Towing a vehicle at our apartments, blocked all the roadways in/out. Refused to move his truck before towing a vehicle because he needed to do it right now. It would've taken me all of 30 seconds to drive through and instead he made me 15 mins late for work, had to take a point, that's how our work system is. Definitely won't ever recommend to anyone.
Faster than expected, always friendly, and most importantly: reliable, even following a major winter storm with about 10-14 inches of snow on the ground. They provided an ETA for arrival to our location and had our vehicle delivered to the shop before that time elapsed, which you know to the instant because they send you a link to a page with updates for everything, a map that shows exactly where they are while on their way to you and to the shop, plus a number to contact them anytime. That system is brilliant!
With twin daughters, this isn’t my first time using their services, but I’m glad I remembered to publicly give them my thanks and offer a recommendation, because it’s well-earned. Give them a shot, if you haven’t. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service. I initially had an ETA of a little over 1 hour but received service in about 20 minutes. And the person who arrived was very friendly, knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to.
I had an emergency with an Avis electric car that malfunctioned on the highway on the way to the airport. Ryan rescued me as quick as he could, even though Avis did not reach out to him right away. Ryan did everything he could to get me to the airport on time which he did although it was too late for my bag. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone @ Reliable and Ryan my driver were both professional , very kind & extremely helpful. We had great service my lifted excursion broke down hauling a large and heavy trailer. They sent a team with three trucks, a flatbed, tow, and service truck. Moved my truck and trailer very professionally. We always use Reliable for all our towing needs no matter how crazy it is.
They arrived not long after I called and towed my car where I was needing it. My daughter and I were stranded with no one to bring us home so he took us to our house after dropping my car off (I only live a few minutes from the mechanic). Very grateful for fast, efficient service in a very stressful situation.
Great Service ALL AROUND! Fast, polite, and even went slightly out of the way to grab the key from me at home that I forgot to leave with the car. It was a little over 60 miles round trip!
I scheduled a jump on a bank holiday, they were super fast and professional. The whole thing start to finish took 5 minutes and I was very satisfied with the service. 10/10 would recommend and will use in the future for any vehicle rescue needs.

Ryan was awesome! I had a flat tire on a Budget rental suv. It was loaded full because I was moving cross country. Ryan loaded the car onto the flatbed, waited for me to transport my cat to the safety of the hotel room, drove me to the Springfield MO airport to the Budget Rental location, went inside to the counter with me, then helped to offload from the disabled vehicle to the new rental. He went above and beyond! He put the loaded rooftop cargo bag on the Ford Expedition and transfered the bike rack also to the hitch. I honestly could not have done it myself (60+ female). He truly was the silver lining in a rather awful event.
Matthew was great! He showed up on time in the very early AM and also dropped me off at home after towing my van to a shop. Straight-forward and upfront pricing! Would use them again if need be! Thank you, Matt!

We had a safety issue with our rental car and had to call for a replacement. Phil came to pick up the initial rental and then brought the new rental out to us. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional, and communicated every step of the process with us. Would absolutely recommend!!

Hands down the best towing experience I’ve ever had. Text updates on arrival until(quickly)arrived. Phil was a great individual to chat with & easily showed expertise loading a long bed 2500 3/4 ton on the tow truck & setting it exactly where I wanted it. All this on a Saturday night. Props to Reliable Towing for the rapid response and having a great employee.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We used their services tonight. Dustin and Ian were phenomenal. All around great customer service and they are definitely very reliable! Will be the company me and my husband deal with from now on! Definitely the cheapest rates but the customer service is what makes this company the best.
