Fuel station recommended Henry's. I was in Strafford Missouri. Landon was the driver. He was professional and had great experience, addititude, and suggestions. Turned a bad situation into a problem solved. Grateful.
We hit a deer on Saturday night. Robert was very kind and helpful with information about the towing process and let the car down to let us double check for personal items. He made a difficult situation better.
Forced by the Springfield PD to use this service to get my daughter’s car because other services being 10-15 min longer to arrive. These crooks charged three times as much, because they knew we didn’t have a choice….. I would not recommend!

Dennis was Great!! He moved our 20' conex in little time from Forsyth to Clever. It is obvious he is very skilled. Conex was in a confined space where the truck could not be straight with the truck and he had no problem getting it on the truck. Highly recommend Henry's Towing and Dennis.

I’ve never encountered a more disgraceful example of a business in my life. This towing company operates with cold indifference, zero professionalism, and a stunning lack of integrity. From the moment I contacted them, I was met with hostility, condescension, and a complete refusal to help, no matter how reasonable or urgent the request was.
Even with verified documentation, a police report, and confirmation from the detective and ICU nurses, they flat-out refused to release property. It became clear this wasn’t about process — it was about control, delay, and profit. Every roadblock felt intentional. Every hour they held onto the vehicle meant more storage fees, and they were happy to rack them up, while doing absolutely nothing to cooperate.
This company doesn’t just lack customer service skills, they lack basic human decency. There was no concern for the urgent situation, no compassion, and no accountability. It felt like cruelty disguised as policy.
If you’re unfortunate enough to deal with them, brace yourself. They make a terrible situation worse in every possible way. Businesses like this don’t just deserve bad reviews, they deserve investigations
Nobody wants to be stuck on the side of the road, especially when you're melting from the 90 degree heat! We called our insurance, but their ETA was 143 minutes. So, absolutely not!
We then called Henry's towing and they said estimated time 45 minutes. Way better! And they arrived in about 20 minutes, even better. Robert, our driver was efficient, and considerate. And very personable. We hope to never need a tow again, but if we do, we'll call Henry's towing.

Nothing but positive things to say! I needed a storage container dropped off on my job site in Dennis Seay brought it to me. Told him where I needed it. He put exactly where I asked. Super friendly definitely would use again driver number 107 every winch way is his call sign?
Mike and his truck Blackjack rescued me from a nasty trail after my work GPS led me and poor Corolla to our dooms. He was personable and helped me feel better when I was overwhelmed and stuck by myself in the country. Blackjack did her duty and then some like the Clydesdale she is. Service was quick (as it could be) and worth every penny to get me unstuck. Take a look at that downhill view-- pictures don't do it justice.
Robert arrived quickly when we had car trouble while traveling. He was extremely helpful & kind. I'll definitely keep their number in my phone contacts! I would recommend them to anyone!!
Today we broke down at mile marker 155 on I44. After contacting multiple tow companies, Henry’s turned out to be the best choice. Driver 99 showed up quickly and even though our truck was giving him problems, he still had a wonderful attitude. He is extremely friendly and easy going. He did a great job towing us to the dealership. We have two cats in our truck and he had no problem with us having them in a carrier in his truck. My husband and I would highly recommend this company and especially driver 99.

He was able to deliver a 40’ shipping container to us and cleared our narrow gate/driveway. I don’t think anyone else would have been able to do what he did. Very skilled. Highly recommended
It’s always an uneasy feeling when a tow rig is involved! But I must say Operator#83 me feeling confident about the service! As my vehicle isn’t of normal size he was totally open to the scenario and quick with a solution! Great people up there, awesome help I’ll be using Henry’s from now on!

Driver 99 was prompt, he arrived ahead of the estimated arrival. He made me feel comfortable and told me he would take care of everything. It was a stressful situation But he was knowledgeable and took care to do everything needed to get my truck where it needed to be. Thank you for making it less stressful.
On Wednesday, 5/22/24, I accidentally rear ended another vehicle on highway 65 just south of Chestnut Expressway during rush hour. My ‘98 RAM took the brunt of the damage and I was unsure that I could drive it from the scene. Thankfully, no injuries to either driver. I called Henry’s for an in town TOW. The dispatch said it would be about a 30 minute wait. And since it was accident tow, it would be very expensive. Our driver, Scott, arrived with his truck, Radio Flyer within 15 minutes. He pulled right up to my truck sitting on the shoulder off 65 as rush hour was flying past us. That did not cause him any issue at all. Very calm. Very encouraging. Which was absolutely appreciated. As he assessed the damage, he stated that I could probably drive my truck to my in town residence as there were no visible signs of leaking fluids or issues with drivability besides the smashed hood and bumper. Scott stated that it would save us money to do that versus paying the expensive fee, and that he would follow us to the next exit to make sure there were no issues where we actually did need a tow. He helped pull the partially smashed front bumper away my tires and had me turn the steering wheel multiple times to ensure it would not rub or get caught. Scott the. followed me to my next exit and I was able to give him the thumbs up in my rear window showing that all was good. I subsequently made it safely to my residence without issue.
Scott, was incredible. Confident. Empathetic. And instructive. He was willing to do some hard stuff to help me and didn’t ask for a thing. He even helped us save money, and then followed me to make sure I made it safely to my turn off. His customer service was beyond outstanding for someone already in a pretty stressful situation. His guidance and confidence was reassuring as I was still working through the damage and insurance details.
If you ever find yourself in need of a tow, call Henry’s and ask for Scott and Radio Flyer. He is a class act, highly professional, and definitely knowledgeable. The day to day stuff may look the same to many of us. But in these unexpected moments and circumstances, having people like Scott provide help when you really need it is humbling and makes you aware that he cared about my safety and my specific situation. That, to me, is outstanding customer service. Thank you Scott!
