Inconsistent pricing, charged my girlfriend $60 to change a rear tire on a 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 400. Not even a week later they wanted to charge me $75 for the exact same tire change on the exact same bike (both changes with tire/wheel still on bike). I do NOT recommend doing business with them IF you don’t know anything about what you SHOULD be getting charged!
So I would not recommend this place. I set an appointment up to get a chain changed and the carburetors cleaned. I set this appointment up a week in advance. They were supposed to order my chain and clean my carb. I get there on my appointment day. They have still not ordered a chain, and they're telling me it's going to take me two times longer, then what they first said on the carbs, without even looking at them. They have no sort of structure or customer service at all. I would recommend any other place over this one.
Took the part in that needed to be switched out and when we got back to pick up our motorcycle there was a sticky grease all over our bike! My husband also noticed the bike was not fixed and our 2008 Street Glide faring was poring out back together. One of our speakers is crossed wired and they color matching pins are scratched and the paint is missing. The faring barely back together. Once the Mechanic came out he said he had no idea what the grease substance was and had to go get the owner. The owner came out and acted like he also had no idea what it was and did not act like he cared at all that our bike had it all over. He also never addressed the throttle that was still not working and has no words to even say. But was quick to take our money for nothing and not even a sorry about the grease. Do not go here.
Absolutely amazing service. We called while on our cross country trip and they gladly helped us out and took us in within 40 mins of closing time. No fuss and made sure I was safe! Checked everything before putting the tire back on. Super helpful and attention to detail is impeccable.

They won't sell you the tools out of their tool box, but these fellas are the coolest, honest and most reasonable priced bike guys in Springfield! And... they got some cool random stuff to sift through! Love this place!
I’ve been here 3 times. First time was for a bolt that was stuck. They got it out charged me a fair price. Second time I had them tighten my chain. They again charged me a fair price. Third time I went in for a back tire. They got it in pretty quick but when I came to pay he tells me the back axle needs replaced. He showed me what he was meaning, I asked what causes that. He said someone with the wrong tool. I told him his shop is the only ones to work on my bike. They didn’t say anything about the axle when they fixed the chain. He proceeds to tell me his shop didn’t do it. I bought the bike new and no one has touched it with tools other than his shop. He can say what he wants, but be aware of your bike when you take it here. They have lost a loyal customer……. Edited. The only confusion is they thought I would believe their lie. No one other than their mechanics has touched my bike. The axle is stripped, I had to take it to another shop. Don’t waste your time with this place. The lies really tell you about a guys character.

I hope you're doing well babe and you're an exceptional person that goes for really everyone that's up there don just so you know the store's Corey's you're supposed to be retired but you started it. You can do whatever the hell you want. Sorry for bothering you guys. It's often as I do, but in the realm of things I do make a pretty good customer most the time. Awesome work. Took my 1974 harley davidson xlh 1000 ironhead in for a front brake roder, starter solenoid, and new back rim, and was charged 1,100. There invoice ticket was barely filled out, Stateing which mechanic did what and how many hours it took to take off and replace that part. I also got charged for some electrical work that was not done but on my invoice ticket says they relocated it up back on my handle bar, which is not there. I feel like I got taken advantage of big time. WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK THERE.
Brought 09Suzuki c50 in for rear tire replacement. Brought them the rim and tire changed in like 44 minutes. If you don’t have tools changing a tire is a pain let me tell you. They also ordered me a missing part I lost on the spot, good customer service.
I had called every shop in Springfield, Nixa, and Ozark trying to get a tire in pretty rough shape replaced and I needed it done quick. This was the one shop in the area that was even remotely helpful. I was originally going to by the tire and take it to another shop since Don and Sons couldn’t get me in same day. They saved me a trip, and money by squeezing me in. I recommend them for any bike work, and I’ll definitely be going back for everything!
I took my bike in for an oil change and new tires. I was billed for both of these things. Tires were installed, but the oil was not changed. Or at least I suspect so. The filter that was on the bike when I took it in, remained. But the biggest fail of all is that the axel nut on the front fork WAS NOT re installed. Creating a potentially fatal situation. Cannot recommend.
I always get great service in a timely manner. I usually bring my bike here for tire changed, and to change chain, and sprocket. I usually get same day service, in and out within an hour or two, and they have very affordable pricing.
I came for just a little thing, which I coudnt get in other store. Interaction was fast and friendly. Guy seems definitely knowledgeable. I got no complains at all.
Awesome experience! Came in for a state inspection. Cory was very helpful and knowledgeable! Got me right in and out quickly, also gave me some information on some repair work I need done. I'll be back for the repair work! That's a promise!
Nicest guys ever and extremely helpful. We were able to just show them the broken part and they sold us a new one and explained how to put it on ourselves and when you do have to have them work on it, they're very efficient and usually done in the same day. I wouldn't recommend any other bike shop.
I Brought my bike in for some minor work, and Corey reminded me about something we had talked about in the past and told me that since he already had some of this apart we could do it now and it was going to save me a few hundred bucks from doing it separately, I knew they were busy and had a lot going on But Marc The front Desk guy get an amazing job of keeping me informed every step of the way, When it was all said and done, And I was going to pay, It came under the amount the initially quoted me. Although I can be inpatient when it comes to my bike, I feel 100% confident that not only did they do what they say they were gonna do, But they were thorough and didn't take shortcuts. Would highly recommend

I was stranded with a blown tire on a cross country road trip and these guys made me a priority. They stayed after hours until the tow truck got me there so we could lock the bike in their shop and then Cory gave me a ride to where I was staying that night. They did a great job getting me back on the road ASAP and their prices were more than fair! Class act! Do business here!
Have been in Springfield 15 yrs. and unless I am forced to by the factory to service my Harley I have always had a good experience at Don and Sons. More than fair pricing staff is helpful and prompt follow up when needed. They can not always fit me in but then you know it is summer. Many times though they will strive to get me worked on and back on the road. Thanks guys for the years of great service.
I have been going to these guys for the last 6 years with my Victory. They have been helpful when I have been doing the work myself, even helping me diagnose things vs making me bring it in for a charge. When it has been beyond my own capabilities, they have done excellent work at reasonable and fair prices. They do inspections also.
They may not be the fastest at getting to you when you walk in the door and many times that is due to how they interact with everyone. Usually friendly and talkative with those in there. They are busy, its a business.
I called on a Monday morning to see if I could get my rear tire changed on a 2012 Dyna Wide Glide. They were able to fit me in on the same day. I had an appointment at 2:00. At 2:03 my bike was back on the lift. And it only took 35 min. I was quoted about 70-100 dollars, but was only charged 48 due to the time spend on labor. I feel like most places would have charged the higher price that they quoted already. Will definitely be back!
