My wife and I visited this store for the first time today for a hard-to-find watch battery. We were both highly impressed by the quick and friendly service! We hadn’t experienced that level of attention and care in a long time. Check them out for all your battery needs, special gadgets, chargers, and flameless grill lighters. They sure won us over!
Michael did a great job of installing my 4 car remote batteries. He also was willing to let me know how low the charge was in all of my old batteries. He further let me know how long the new batteries were expected to last—which is about 1 to 1 1/2 years. He also talked with me and shared a lot of useful information with me. I will continue to be a customer of this battery store.
My son and I stopped by to get a replacement battery for his key fob. Mike helped us and went above and beyond. Not only did he install the replacement battery in the key fob, Mike came out and tested the battery in my truck. It did not need replacing, but when it does I know I would be in good hands going to Mike at your S Springfield store. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Located just off of Campbell Avenue near Skateland, there is a little place called Battery Outfitters. The staff there are just tremendously kind and helpful. When we went to ask about what battery we should put in my mother in law’s garage remote, they found the right one, installed it, and since they knew her and she was a repeat customer, they just gave the battery to her. I'm not saying they're giving away free batteries. I'm merely saying that's the type of people they are. Helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and willing to go that little bit extra to help out a customer. They have lots of non name brand batteries that are the same as the brand names without the big price tag. Highly recommend.
You’re not going to find a more caring group of people than the ones who work at Battery Outfitters on S. Campbell. Today I was trying to replace the battery in my laptop and I was able to get all but 3 screws out of the bottom cover. They not only took those remaining screws out for me, but they put my new battery I had already bought off Amazon in it as well, and put it all back together. I’ve been in this store numerous times for other batteries as well, and the workers are always so kind. I highly recommend this place!!!
I went to the Battrry Outfitters today to ask for assistance changing the shells of three key fabs today. Jon, one of the technicians helped change tge three fab shells, replaced two of the batteries that were low, and tested the two fabs, then cut an extra auxiliary key from one of the old fabs.
When he was done, i asked him what the charge would be. He only charged me for the batteries. This was such an enjoyable exprrience. Thank uou!
Would give 6 stars if I could, the customer service and knowledge of batteries at this place are second to none. Jon Roy and Mike Ball are great guys, very helpful, and truly the best customer service I’ve experienced.
Jon greeted me. Found the batteries I needed and replaced them in my car remotes. Plus he told me about specials on batteries they have on Fridays. Great customer service which is rare these days.

Michael and his partner took time, extra time to help us identify what key/fob we needed. Michael then made the necessary key, reasonable pricing and gave information about getting the fob if needed. Great work, thanks and saved us more than $50 vs at least one other source.
Excellent service from David! It was nearing closing time, but the open sign was still on, so I stopped. David kindly greeted me at the door. Asked how he could help me. I told him of my key fob registering as a warning on my car, and he immediately checked out. Sure enough, it was “dead.” He replaced it. And I told him of the other key fob- probably needing to be replaced with a new battery too, but I didn’t have to with me. He let me know the battery check and replacements would be free on Friday. I assured him I’d be back by! Excellent service ..a10star out of 10! He was kind, willing to assist me immediately and got me on my way quickly. And offered additional information for a free service. I’ll get back because of David’s customer care!
Hey there, I just went to battery outfitters on South Campbell. Mike helped me there. He was very kind and he made sure I had the freshest batteries for my alarm system at home. I really appreciated that! Mike B is really great and your whole team at the South Campbell store are wonderful! I was talking to a group of ladies yesterday who also love your store. I was told that some of them had been in there recently and they were treated very well and they enjoyed the music that was playing there too. I’ve been in several times for a replacement battery for key fobs and stuff. Today is the first car battery I bought. These guys are so knowledgeable and fast! And honestly, pricing is pretty competitive. You might be able to shop around and find something cheaper, but I promise you won’t find better customer service.
