Closed Sundays. Supposedly confirmed by the business last week saying they are open Sundays. This has been over at least 3 weeks now. I come by here anyway on Sundays for other business and would like to buy stuff since I'm near here.
Can't even reach the store. Can't even enter the store. Skipped the line and called directly to customer service who also called the store to no avail.
But then it gets better! Customer service claims to move it up the chain to be investigated but then goes completely silent and sends me to review.
This privatly owned location probably won't last!
If hours are only mon-thursday then update your hours on Google. If napa is not open on a Sunday then don't say you are on Google. The main platform every single phone uses!
Very disappointed in the location on battlefield, got there at 5:45pm, since the store closes at 6. There were 3 employees in front of the doors, when u went to open the door,I was stopped by a female worker who claimed they were already closed. They were only there for a staff meeting. When I mentioned that they were normally open until 6, I was told that they are short staffed so they closed early. No sign posted about closing early anywhere, I dont think I will return to this location, if I go back at all.
Tried calling 3 times just to ask if they had a 10 spline lug nut key and got hung up on all 3 times. I've never shopped there and probably never will now.
I stopped by to purchase about $500 in merchandise but needed to use the restroom before completing my transaction. A young employee at the counter informed me that no restroom was available. I went to O'Reilly instead, where they always have a restroom, and completed my auto parts purchase there. It’s surprising that NAPA Auto doesn’t provide a restroom for customers. I won’t be returning for my business automotive needs.
I love this place! These guys are the only parts store that had bulb assemblies for my Jeep. I really didn't want to order them online and because of Napa I didn't have to. The price was very fair and the service was top notch as in way better than others! Nice clean store with lots of stuff. They also had paint for my Kubota. I will be back!
Have been trying to call to see if they have the part i need. Everytime no one answers and call ends. I understand being busy but at least answer and tell us that.
Trent was the absolute best!!! Not only did he find the part that no one else in town could, it was a great price. Thank you for all the help AND installation.
The people that work at this location are completely incompetent. They sold me the wrong parts and then when I tried to return the parts they gave me grief, even though they were unopened and I had the receipt. Stay away from NAPA
I am not the mechanical one in the family, but I am the one who's got free time, so I was sent to get a universal windshield-washer hose assembly for our 2016 Grand Caravan (the previous owners had tried duct-taping the broken nozzles to the hoses). The closest "factory/OEM" parts were in Lafayette, IN, and we had a trip in 3 days we needed to make. NAPA had the "universal" kit, which I took home and quickly realized would not work on this model. I came back and Chris (CSA) and Trent (assistant manager) worked for an hour to piece together what I needed to get the washer hoses and nozzles functional. They took the universal kit back, then custom-cut hosing, found the after-market nozzles that matched OEM 100%; they found elbow and T fittings that would connect the different sections of hose to the nozzles, even the fasteners to hold the hoses to the frame. Mr Mechanical back at home was amazed at what I brought home, and had it together in an hour. When the chips were down, NAPA on Battlefield Rd. came through like champions. They're at the top of our list now, for sure.
I'm visiting from the west coast and live about as far from Springfield as you can in the Continental us. I had a problem with a missing gas cap and a headlight and received extraordinary service and assistance from the battlefield NAPA store in Springfield I cannot thank them enough and wholeheartedly recommend them to whomever may be in need of assistance with their vehicle
The employees are courteous and knowledgeable. I'm so glad NAPA is in Springfield now because I believe that their competitor's parts quality is inferior, especially on critical application parts such as water pumps and alternators.
I understand the Battlefield Road store is the largest in the US, which ensures the likelihood of whatever I need to be in stock.
The best. Courteous staff who go out of thier way to help. When i made a mistake and ruined something I had just purchased, they didn't even bat an eye, they just gave me an exchange. Really like this place, I'll be back.
It was cool of them to hook me up with an Autograph of Chase Elliott yesterday after chase had left already before i made it up there the staff were really nice and helpful good business
I went to the store looking for a bolt a young lady with Halloween painted fingernails went above and beyond helping me out to find what I was looking for I will definitely go to the store again for parts could not remember her name just the fingernails and that she wore glasses and I think her hair was red probably the most helpful employee I've ever ran into in an auto parts store
Amazing customer service from the guy who runs it,Vinny! We went in not knowing what we truly needed he was patient, friendly, and gave great advice! He found exactly what we needed!
Can't thank them enough. After spending so much money on my vehicle I had not left a whole lot to replace the battery. Checked everywhere including Walmart O'Reilly's and others I found these guys. Was surprised to see the atmosphere and the services they provide. Very very affordable prices . Very patience and down to earth staff. A huge thanks to James and Vinny. Wonder full people excellent service. Wish there were more than 5 stars. Give it a shot folks you won't regret it.
They had what I needed when O'Reilly didn't. The staff were super nice and got me fixed up in a hurry. (I visited both Springfield locations because I needed 2 big hydraulic filters for a track loader and each location had 1.)
My son & I were broken down on the side of the highway. I called Napa and spoke to Trent who helped get us the right part to get up and running. From now on this is our first call when we need parts.
