and left several voicemails and have gotten no response. I don’t even have a complaint, I didn’t in the beginning because all I wanted was my documentation but now that I’ve been requesting it for over a month and I have gotten no response it’s getting embarrassing. Requesting documentation for the tow of your vehicle is legal and needs to be given.
Jesse, Ally, and Amanda are amazing and kind. They worked so hard for us and for so long. They went out of their way for us. I've never had better service. They really exhibit care for their community.
They are no different than any other auction sites they start the bids and people like you bid on the cars so don’t blame anyone but yourself for how much you pay for a car there you get what you get and you don’t throw a fit and you move on with life so don’t be mad at nobody else but yourself love you all have a good day
If you need a vehicle towed out from your apartment complex, don’t bother calling here. They take hours , ETA 1-30 -2hours . every time I call they always take hours. Would not recommend.
Not helpful in the slightest. No one is at the location. I called and made an appointment and they still weren’t there. Finally got my car towed to the shop for repairs but Sergeants forgot to give them the key. I called and they said they’d have a driver bring it out. They didn’t. I called and asked them to have a driver bring it out right away. They wouldn’t. I asked to have it mailed. The rep said no. Then after putting me on hold for a while she decided she could mail it. But it’s been 3 weeks and still no key. This place sucks.
Always been fair to me and everyone I have ever sent to his company. I have bought literally thousands of cars and trucks over the past 20 years and never had any issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Just a few of the cars I have purchased from there auction.
I wouldn't trust them to tow my car without it getting damaged further
Whoever was driving the truck with the plate ending in 89 this Wednesday morning thought it would be a good idea to turn left from the middle lane on a red light nearly causing an accident.
My 4 Runner was stolen, trashed, then totaled. It ended up at Sergeants. I went to try and salvage any keepsakes and take photos for my insurance. Ivy at the front desk was on the ball, awesome, compassionate and even tried to cheer me up by talking with me as she walked me out into the lot. Sergeants is lucky to have her and I was lucky to have her help. The only male staff member that approached me was offering to let me drive my rental car into the lot. I was left alone while I did what I needed to do which made me feel safe.

Charge a fee just to get your phone out of the car, the lady that I talked to doesn't know anything and can't wait to get off the phone with you. They have a contract with the police department so they charge more and have outrageous fees. Extortion.
My car was towed here because it was stolen and found I was waiting for the guy to get here and I call over the phone when they gave me wrong information when they where going to be here and then the guy on the phone told me to GET OVER IT really need to work on there costumer service. this is a stressful situation to deal with already
The only way to buy an inexpensive used car. Usually about ,70-100 cars, many of them run drive or need minor repairs, sometimes no keys but a locksmith attends so take a chance..maybe get a winner.
My daughter totalled out my car. And they worked with me to pay them off. Very kind people. Sad situation for us.and they were very compassionat with us.
My car was stolen and found about 7 months later and being towed to this lot. Jessie and his crew were amazing and helpful every step of the way. Just all around good dudes. It made the whole experience much less stressful then it already was. Thank you guys so much!
This plave is nothing but legalized extortion they have impounded 4 of my last 5 cars they don't notify u I hey have the car until. You owe 1500.00 and they r going to auction it off
Its a side business of sergeants towing co.where they auction off the cars that have been towed from police incidents accidents and abandoned vehicles the city gets towed away. I believe auctions are friday about noontime maybe earlier. There is some good deals once in a while its all in the inventory they have when u go
This auction is open to the public and has police impounds, Oregon humane society donation's, abandoned, unclaimed PPI's, consignment's, and various other donation sales.
