I got my inspection done here and they did a great and honest job they are some real hard workers my girlfriends cousins brothers parents get there cars fixed up here and I’ve heard nothing but good!

Awesome job, got me in and out. On top of letting me know my inner and outer tie rods is missing 3 lug nut studs.

I needed my car looked at so I could get it fixed and have reliable transportation for work. When I reached out to D&R Auto, I was told they could not see me for about a week. That delay made it impossible for me to get back on the road in time. I understand that shops get busy, but being without a vehicle for that long was not an option. I had to take my business elsewhere and ended up going to Rick's Automotive. They were able to help me much sooner, which made a huge difference. If D&R Auto could improve their scheduling or offer emergency slots, it would help people who rely on their cars for work. A little more flexibility could mean the difference between keeping a job and missing too many shifts.

Overpriced, Paid $464 to fix my lights, when parts they change you can find them for less than $100 online, pretty much $300 plus on labor on a job that will probably take you an hour, scammers

First time at this shop. My Equinox had some noises and squeaks. Took my car in a they did a wonderful job. No more noises or squeaks. Lower control arm was broke and they replaced both rear stabilizer bsr links. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!!!!

Honestly one of the best mechanics I have gone to they have been so helpful with my truck I don't know what I'd do they are so nice an didn't mind when I had to drop it off 2 days early than discussed super helpful when it comes to explaining an pointing at what is actually wrong instead of just handing you an over priced bill and calling it good

I brought my car in for what was thought to be a water pump. It turned out to be multiple problems, my car was a wreck but the guys at d n r got everything fixed quickly. I recommend d n r for whatever issues you have. They are professional and thorough, they explain all work that has been done on your car in great detail, and they are honest and don't overcharge you. I will not be going to anybody else except for them for my car. A time I came previously, my first time, I brought the car in because it smelled like burning plastic. It was a plastic bag caught on the exhaust and he was so nice he didn't charge me anything and removed it for me. Seriously go to d n r, these guys are literally the best of the best.

These guys awesome. Our car put us in a pinch early in the morning on Wednesday, I had it dropped off around 10am having no clue what was wrong. And by 5pm they had it ready for us! I'm super stoked how fast and efficient they were with diagnosing the problem and getting it resolved, same freaking day! Definitely recommending their shop and sticking with them from here in out.

They have worked on a couple of my trucks, and they are always willing to help you. Great service and fair prices. I would definitely recommend D&R.

I had honestly never heard of D&R before today. Called them this morning to replace the starter in my 2013 Challenger and my car was in the shop three hours later. Took a little longer than expected because the battery needed to sit on the charger for a bit, but the starter swap was quick. I'd definitely take my vehicles there for repair.

I had my car towed 4/23 for a bad fuel pump. Brandon was easy to convey the problem to and had the car back on the road by 4/25. I like these guys their fair and fast. They're my new mechanics.

I really like D&R. Dan the owner, helps me understand whats wrong with my car and explains the situation. Being a women I normally felt uncomfortable going into auto shops. I always feel comfortable going in here and I know they'll help me out. I would recommend D&R to anyone!

Best Shop hands down! Took my G35 coupe in for a rack an pinion an had it back in a few hours. Dan will do you right! Not sure what the other mechanics names are but they are all good! Highly recommended

They were professional and friendly, they put on my windshield wiper without an appointment. It was a small task but I was happy with how they handled it. The old one was corroded and I was afraid of breaking the windshield if it did it myself. They safely removed it, cleaned it up, greased it and put my new one on in a timely manner.

I have been a customer with D&R twice now. Dan and his team have went above and beyond for me to save money. Being honest about what’s important to replace in my car for the money. Keeping this review transparent you have to have some patience being a customer with D&R. Dan will return calls whenever he can but he’s working hard with his team to fix up customers cars so expect to reach his voicemail a couple times when calling, but he always returns the calls promptly. I will be a customer with D&R for major car jobs in the future.

Dan is the man, Dan and Brandon are the only guys in the Ozarks I trust with my vehicles. Seriously, I started going to them for help back in 2016, after trying 4 other shops that either couldn't reliably locate, and fix issues I had, or overcharged for simple jobs. I've gone to D&R for anything I've needed ever since. I hope to be Dan and Brandon's customer for many years to come.

I took my truck here for a second opinion and it saved me over $1000!!! The owner was so friendly and most importantly honest. They did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier with them. I would recommend them to anyone!

We were so blessed to find this place they fit us right in when our car check engine light started flashing! 3 coil packs latter we were back on our way to Texas! They were amazing I would go back there for anything wish they had a shop in Wisconsin

I've had Dan and his staff do everything from simple tune up to brake repair, radiator, water pump replacement and AC charging. Always fair price and great service. I wish I could say I'll never go back but my truck seems to keep needing attention.

Jersey Dan and the mechanics at D & R are a great bunch of guys. My 2002 F150 need plugs and a belt. I had a friend recommend them to me and from the first phone call to the completed service, my experience with these guys was great. Honest, dependable and straight talk PERIOD! You don't always get that in Springfield and it was really refreshing to have this experience. I've referred a couple of friends that have had the same experience. Great shop and honest, straight talk. Very reasonable prices.
