If they had a Negative star rating that's what this would be. I'm discusted with there customer service as well as there handling of individual buy accounts as not only did they try to hold me accountable for a vehicle I did not purchase but come to find out it was one of there own that bidded on my behalf and only when I threatened legal steps and that I had screen shots of that specific vehical won and sold to another bidder after auction had ended that they then come up with o I was the wrong account that there cs spoke to about upping bid on another customers behalf. They cost me quit abit of storage and fees on the vehicles that I did purchase and my deposit was held longer because of there wrong doing. I requested my subscription fees back and was gunna let this all go but then they renigged the funds that was refunded to me initially.im a single father of 6 and very tight income and now again my account is negative costing even more. Also still have heard nothing on one of the two titles . Worst experience ever not including fraudulent skeems that I should file. If it's not made right legal actions will follow.
Very friendly and answered all my questions prior to signing up. Once I purchased my vehicle I arranged shipping through them also. Everything went very smooth and I am very satisfied

Fraudulent charges on my card. The bank did not allow them to go through. They then proceeded to charge a new card that they didn't have access by defrauding the banking system. The card wasnt even active. Stay Away. This may be a scam. I got scammed by this company.

Alex with AutoBidMaster customer support has done an amazing job holding my hand through the process of buying my first auction vehicle. The customer support system AutoBidMaster uses is the simplest I have ever used.
Send off a query, and receive a fast response via a text message, if you have follow up questions days later you can just text the customer support number again. In my case continue with the same customer support member ‘Alex’. Stream line simple, I wish other companies would use this system.
**If buying an auction car in California, autobidmaster has to be the one who picks up and delivers the vehicle to you. So be sure to get the $50ish~ storage insurance. If there are any delays with the 3rd party transport the Copart storage fees get out of hand quickly. I saved a few hundred by adding the storage insurance to my order**

Specifically want to mention Daniel in the titling department - helped me IMMENSELY with the titling issues I've had in Colorado this year(they came out with new rules and made it more difficult to register a car). Daniel was super nice and patient throughout the whole ordeal - there are lots of ins and outs that I simply had no time or mental capacity to deal with, and Daniel was super helpful. Even though I bought an old Volvo, he hasn't treated me any differently - that's how you know the man takes pride in his job and knows how to do it well.

I was very skeptical at first. Especially after figuring out the only payment method is Zelle, wire transfer or money gram. This was my first time EVER buying at an auction and quickly realized I needed a broker to finish the transaction since the vehicle I was after is a clean title. I contacted them and Andrew Rezin was quick to respond. He appeared very knowledgeable and was quick to inform me on the lot that I was bidding on. He also was able to make predictions on what could happen.
At first, I tried to buy the vehicle outright. However, the seller took it into live auction. Andrew called me first thing in the morning to coach me on what to expect during live auction. I won the vehicle, sent the wire transfer, arranged my own transportation. Next thing you know, the vehicle showed up. Then shortly after, the title showed up in the mail ready to be put in my name.
The whole process was seriously extremely easy and they do a great job with emails keeping you up to date letting you know if you won, if payment was received, when vehicle is ready for pickup, when vehicle has been picked up, when the title is being processed and lastly when it has been sent out.
10/10 will be back again. Great job and thank you Andrew!
