I began selling my car to another company...it was taking days & days. The "other company" kept asking for more photos and changed their bid. They, also, wanted the title to the vehicle before payment. I became so frustrated with the "other company" I contacted Cash for Cars. The entire process (with Cash for Cars) was done within 24 hrs. and was so easy ...I just wish I had started with them.
The sale was fine with Abdul, but the driver who picked it up was late and not very helpful. All I needed was to get into the spare tire space to get my cables and 1st aid kit out. The battery was dead so I couldn't open the back door, and I couldn't reach it by crawling in. I'm old. The driver just said oh well and blew me off.
My son happened to come by and got it for me.
The guy was your average everyday jerk.
If not for that, I would have given 4 stars.

They waited patiently for me to obtain my title over a month after initiating the offer and sale. After confirming all details over the phone, they came the very next day and took the car and gave me my check of $1900 for my 2011 Prius with a seized engine and various minor body damage. The check was cleared in my account a few hours later! I have an uncle with a dead car and he will be doing this as well!!
We got a great price for our wrecked car and the phone support was great. The pick up was a run around. Our car was at a wrecking lot 3.5hrs from our house. We tried to time it to meet the tow truck driver the hand off the title and get the check, but the driver took the car without calling us while we were waiting around the corner. After a few hours of waiting and running around town, we were able to pick up the check. What would probably be a 10 minute handoff for most folks was a 10 hour day for us.
My car was totaled and they gave me an AMAZING offer for my car. Well beyond what I thought I could get. They patiently waited 2 months while I fought to get my tile. Whole experience was very easy and quick. Was able to give them all my details for my car to sell and call the towing company they worked with within about 30 minutes and had the pick up scheduled the next day. Was given a 5 hour window of 12-5 and the towing company arrive very early in that window and made the passing off of the title and keys for a check very easy.
Very friendly extremely helpful people throughout the whole process. They contacted me right away as soon as I filled out the info about my car online. They offered me $1190 for my 15 year old Prius that needed $15,000 in engine repairs. They had it towed the next day and even though there was a small miscommunication with the driver they still got my check in my hand same day by end of business for the full $1190. DO NOT use peddle. They are very misleading. Offered me $1477 for my car on Saturday but I was out to dinner when the text came through. When I was all set to schedule the pickup on Sunday morning they dropped the offer to $900. Peddle will not give you what they offer. USE CASH FOR CARS. I needed to get my totaled car off the body shop lot quickly. I did the simple online form and was called right away. The gentleman was kind and patient and agreed to pay me the amount I was asking for. He promised it would be towed the next day. I received a courteous call from someone booking the time and a call from the driver who was gracious enough to come by my home to get the title and give me the check since I had no transportation .
