you guys might want to put something on your V. M when your closed rather than sticking a potential customer in a vicious hold cycle on your phone system with the most annoying advertising under the sun. it might not have been so bad it I wasn't stuck listening to it over and over and over while waiting on what I thought was a C. S agent. 10 minutes that's how long I was stubborn enough to wait. as for stars that's just because I had to put something in order to even leave a review. I'll try back at 1 p. m and go from there. but again. it would be nice to be told right off on the v. m if your closed rather than waiting for absolutely no reason. or even offer to allow a voice mail to be left. anything rather than making a person wait for absolutely no reason whatsoever

I deal with Donnie and and the staff almost on a daily basis. They all have been exceptionally nice and easy to deal with.

They do not offer public cardboard recycling in Springfield. Website is a lie.
